包钢研究设计总院研发出转炉钢渣粒化处理工艺

属于国内首创的转炉钢渣粒化处理工艺已南包头钢铁研究设计总院研发成功。转炉钢渣粒化处理工艺采用机械破碎与水淬相结合的办法，熔渣被高速旋转的粒化轮碎成小颗粒，然后被高压水冷却、水淬而成为产品。该工艺对渣中残钢回收率达98％以上，可回收残钢量为钢总量的3．43％～3．92％。提出残钢后，剩余的粒化渣可做钢渣硅酸盐道路水泥原料。     

干法循环利用实现钢渣“零”排放

通过对熔融钢渣的均化改性、全部粒化水淬干燥、有效提高钢渣活性、减少游离氧化钙的含量,使钢渣早期强度大幅提高、安定性好,为钢渣磁选除铁后的尾料铜渣大量使用提供必须的保障。工艺流程有机地结合起来,使钢渣处理与利用的全过程节能环保、经济实用,大幅提高钢渣性价比,实现钢渣“零”排放。     

基于CFD的钢渣风淬工艺参数分析与设计

针对钢渣风淬工艺参数受风速及粒化室布局等多因素影响,分析钢渣受高速气流冲击粒化和对流降温凝固过程,基于有限元仿真分析方法,建立多相流运动方程和风淬工艺有限元模型,结合钢渣样本物性参数实现液态钢渣风淬过程的数值模拟,得到不同粒径和风速下的换热凝固规律,验证了粒化室工艺布局等参数.数值模拟结果表明,考虑钢渣的相变潜热及飞行...

对当前的钢渣处理工艺进行了介绍和分析,并对能够有效利用资源的离心法和气淬法处理工艺进行模拟试验研究。最终得出:离心粒化处理时,把浇注温度、粒化轮的直径和转速配合好可得到较好的粒化效果;选择气淬粒化时,要把浇注温度、气体流量和喷嘴孔径三者结合起来才能得到理想的粒化效果。
