The optimum chemical passivation process of the rare earth metal (REM) conversion coating on the Cf/6061Al composite surface was introduced in this paper and its polarization curves properties were investigated. Ridge-like coatings were found by scanning electro microscope (SEM) observations, and the Al matrix and carbon fibre reinforcement were both coated with Ce conversion coatings, with some minor cracks. The energy dispersive spectroscopy (EDS) plane scan analysis indicates that the major elements in the coating are Ce, O, Si, Al and the Ce content reaches 47.48%(mass fraction). The Ce conversion coatings increase the corrosion resisting properties of Cf/6061Al composite, with a higher free corrosion potential (Ecorr) and a lower free corrosion current density (icorr) for the coated composite than those of the bare composite. And the Boehmite-treatment would enhance the corrosion resistance of the REM conversion coating. The cathodic polarization and anodic polarization were retarded by REM conversion coating, resulting in an improved corrosion resistance. 相似文献

在利用SHS/PHIP技术制备(Ni,Cf)/(TiC-TiB2)陶瓷基复合材料过程中,对预制坯相对密度、预压力、延迟时间、致密化压力、保压时间等基本工艺参数以及镍和碳纤维的含量与材料性能之间的关系进行了分析,从而确定了影响该材料性能的主要因素为致密化压力、镍含量和碳纤维含量,并为此设计了一个三因素三水平的正交试验。结果表明:在质量为120 g的试样中,当碳纤维的含量为3%、镍含量为15%(均为质量分数),预制坯相对密度为61%左右、延迟时间为16 s、致密化压力为300 MPa、保压时间为6 s时,该材料的性能最优,其室温弯曲强度σb=488.27MPa,断裂韧性KIC=12.90 MPa.m1/2。 相似文献

The traditional blast furnace ironmaking process has many problems such as long process flow, high dependence on coke and large environmental pollution. In order to solve these problems, the new ironmaking process of rotary kiln pre- reduction and smelting by coal and oxygen was developed. This new process has advantages of wide raw material adaptability, no coke consumption, less pollutant emissions and suitable for special iron ore resources. The mathematical model of the new process was established. Numerical simulation results show that the metallization rate of pre- reduction iron, smelting furnace gas oxidation degree and blast air oxygen content have great influence on coal and oxygen consumption. The coal and oxygen consumption reduces with the increase of pre- reduction iron metallization rate, the rise of oxygen degree of coal gas or the decrease of oxygen content of blast air. This process has a significant advantage in smelting special iron ore resources, which can make up the shortage of blast furnace ironmaking. It is also of great significance to reduce fuel consumption and CO2 emissions. 相似文献

摘要:以实际工艺流程50t EBT-VOD-LF-VC冶炼15-5PH不锈钢为背景,通过FactSage 8.0和经典Wagner模型研究冶炼硅铝复合脱氧过程中钢液中的铝含量、炉渣组成以及冶炼温度等因素对钢液中氧含量的影响进行了热力学研究。结果表明:Al-Si复合脱氧为15-5PH不锈钢冶炼过程中的最佳脱氧工艺,为了保证脱氧的冶炼效果,应控制钢液中的酸溶铝的质量分数在0.015%左右;降低冶炼温度有利于降低钢液平衡氧含量;考虑炉渣的物理性能和钢渣界面平衡反应得出脱氧工艺的最优炉渣成分,碱度为2.5~3.0,w((Cr2O3))=0.5%,w((Al2O3))=20%,w((MgO))=5%,w((CaF2))=5%;经过工艺优化后生产的15.5PH不锈钢中氧含量明显降低,均满足产品要求,炉渣碱度对平衡氧含量和实际生产全氧含量的影响规律基本相同。 相似文献
