对内蒙某低品位原生金矿进行了生物氧化浸出实验研究,考查了配入硫磺以及硫精矿对降低酸耗,以及金浸出率的影响。结果表明,当磨矿细度-74 μm 80%,酸浸1 h,矿石酸耗为31 kg/t;全泥浸出24 h,金浸出率为51%~55%;生物搅拌浸出,氧化6 d,硫氧化率为80%,金的浸出率提高到91.4%;生物柱浸,矿石粒度 12 mm 80%,生物氧化170 d-转型-氰化浸出180 d较直接氰化浸出360 d,金浸出率提高3.72%~23.54%;柱内配入硫磺及硫精矿不利于金的氰化浸出;柱外生物氧化硫磺可以减少硫酸酸耗15.7 kg/t。   相似文献

本文对Solomon某金矿进行可行性工艺探索性研究,结果表明,混合原矿,矿石粒度为20 mm,柱浸浸出60 d,渣液合计浸出率为73.19%;浮选金精矿,超细磨粒度为P80=13 μm,金浸出率为68.90%,焙烧预氧化-细磨-氰化,可使金的浸出率提高到91.50%;加压预氧化-氰化后金的浸出率可以达到97.02%。  相似文献

本文对黄铁矿-软锰矿两矿法酸性浸出工艺进行了研究,考察了硫酸浓度、配矿比、反应时间、液固比、反应温度等因素对浸出率的影响,确定了最适宜的浸出条件。并在此基础上开展了甘肃某地难处理金矿的浮选金精矿预氧化-氰化浸出试验研究,结果表明,当配矿质量比FeS2:MnO2=1:5,反应温度90℃,液固比6:1,初始硫酸浓度100g/L,液固比=6:1,预氧化时间为12h,锰的浸出率达到96.3%。此时,黄铁矿的氧化率达到90.5%,预氧化渣氰化处理后金浸出率达到88.3%。  相似文献

含砷锑金精矿的生物预氧化-氰化浸金研究   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
采用嗜酸性氧化亚铁硫杆菌对含砷锑金精矿的生物预氧化-氰化浸金进行了研究。预氧化结果表明最佳生物氧化工艺参数为: 初始pH值范围为1.8~2.0, 矿石粒径-0.074 mm, 氧化温度为25~30 ℃, 摇床转速为140 r/min, 细菌接种量为20%, 液固比100∶2, 矿浆浓度1%~2%, 氧化时间12 d。浸出结果表明, 含砷、锑分别为10.37%和36.81%的金精矿如不经生物预氧化处理, 金浸出率仅41%左右;而经过12 d的生物氧化预处理, 金浸出率可达76.55%左右, 提高了35.62个百分点。生物预氧化可以脱除金精矿中的砷, 金的浸出率与砷的氧化率成正相关关系。研究结果能为生物预氧化含砷难处理金矿氰化浸金提供理论和技术指导。  相似文献

对安徽某难处理金精矿进行了中温菌预氧化氰化浸金试验研究,并与传统焙烧氰化浸金工艺进行了对比。结果表明:采用传统焙烧,金的浸出率为72.3%。采用中温菌预氧化,在摇瓶试验中,矿浆浓度15%,预氧化时间10d,金的浸出率为76.7%~82.8%;在半连续实验中,矿浆浓度为15%,预氧化时间为6~8d,金的浸出率可达90%左右。  相似文献

甘肃某金矿金矿品位较低,矿石氧化程度较高。金矿物粒度细小,主要以微粒、次显微金矿物形式嵌布于褐铁矿粒间以及被粘土矿物充填的褐铁矿裂隙、孔洞中,属于难处理矿石。根据该矿石性质进行了原矿全泥氰化浸金和浮选富集-氰化浸金两种工艺流程的试验研究,结果表明该两种工艺均可获得较好的选矿指标:原矿全泥氰化搅拌浸出的金浸出率为94.19%;浮选富集-氰化浸金的金浸出率为97.62%,银浸出率为90.80%。由于浮选抛尾可显著提高氰化浸金的设备效率和经济效益,故推荐浮选富集-氰化浸金为该金矿的选冶技术方案。   相似文献

本文对新疆阿希金矿含砷复杂金精矿进行了研究,结果表明,两段焙烧工艺能有效脱硫脱砷,大幅提升金的浸出率。较适宜的处理条件为:第一段在550℃弱氧化气氛下焙烧1h,第二段在600℃氧化气氛下焙烧1h,焙砂采用稀硫酸浸出,浸出时间2h,控制终点pH值1.0~1.5,酸浸渣细磨至-0.038mm约占90%,氰化采用两浸两洗流程,每段氰化浸出24h,氰化钠消耗量为5.1kg/t酸浸渣,金浸出率达到93.34%。  相似文献

研究工作面瓦斯涌出规律对工作面瓦斯治理有重要意义。为了得到唐口煤矿深部3号煤层复杂开采条件下工作面回采时期瓦斯涌出时空演化规律,选取6304工作面作为对象,采用实测方法研究6304工作面瓦斯涌出规律。结果表明:6304工作面瓦斯涌出量为6.534 m3/min,其中煤壁占34.27%,落煤占29.62%,采空区占36.11%;沿工作面倾向由低到高,瓦斯浓度整体为上升趋势,其中1—76号架工作面瓦斯浓度小于0.20%,76—102号架瓦斯浓度上升明显,最大为0.387%;上隅角的后部采空区是工作面的瓦斯主要涌出源,上隅角1号测点瓦斯浓度0.78%,上隅角周边3号、5号、7号、8号、9号测点瓦斯浓度平均为0.643%;周期来压时,上隅角瓦斯相对平时较高。研究为针对性的瓦斯分源监控与灾害防治提供基础。  相似文献
