煤粉锅炉制粉系统运行分析及优化方法研究 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
因煤种变化等原因,扬子热电厂锅炉的磨煤单耗逐渐上升。为了找到最佳的运行工况,降低磨煤单耗,对1号锅炉制粉系统的出力情况进行了分析研究。通过对扬子石化热电厂1号锅炉甲侧制粉系统的运行进行分析,认为在现有煤种情况下降低磨煤单耗是可行的。并通过调整试验和数据统计,找到了运行中影响制粉系统出力的瓶颈问题,通过调整制粉系统的运行方式,优化运行参数,在保证锅炉燃烧效率的前提下,提高了制粉系统的出力,降低了磨煤单耗,提高了锅炉制粉系统运行的经济性。 相似文献

根据锅炉设计原理和有关系统配置原理,挖掘设备潜力,提升装备水平,将原有B&WB-130/3.82-M锅炉的蒸发量从130t/h提高到150t/h.提产改造后,锅炉的运行参数、炉膛结焦、汽温特性、低负荷稳燃及飞灰可燃物、制粉系统出力等方面表现出新的运行特点,炉膛结焦问题得到了较好地解决,主蒸汽温度一直偏高的难题也被攻克,低负荷稳定燃烧效果明显,经济效益有较大改善.但存在飞灰可燃物及制粉系统出力等问题,需要进一步解决. 相似文献

对于目前电厂历史运行数据库高维度、大容量,挖掘效率低,算法占用较多的计算资源等问题,基于350 MW机组制粉系统历史稳态运行数据库,提出了基于目标制导的改进Apriori关联规则挖掘算法,利用目标制导方式对数据库进行降维和压缩,进一步通过改进Apriori算法将数据库矩阵转储为有效项坐标数组,挖掘制粉系统给煤机速率、排烟含氧量、排烟温度和一次风量等参数,以原煤单位净发电量为经济评价,获得了优化参数下全工况的制粉系统最优参数值。研究表明:对于中低负荷段,通过减少磨煤机运行台数和增加磨煤机出力,可以有效减少煤耗、一次风量和氮氧化物排放;单耗实验验证,参数优化后磨煤机单耗明显下降,能够有效降低厂用电率。 相似文献

Pressure hydrogen reduction (Pre-H2) is an important technology in hydrometallurgy, which is widely applied in the production of metal powders, coated composite powders, and metal oxides. In the 5G era, Pre-H2 is concerned in the electronic material manufacturing because of its clean, efficient, stable, and other characteristics. In this paper, the thermodynamic and kinetic principles of Pre-H2 in a liquid-phase environment are described, and the process methods, powder conditions, process parameters, and related applications of various products are summarized. In addition, this paper investigates the effect of liquid additives on powder morphology, reaction rate, quality of the process, and provides feasibility guidance for improving the process technology. 相似文献

采用瞬态电热技术测量了5~6层纯石墨烯粉末中石墨烯的热扩散率,其值为1.15×10-5 m2/s,相应的导热系数为18.000 W/(m·K)。借助导热仪研究了不同密度下石墨烯粉末导热系数的变化情况,发现其导热系数与密度成正比。密度由0.02增加到0.22g/cm3时,导热系数总体提升了8.09%。另通过实验得到了含水率对石墨烯粉末导热性能的影响。实验结果显示,石墨烯粉末含水率由0.0%增加到99.8%的过程中,导热系数先是上升随后下降最终直线降至最低点(约为0.765~1.030 W/(m·K))。其中当含水率达到96.7%时,混合物(石墨烯与水)的导热系数提高了62.80%。该研究为石墨烯热应用及热管理提供了理论支撑。 相似文献

An experimental study of the combustion of superfine aluminum powders (average particle diameter as ∼ 0.1 μm) in air is reported. The formation of aluminum nitride during the combustion of aluminum in air and the influence of combustion conditions on the structures and compositions of the final products are addressed. The experiments were conducted in static air at 1 atm. Superfine aluminum powders were produced by exploding an electrically heated wire. Such a superfine aluminum powder is stable in air, but once ignited can burn in a self-sustaining way due to its low bulk density (∼0.1 g/cm3) and low thermal conductivity. During combustion, the temperature and radiation were measured; also the burning was recorded by a video camera. Scanning electron microscopy, X-ray diffraction and chemical analysis were performed on both the initial powders and final products. It was found that the powders ignited by local heating and burned in a two-stage self-propagating regime. The products of the first stage consisted of unreacted aluminum (∼70 mass %) and amorphous oxides with traces of AlN. After the second stage, the AlN content exceeded 50% and the residual Al content decreased to ∼10%. A qualitative discussion is given of the kinetic limitations for the oxidation of AlN due to rapid condensation and encapsulation of gaseous AlN. 相似文献

在分析总结几种气力式给粉装置的基础上,针对煤粉低尘燃烧技术工程开发中遇到的给粉量不均匀、不稳定等问题,设计了一种直立螺旋-气固喷射器小型给粉装置,该给粉装置巧妙地组合了螺杆与喷射器两个部件,结构简单,控制方便。实测数据结果表明,该装置满足小型煤粉燃烧器供煤量的要求,研制的产品达到了实用化水平。 相似文献

The hydrogen sorption and desorption behavior in spherical powder of pure titanium used for additive manufacturing have been investigated. The dependencies of oxide dissolution time and hydrogen sorption rate on pressure and temperature have been obtained. The main regularities of phase formation in titanium powder during hydrogenation until hydrogen concentration 4 wt% have been showed.
