对梅山炼铁厂100t铁水罐的耳轴磨损进行了分析,通过耳轴弯曲强度核算,确认需要修复磨损量.通过对焊缝强度校核,证明更换耳轴的方案不可行,从而选用耳轴表面堆焊的处理工艺.焊后采用退火处理,以消除焊接残余应力,效果良好.

65t铁水罐扩容的可靠性分析

昆钢炼钢厂将65t铁水罐扩客为75t,通过利用UG软件建立罐体改造结构的三维数字模型,找出罐体的出铁水角度,分析铁水罐在典型工况下的倾翻特性,计算出倾翻力矩的最大值和倾斜角度,运用ANSYS—Workbench软件对罐体进行有限元分析,校核耳轴根部的弯曲应力,分析结果证明,该改造方案是可靠的。

以武钢一炼钢170t铁水罐为研究对象,借助美国Altair公司研发的HYPERMESH软件建立CAE模型,导入大型有限元软件ANSYS中计算,分析考虑温度场的情况下,铁水罐在不同工况下的应力分布.介绍了CAE建模过程与基于有限元原理的热-应力耦合方式.

对重钢铁-钢界面"一罐制"的设计特点、生产运行节奏、铁水罐周转和铁水温降等问题进行了阐述。通过对重钢"一罐制"大量的生产数据的统计分析和对比,为重钢铁-钢界面生产节奏控制、铁水罐周转优化、在线运行铁水罐数量、铁水温降等的优化,提出了科学的依据。认为重钢铁水温降最大的地方,是高炉出铁至KR脱硫开始的区间,占总温降的72%,有继续优化的潜力,是减少温降的重点环节。     

熔炼次数对M17返回料合金成分、组织和性能的影响

实验结果表明,M17铸造高温合金(%:0.16C、8.79Cr、5.79A1、4.93Ti、3.29Mo、15.20Co、0.78V、0.015B、0.073Zr、0.002S、0.001P、0.001 1O、0.001 0N)经25 kg真空感应炉返回重熔后,Si含量随重熔次数的增加而略有增加,合金中主要元素和其它杂质元素S、P、H的含量变化不大,而氧、氮略有增加;合金中初生碳化物由新合金中的草书体逐渐向返回合金块状转变,初生碳化物的遗传性堵塞合金凝固时的补缩通道,使返回料合金的疏松倾向增大,高温塑性下降较大。
