50kg／m含钒合金热处理钢轨研制

在对ＰＤ３５０ｋｇ／ｍ含钒合金钢热处理特性研究基础上,研究了采用双频电感应加热、压缩空气欠速淬火的热处理工艺,生产了ＰＤ３５０ｋｇ／ｍ含钒合金热处理钢轨。钢轨硬化层深度≥１５ｍｍ,组织为全细珠光体,屈服强度σ０．２≥８９０ＭＰａ,抗拉强度σｂ≥１２８０ＭＰａ、延伸率δｓ≥１０％、断裂韧性Ｋ１０≥４４．０ＭＰａｍ＾１／２。综合性能优良。     

PD275kg／m热处理钢轨及使用

研制的大断面７５ｋｇ／ｍ重型全长热处理钢轨，钢轨热处理硬化层组织为细珠光体，硬化层深度≥１５ｍｍ，强度σｂ≥１１８０ＭＰａ，σ０．２≥８０５ＭＰａ，伸长率δｓ≥１０％，在大运量的小半径曲线和重载运输线上铺设使用，综合使用性能优良，使用寿命比Ｕ７１Ｍｎ和Ｕ７４热轧钢轨延长一倍以上。     

微合金化对钢轨断裂韧性和耐磨性的影响

本文的目在于研制一种１０００ＭＰａ级抗拉强度，断裂韧性（Ｋｉｃ值）不小于５０ＭＰａ／ｍ＾２的耐磨钢轨钢。试验选用钢种的化学成份为：０．５５－０．６５％Ｃ，１．０－１．５％Ｍｎ，并加入微合金化元素铌和／或钒，采用常规工艺生产５２ｋｇ／ｍ的钢轨，以评定其机械，冶金和耐磨性能。     

Al2O3／TiC陶瓷复合材料补强增韧机理研究

向Ａｌ２Ｏ３／ＴｉＣ陶瓷材料中分别添加１５％ＺｒＯ２、１５％ＺｒＯ２＋２２％ＳｉＣｗ，得到的ＡＴＺ和ＡＴＺＳ复合材料的弯曲强度σｆ、断裂韧性ＫＩＣ均比基体Ａｌ２Ｏ３／ＴｉＣ增加一倍，分别提高到９８９ＭＰａ、１０．９６ＭＰａ·ｍ＾１／２和１０９４ＭＰａ、１１．２６ＭＰａ·ｍ＾１／２。用ＳＥＭ和ＴＥＭ对材料显微结构、断口形貌及界面结合情况进行观察分析表明，ＡＴＺ和ＡＴＺＳ复合材料的强韧化机制主要为Ｚｒ     

高Jc铌钛多芯超导线的研制

采用冷复合法研究了多芯ＮｂＴｉ超导线的制造工艺，通过一系列热处理及加工工艺实验，提高了实用ＮｂＴｉ线的临界电流密度，在５Ｔ，４．２Ｋ下Φ０．４ｍｍ多芯线的Ｊ＿ｃ达到２．９８×１０￣５Ａ／ｃｍ￣２。     

钢轨轨端帽形热处理新工艺研究

叙述了采用压缩空气作为冷却介质对钢轨轨端进行热处理的新工艺。该工艺可保证轨端热处理形状，轨端部的各项指标均达到ＧＢ２５８５－８１标准的规定，质量合格率达到９４．８１％．新工艺适用于生产５０ｋｇ／ｍ，６０ｋｇ／ｍ钢轨，淬火层到非淬火层硬度均匀过渡，生产钢轨过程与联合锯钻钻床同步运行。     

TZP／TiC／Al2O3陶瓷复合材料在模具中的应用

采用ＴＺＰ相变和ＴｉＣ颗粒共同增韧Ａｌ２Ｏ３，使ＴＺＰ／ＴｉＣ／Ａｌ２Ｏ３复合材料的抗弯强度σｆ和断裂韧度ＫＩＣ分别达到１１０６ＭＰａ和１１．８６ＭＰａ·ｍ＾１／２。探讨了复合材料在用作螺旋丝拉拔模具时的磨损和破损行为，研究了ＴＺＰ和ＴｉＣ对模具磨损和破损性能的影响。     

SiCw／ZTA（Y）陶瓷基复合材料力学性能的研究

研究了不同ＳｉＣ晶须含量对ＺＴＡ（Ｙ）陶瓷基复合材料力学性能的影响，实验结果表明，ＳｉＣ晶须能明显提高复合材料的抗弯强度和断裂韧性，晶须含量为２０ｖｏｌ％时，复合材料性能可达σｂｂ＝３８０ＭＰａ，ＫＩＣ＝９．８ＭＰａ·ｍ＾１／２，但晶须含量过高时，复合材料的强度有下降趋势。
