本文利用并矢格林函数获得了准光腔中的电磁场积分方程。利用矩量法导出了被一个轴向电流源激励的单微带贴片腔的输入阻抗的计算公式。利用本方法对矩形微带贴片的输入阻抗进行了讨论。其结果与微带天线很类似。这对设计微带型准光振荡器有重要的参考价值。  相似文献

与单短路针加载微带贴片天线相比,多短路针加载微带贴片天线具有较低的输入阻抗和较宽的频带。本文提出了多短路针加载微带贴片天线谐振频率、输入阻抗及回波损耗的计算方法,给出了相应的计算公式,并用这些公式对具体天线进行了计算,给出了计算结果,分析了天线谐振频率随第2根短路针位置和直径的变化规律。  相似文献

本文以微带贴片天线的腔模理论为基础,建立了底馈矩形,圆形贴片天线谐振频率和输入阻抗的CAD模型,并将所得的结果同有关文献的实测和理论结果进行了比较,结果表明,我们的计算结果与实测结果吻合得较好。  相似文献

短路针加载微带贴片天线具有较低的谐振频率,特别适用于低频便携式通信设备(如手机)中.与短路针加载矩形和圆形贴片天线相比,短路针加载三角形贴片天线具有更低的谐振频率.本文基于腔模理论,利用未加载三角形贴片天线的静态模,提出了短路针加载三角形贴片天线的理论分析方法,给出了天线谐振频率、输入阻抗及反射损耗的计算公式.数值计算与实测结果相吻合,表明这种分析方法是有效的.  相似文献

根据微带天线的辐射原理,对天线参数确定进行了理论分析,设计了一种中心频率为447MHz的矩形微带贴片天线。利用HFSS软件对其进行了建模和仿真验证。仿真结果表明,天线的S参数、方向图和输入阻抗均达到了微带贴片天线的设计要求,基于HFSS软件的设计方法能够快速、高效地完成微带天线的设计,且设计的微带天线具有良好的性能指标。  相似文献

本文提出了将阵列单元由单贴片改成缝耦合双贴片的形式。利用并矢Green函数和谱域矩量法分析了单贴片及缝耦合双贴片天线的输入阻抗。考虑了阵列天线的馈电网络中不均匀性的影响,根据解积分方程所得出的微带天线贴片表面电流分布。计算出其方向图特性,结果表明,缝耦合双贴片两单元微带阵列天线的阻抗频带提高到普通两单元微带阵列天线频带的2.5倍,文中实验数据与理论计算结果吻合甚好。  相似文献

在方形微带贴片的相邻两边电可以辐射双极化波。文中结合平面电路技术,腔模理论,用Green函数法导出了双边馈电方形微带天线输入阻抗与互阻抗的计算公式,分析了X波段双极化方形贴片天线输入阻抗,S参数和电压驻波比在谐振频率附近的变化情况,以及馈电点位置与宽度和εr对这些特性参数的影响。文中的计算方法可靠而简捷,可用于此类天线的设计,这种天线容易形成阵列结构,并易于有源集成。  相似文献

该文将矢量有限元——边界积分(Edge-Based FE-BI)混合方法用于腔基微带贴片线的辐射特性分析。分别计算了在无阻抗负载和加有阻抗负载两种情况下的输入阻抗,以此验证了该混合方法的正确性;然后计算了贴片天线表面缝隙部分的场分布,验证微带天线分析模型——传输线模型的合理性;最后计算了E面、H面方向图以及相应的交叉极化方向图。  相似文献

In this paper, we have explored a simple theoretical input impedance computation technique for the two gap-coupled circular microstrip patch antennas by using circuit theory approach. The frequency characteristics of the input impedance of the two gap-coupled circular microstrip patch antennas with the gap-distance between the feed patch and parasitic patch is analyzed and simulated. The effect of feed location in the feed patch on the input impedance of proposed antenna is also studied. The theoretical results are compared with the simulated results as well as other reported literature. The simulation has been performed by using a method-of-moment based commercially available simulator IE3D.  相似文献

The circular polarization diversity with the square patch microstrip antenna was obtained by the implantation of the quadrature hybrid as a microstrip feed line. The small size antenna is achieved by using the aperture coupled structure. The analysis of an aperture-coupled microstrip antenna (ACMSA) based on the cavity model theory is presented in this paper. The cavity model has been used to design an ACMSA and determine the relationship between the input impedance of the ACMSA and the position of the aperture. The matlab and the Advanced Design Software have been used for designing and simulating the ACMSA. There is a good agreement between the simulated and the experimental results.  相似文献

A method of computing the input impedance for the probe fed circular microstrip antenna with thick dielectric substrate is presented. Utilizing the framework of the cavity model, the fields under the microstrip patch are expanded in a set of modes satisfying the boundary conditions on the eccentrically located probe, as well as on the cavity magnetic wall. A mode-matching technique is used to solve for the electric field at the junction between the cavity and the coaxial feed cable. The reflection coefficient of the transverse electromagnetic (TEM) mode incident in the coaxial cable is determined, from which the input impedance of the antenna is computed. Measured data are presented to verify the theoretical calculations. Results of the computation of various losses for the circular printed antenna as a function of substrate thickness are also included.  相似文献

主要研究了高温超导(HTS)薄膜非线性特性对微带天线性能的影响。首先介绍了高温超导薄膜的非线性特性现象,以及产生该现象的可能的机理,在此基础上以矩形微带贴片天线为例,采用谱域矩量法对微带天线的辐射效率和输入阻抗进行了计算。结果表明输入功率增大到一定值时,将使天线的辐射效率下降,而且输入功率对输入阻抗也有一定的影响。  相似文献

In this paper, an annular-ring loaded (ARL) spherical-circular microstrip antenna is studied theoretically. The antenna is excited by a coaxial probe. The theoretical formulation is based on full-wave analysis in the spectral domain by using the vector Legendre transform and Galerkin's moment method is used for numerical calculation. Numerical results of the resonance frequencies, input impedance, voltage standing wave ratio (VSWR), and radiation characteristics are presented. It is shown that the impedance bandwidth of the spherical-circular microstrip antenna can be broadened by adding an annular-ring parasitic patch. By comparing to the single circular-patch case the spherical-circular microstrip antenna with an annular-ring parasitic patch has larger minor lobes and larger cross-polarization radiation  相似文献

A simple theory based on the cavity model is developed to analyze microstrip antennas excited by a slot in the ground plane. By using an equivalent magnetic current source at the feed, the electric field under the patch is obtained in terms of a set of cavity modes. In particular, the loci of the slot feed location for achieving the circular polarization and the input impedance are computed and found to be in excellent agreement with the experimentally measured results. Simple but surprisingly accurate formulas for slot-fed circularly polarized microstrip antennas are derived and compared with those for probe-fed counterparts  相似文献
