研究了泡沫镍制备过程中脉冲电沉积镍工艺参数(电流密度、脉冲频率、占空比)对沉积速率、镍沉积层的晶体结构和微观形貌的影响.最佳脉冲电沉积工艺参数为:电流密度2.0 A/dm2,脉冲频率1000 Hz,占空比1∶5.此时获得的镍沉积层结构平整,粒度分布均匀,晶体结构完整. 相似文献

观察了电沉积法制备泡沫Ti过程中各阶段的Ni层组织形变化,结果表明:电镀后和600℃空气处理4min后的Ni层均为细晶组织,但经850℃和980℃的氨分解气氛处理40min后,均达到充分烧结,泡沫Ni表面平整致密,由大晶粒多晶Ni组成。 相似文献

为采用较合适的工艺条件获得满足一定力学性能的泡沫镍产品,以有机泡沫电沉积法为基础,探讨了几种具体工艺对所得产品抗拉强度的影响。结果表明,在氨分解气氛中980℃为时40min的烧结之前,预加个600℃为时4min的空气烧及将烧结温度降低到850℃,对最终的抗拉强度基本没有影响。保持上述工艺条件不变,导电化处理时涂覆1μ厚的石墨基层电胶或化学镀约3μm的镍层,所得产品的抗拉强度也基本相同。 相似文献

The magnesium matrix double interpenetrating composites reinforced by nickel foam were fabricated by pressureless infiltration technology. Then the morphology of the nickel reinforcement and the microstructures of composites were characterized by SEM. The results show that not only is the nickel foam reinforcement reticular in three dimensions, but also the struts of foam keep the network structure, which ensures that the Ni foam/Mg composites are double interpenetrating. The interface bonding of composites between magnesium matrix and nickel foam reinforcement is good, without reaction around the interface, which is the indispensable condition that advanced composites should possess. Magnesium matrix distributes in the windows of nickel foam, the triangle center holes and microhole of nickel struts, and the composites have double interpenetrating structure, which makes the composites have unique properties. 相似文献

以乙酸锌为锌源,采用溶胶-凝胶法制备了金属泡沫镍网负载稀土元素镧掺杂氧化锌薄膜光催化剂。采用XRD、SEM、XPS、UV-vis对样品进行表征分析。并以废水中含量较大的抗生素磺胺二甲嘧啶为目标分解物,考察了薄膜催化剂在紫外灯下的光催化性能。结果表明:镧元素以三价正离子存在于薄膜中,镧成功掺入到氧化锌晶格中;镧掺杂降低了催化剂的禁带宽度,晶体颗粒变小,比表面积增大;薄膜催化剂表面分布均匀;镧掺杂氧化锌薄膜对抗生素有更高的催化效率。为光催化降解抗生素研究提供了新的思路。 相似文献

Using the three-dimensional reticular nickel foam as experimental material, the sound absorption performance was investigated for several various multilayer structures in the frequency range of 2000–4000 Hz, which is aurally sensitive for human ears. The results showed that the 7.5 mm-thick foam sample, which was formed by piling of 5-layer foam plate (thickness: 1.5 mm; porosity: 96%; average pore-diameter: 0.65 mm) could exhibit an excellent sound absorption effect at 4000 Hz, with the absorption coefficient about 0.8. Constituting alternate air gap with the total thickness of about 18.5 mm can greatly improve the absorption performance at relatively low frequencies of 2000–3150 Hz, with the absorption coefficient up to about 0.5 or more. In addition, the research showed that alternate piling up the perforated plate inside the foam plates can also achieve a quite good effect of sound absorption at relatively low frequencies. 相似文献

采用电沉积方法制备具有整体纳米结构的黑镍镀层,并通过肉眼观察结合扫描电镜、X射线衍射等测试技术研究电沉积过程中的主要参数(电解液pH、搅拌速度、制备温度及电流密度)对镀层颜色及整体微观结构的影响。进一步采用动电位极化及电化学阻抗等电化学测量技术研究黑镍镀层在中性3.5%NaCl溶液中的腐蚀行为及腐蚀机理。结果表明:黑镍镀层的颜色变化趋势决定于电沉积制备参数的选择;通过优化本工艺制备的黑镍镀层平均粒径约为50 nm。对比了近似条件下制备的光亮镍镀层,发现黑镍镀层在耐蚀性方面具有较大优势。 相似文献

采用脉冲电沉积法制备纳米晶镍镀层,利用扫描电镜、能谱仪、X射线衍射仪及显微硬度计对不同电沉积时间下制得的镍镀层的显微组织、微区成分、结构及力学性能进行表征分析。结果表明,不同电沉积时间下制得的镍镀层晶粒尺寸在21 nm小幅波动;随着电沉积时间的延长,纳米晶镍镀层的显微硬度存在先增大后缓慢降低的趋势,最大值为472 HV0.01,对应的电沉积时间为16 m in;纳米晶镍镀层的微观形貌为累积长大的胞状结构,电沉积时间为1~4 m in时,胞状结构表面密布着粒径为90 nm左右的二次纳米镍颗粒;本试验制得的纳米晶镍镀层失稳长大的起始温度为283.7℃,峰值温度为311.4℃。 相似文献

Highly porous Mg-Ca-Zn-Co alloy scaffolds for tissue engineering applications were produced by powder metallurgy based space holder-water leaching method. Mg-Ca-Zn-Co alloy foam can be used as a scaffold material in tissue engineering. Carbamide was used as a space holder material. Fluoride conversion coating was synthesized on the alloy by immersion treatment in hydrofluoric acid (HF). Increasing Zn content of the alloy increased the elastic modulus. Ca addition prevented the oxidation of the specimens during sintering. Electrochemical corrosion behaviour of the specimens was examined in simulated body fluid. Corrosion rate decreased with Zn addition from 1.0% up to 3.0% (mass fraction) and then increased. Mass loss of the specimens initially decreased with Zn addition up to about 3% and then increased. Fluoride conversion coating increased the corrosion resistance of the specimens. 相似文献

对离子交换膜电解槽中电沉积金属镍的条件进行优化。研究镍(II)及硼酸浓度、pH及温度对电沉积镍的电流效率和能耗的影响。电解槽阴极液为含硼酸的硫酸镍溶液,阳极液为硫酸溶液。采用阴离子交换膜将阴、阳极室隔开,同时维持极室间的导电性。结果表明:阴极电流效率随镍和硼酸浓度以及pH值的增加而提高,随电流密度和搅拌速率的增大而降低。得到的优化电解条件为:Ni40g/L、硼酸40g/L、温度42oC、pH6、阴极电流密度300A/m2。在该条件下的电流效率为97.15%。 相似文献

采用脉冲电沉积法制备纳米晶镍,分析了退火温度对纳米晶镍组织结构与显微硬度的影响。利用差热分析仪、扫描电镜、X射线衍射仪及显微硬度计对纳米晶镍的热稳定性、表面微观形貌、晶粒尺寸和显微应变及显微硬度进行了表征。结果表明,随着退火温度的升高,纳米晶镍的晶粒尺寸从室温时的20 nm左右逐步长大到400℃时的120 nm左右;显微应变从室温时的0.47%下降到400℃时的0.08%;显微硬度先上升,从室温时的530 HV0.01左右上升到200℃时达最大值660 HV0.01左右,此后显微硬度迅速下降,到400℃时只有330 HV0.01左右。 相似文献
