"天然高分子材料综合实验"课程在高分子材料科学导论、功能高分子材料和仪器分析等前期课程基础上进行有机综合,对提高学生实验技能和创新能力有着重要的促进作用。以其中设立的纳米纤维素复合凝胶制备及其性能研究实验为例,围绕如何提高学生实验技能为目标,通过前期文献检索、实验方案确定、实验具体实施及数据收集和实验结果分析等环节进行介绍。该实验能够较为全面地应用高分子相关知识点,对调动学生自主能动性和提高学生发现问题、解决问题的能力有较大帮助。  相似文献

常规的体育教学评价方案不能引发学生学习体育课的积极性。本研究对体育教学评价方案进行改革,将小组比赛成绩作为考试成绩纳入到体育课的成绩核算中。通过一个学期的实验和实验前后对学生的调查显示,结合了"以赛代考"的评价方案对于提高学生与教师之间的相互评价、学生学习的积极性有很明显的作用。由于学生对比赛式考核的重视,在准备和参加比赛的过程中,不仅提高了学生的身体素质和体育技能,也促使学生充分发挥自身的创造潜能,对自己有了更正确的认识与评价,并提高了互相协作与沟通的能力,使学生得到了全面发展。研究显示学生认为,与旧有的教学评价方案相比,新的教学评价方案更合理。  相似文献

用微波消解和沸水4次冲泡处理茶叶样品,采用ICP—AES法测定了池州4个茶叶产区茶叶样品与浸泡液中Cu、Zn、Fe、Mn、Pb等微量元素的含量,考察了有关数据,作了相关分析。实验精密度0.62%-1.76%,实验回收率95.1%~102.6%,结果良好。并采用类似方案处理国家茶树叶成份分析标准物质(GBW08513),进行了验证性实验,测定值在参考值范围内。结果表明,实验方案可靠,测定的数据可信,有关信息可以为当地茶叶种植和人们科学饮茶提供参考。  相似文献

The present study examined contextual and individual predictors of attendance in a 10-session school-based teen smoking cessation program. Participants were 349 students at 29 Illinois high schools. Predictor variables included demographics, smoking history, psychosocial variables, and social environment variables. School-level characteristics of interest included proportion of low-income students, group size, and program timing. Overall attendance was predicted by higher motivation and less stress at baseline. Students also were more likely to attend if they had already tried to quit, were more dependent on nicotine, and had more positive smoking expectancies. Percentage of low-income students and program timing also predicted program attendance; students were more likely to attend the program at schools with lower percentages of low-income students and where the program was offered during the school day. We also examined predictors of attendance before and after quit week (week 5). Early in the program, only the school-level variables (program timing and percentage of low-income students) predicted attendance. After quit week, the school variables also were important, and baseline motivation and perceived stress also predicted attendance at these sessions. Results highlight the importance of individual characteristics in determining program participation, as well as the importance of considering school context and programmatic issues when planning school-based smoking cessation programs.  相似文献

A dairy cattle breeding simulation program (DCBSP v.4.9) has been developed to teach undergraduate and graduate students animal breeding principles associated with selection for multiple traits in dairy cattle. The current version of the program was written in FORTRAN 90, and a web-based interface was developed for the students to interact with the program in the teaching environment. This software simulates a population of dairy cattle herds and artificial insemination bulls through several generations by integrating students’ decisions about mating, culling, and selection of new heifers and bulls based on a multivariate animal mixed model evaluation and marker-assisted selection. All simulation parameters (e.g., number of herds and cows per herd, variance components, effect of genetic markers) can be defined by the administrator of the program in relation to the animal breeding course. During each running period, the program simulates the composition of each herd during a virtual year, generating new calves and new productive records and performing a genetic evaluation for all productive traits. A herd-specific productive summary of all demographic, productive, and genetic data is provided to the students at the end of each simulation period. After several running periods, the genetic trend can be evaluated, providing a realistic experience for the development of animal breeding skills that will be relevant to students with a basic knowledge of animal breeding. Earlier versions of this program have been used at several universities where it has proven to be a very useful teaching tool to illustrate the theoretical basis of animal breeding in livestock.  相似文献

The objective was to assess the effectiveness of a comprehensive artificial insemination (AI) training program designed to facilitate an understanding of the breadth of the AI process, including AI skill acquisition, for preclinical veterinary students. Participants (n = 303) were enrolled at the Ross University School of Veterinary Medicine (Basseterre, St. Kitts, West Indies). The 2-d AI training program (n = 20) consisted of ~8 h of instruction and ~8 h of demonstration and hands-on activity. Oral presentations were used to deliver educational content, followed by video clips, discussion, demonstrations, and hands-on activity. Reproductive anatomy and physiology of the estrous cycle, AI sire acquisition, collection, evaluation, cryopreservation and distribution of conventional and sexed semen, storage and handling of frozen semen, use of synchronization protocols, accurate and efficient detection of estrus, and correct AI technique were discussed. True or false pre- and posttests were used to determine the level of knowledge gained by participants during the AI training program. Preclinical veterinary students were required to complete a semen handling and AI technique practical exam to achieve a certificate of completion. Participant program evaluations conducted at the conclusion of the program indicated that veterinary students found the content, structure, discussion, demonstrations, and hands-on activities to be appropriate and useful. No negative comments were offered about the training program, instructor, or activity coinstructors. The AI training program increased the posttest knowledge scores of veterinary students by 22 percentage points. Only 1 participant was unable to achieve a certificate of completion due to failure of the semen handling and AI technique practical exam. These results provide evidence that the AI training program was relevant and effective and that it offered information and skill acquisition with immediate field application.  相似文献

This paper draws upon poststructuralist theory in its examination of issues of reading and writing through/with technology. A research study which examines high-school students' productions of stories in a multimedia environment and their responses to these activities is described. Each student has an image of him-herself including: director of a TV show, programmer creating a video game program, designer of a program about the space shuttle, teacher creating a story for students, and camera person recording an interactive shopping sequence. An analysis of student's productions and responses is undertaken. The tension between 'informational' and 'expressive' writing objectives is explored through these students perceptions. This discussion includes issues of intertexuality and the re-production of dominant and alternative discourses from a poststructuralist stance.  相似文献
