由于生产现场影响温度是多方面的、温度控制比较复杂,传统的继电器控制技术因控制系统体积大、耗电多、效率不高且易出故障,不能保证正常的工业生产需要,而PLC控制技术具有经济好、高效、运行稳定且维护方便等特点。本文基于感应加热电源的电气结构和工作原理,利用PLC控制技术,在西门子s7-200PLC和SmartLine700触摸屏环境下设计了感应加热恒升温速率控制系统,通过白编程序实现了加热过程的恒升温速率PID控制。经过现场调试,获得了理想的控制效果。 相似文献

In this study, JIS SUS202 stainless steel wires are rapidly welded by induction heating using a current at a frequency of 2?MHz. The effects of the heating parameters on the mechanical properties and microstructures of the joint are investigated. After induction welding, the main structures in the joint of the 202 stainless steel wires are austenite and ferrite. The amount of ferrite increases by increasing the heating temperature or heating time. Moreover, the tensile strength of the joint is superior for a higher welding temperature. 相似文献

This paper presents a mathematical and numerical model developed for coupling the various physical phenomena (electromagnetic, thermal and mechanical) taking place in axisymmetrical induction heating processes. All three electromagnetic, thermal and mechanical models are time dependent and take full account of the electromagnetic and thermal non‐linear effect especially with magnetic materials. The electromagnetic problem is discretized and solved in the workpiece, air and inductors. The heat transfer equation and the mechanical equilibrium equations are solved in the workpiece only, both using a finite element method. The mechanical model can take into account thermoelastic–plastic behaviour for the part. The model has been successfully applied to several cases of induction heating. Comparisons between numerical and experimental results show an excellent agreement. Copyright © 2003 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd. 相似文献

We consider an optimal control problem arising in an induction heating process. The main difficulty is to obtain accurate and efficient derivatives of the discrete form of the cost function. In this work we use automatic differentiation. Unlike numerical differentiation based on finite differences, derivatives generated by automatic differentiation are free of truncation error. 从固态金属感应加热熔化和液态金属电磁成形两个角度出发,讨论了金属熔体双频电磁成形中的频率选择,物理量的分布以及两种双频电磁成形的试验过程,结果表明:小尺寸复杂形状金属熔体电磁成形的最佳频率约在超音频的范围(f=10~100kHz),双频电磁力等物理量的分布是相应单频电磁力等物理量和与频率相关的三角函数的组合,在一定条件下,可简化为两个单频物理量的叠加。试验中成功地实现了双高频和高频一超音频两种双频电磁成形过程,高频一超音频双频电磁成形的工艺要优于双高频电磁成形的工艺,最后利用优化的双频电磁成形方案成功地实现了扁椭圆、弯月截面等复杂形状金属熔体双频电磁成形过程,获得了无模壳双频电磁成形的复杂截面形状样性。 相似文献

目的研究仿真和试验验证实际工况下的温度分布满足封合要求。方法利用Comsol软件对食品纸盒包装机热封机构进行建模,并对模型进行电磁场和温度场计算仿真与分析,模拟出电磁场中磁通分布与温度场中温度分布,分析得出其之间关系。以及进行食品纸盒包装机高频热封试验验证。结果当在相同热封时间下,电流值越大,热封温度越高,同时热封封合宽度也越宽;在相同电流值下,热封时间越长,结果亦是,但没改变电流参数显著。实际工况为I=5.5 A,t=0.3 s,能达到良好封合要求。结论封合温度在封合区域呈对称性,参数中改变电流值比改变热封时间值对热封温度影响大。 相似文献

选用垂直于其表面的射频磁场对镀金膜的硅片进行了感应加热,由于磁场对材料加热具有选择性,感应热量首先作用于硅片上的金膜内,硅片先被传导加热到一定温度,然后被感应加热.理论上分析了该方法的可行性,初步试验结果表明,虽然金膜厚度低于感应趋肤深度,但在没有应用感应加热基座的情况下,几秒钟内就形成了金硅共晶相.另外,升温速度快,有效减少了加热过程中金对硅的扩散影响,该方法可广泛用于微系统封装中的圆片键合. 相似文献

The influence ofinductor currents on the thermal distribution ofthe ingot is also analyzed. The relation between the average temperature in the ingot cross-section and the metal height is studied.
