针对喷气燃料罐用导静电防腐蚀涂料的特殊要求,研制出一种浅色导静电防腐蚀涂料。对浅色导静电材料种类、用量以及分散剂对涂膜导静电性能的影响进行了试验。试验结果表明:不同种类浅色导静电材料对涂膜导静电性能影响程度不同;导静电材料用量对涂膜导静电性能的影响与导静电填料在涂料配方中的颜料体积浓度有关,综合考虑涂膜导静电和防腐蚀性能之间的关系,确定了导静电填料的最佳颜料体积浓度范围。性能测试表明:所研制涂料各项性能指标均达到国家标准。通过对浸泡过涂膜的喷气燃料的性能指标测试表明,该涂料各组分对喷气燃料无污染,可广泛用于喷气燃料舱、运油车、输送管线内壁。 相似文献

用多元乳液共聚法制备了用于粘贴导静电PVC地板胶粘剂,加入乙炔碳黑赋予乳液胶粘剂导静电性能。研究了影响胶接强度和初粘力的主要因素,确定m(VAc)/m(BA+VAc)较合适比为1∶3;研究了乳化剂和交联单体对乳液性能的影响,研究得出,适量加入AA和HMAM可以减少乳化剂的用量,提高乳液的性能;考查了影响导静电性能的因素,研究表明,导静电性能由乙炔碳黑决定,其加入量越大,导静电性能越好。得到的导静电乳液胶粘剂胶接强度达到0.51MPa以上,导静电可达到7.2×103Ω,两项指标均超过国家标准。 相似文献

Based on modified silicon polyester resin in addition to several functional fillers such as corro-sion-resistant fillers, heat-resistant fillers and thermal conductive fillers, a high thermal conductive coating can be made. On the basis of boronnitride (BN) and aluminum nitride (AIN) used as thermal conductive fillers and by means of the testing system of hot disk and heat transfer experiment, researches on the varieties of thermal conduc-tive fillers and the effects of the contents of high-thermal conductive coating have been done, which shows that the thermal conductivity of coating increases with the increase of the quality fraction and the coefficient of thermal conductivity of the thermal conductive fillers of coating. With guaranteeing better heat resistance, stronger corro-sion resistance and adhesive force, the coefficient of coating can reach a level as high as 3 W·m^-1·K^-1. 相似文献

研究了使用三类不同导电填料制得的粉末涂料的表面电阻与导电填料含量的关系,确定了粉末涂料中各类导电填料的渗滤阔值。用扫描电镜(SEM)观察了不同导电填料含量的粉末涂料的断面形貌,用透射电镜(TEM)观察分析了炭黑及导电二氧化钛的结构及粒径。结果表明,填料不同,得到的粉末涂料的渗滤阈值有很大差别。对于炭黑或导电二氧化钛,其结构性越高,比表面积越大,粒径越小,导电性能越好,得到的渗滤阈值越低。 相似文献

Increasing the thermal and electrical conductivity of typically insulating polymers, such as nylon 6,6, opens new markets. A thermally conductive resin can be used for heat sink applications. An electrically conductive resin can be used in static dissipative and Electromagnetic Interference/Radio Frequency Interference shielding applications. This research focused on performing compounding runs followed by injection molding and testing (tensile properties, volumetric electrical resistivity, and through‐plane thermal conductivity) of carbon filled nylon 6,6. The four carbon fillers investigated included a PAN‐based carbon fiber (milled, 200μ long), an electrically conductive carbon black, vapor grown graphitic nanotubes, and Thermocarb (high quality synthetic milled graphite). Formulations were produced and tested that contained varying amounts of a single carbon filler. Combinations of fillers were also investigated via conducting half of a 24 factorial design. It was determined that Thermocarb has the largest effect on the thermal conductivity. Increasing Thermocarb increases thermal conductivity. For conductive resins containing only a single filler type, nanotubes caused the electrical resistivity (ER) to decrease the most. For the half fraction factorial design formulations that contain at least one filler type at the higher level, the ER of the conductive resin ranged from 0.1 to 0.3 ohm‐cm. 相似文献

对导电复合橡胶用导电填料如炭系、金属系、颗粒表面镀金属等的种类、性质等因素对复合橡胶材料导电率的影响及应用进行了综述。也对采用新型的填料即本征导电聚合物主要是聚苯胺填充制备导电复合橡胶的研究进展进行了综述。炭系是目前制备导电复合橡胶主要的导电填料,但有污染,不适合制备有颜色要求的导电材料,金属系、颗粒表面镀金属的比重大,在聚合物中分散较困难,也不太适合于有比重要求的制品。本征导电聚合物导电填充填料是制备导电复合橡胶发展的一个重要方向,可以解决不熔难溶造成的在聚合物中分散性差的问题。 相似文献

A new UV-curable hyperbranched silicone epoxy acrylate resin was synthesized, and two kinds of carbon-based components, graphite and graphene, were applied as conductive materials. An ultraviolet-curing coating was successfully synthesized with using epoxy acrylate (EA) as oligomer, butyl acrylate (BA), and hyperbranched polysiloxane (HPSi) as monomers, benzoin dimethyl ether (DMPA), and benzophenone (BP) as photo-initiators, triethanolamine (TEA) as photo-activator, and other auxiliaries. In this work, the UV-curing efficiency and cured performance, together with the effect of different conductive fillers and the amount of conductive filler on the integrated performance of the composites, are investigated. The results show that as the HPSi content increases, the curing time is shortened. At the addition amount of 7.5%, it reaches the best conductivity, and at the addition amount of 10%, the corrosion resistance after curing is the best. However, the maximum tensile strength of 10.4% is obtained at 0.75 graphene. The FE-SEM micrographs of the UV-curable conductive coating show that with increasing incorporation of graphene into the substrate, the fractured surface of a rough surface changes to smooth one. Thermal properties of the films investigated using TGA curves indicate that graphene-doped conductive adhesive film (315.1 °C) possesses much higher heat resistance than that of graphite-doped conductive adhesive film. 相似文献

通过熔融挤出法制备了分别由铁粉(Fe)、铜粉(Cu)、铝粉(Al)和氧化铝(Al2O3)粉4种导热填料填充的聚乳酸(PLA)复合材料,研究了填料种类、用量对复合材料的热导率、固化以及结晶行为的影响。结果表明,其中添加10 % (质量分数,下同)Fe可使复合材料的热导率提高90 %,10 % Al2O3的加入使冲击强度提高55 %,填料种类和用量对肖氏硬度(A)没有显著影响;随着填料用量的增加,复合材料的结晶速率明显提高,添加5 %填料可使复合材料结晶速率平均提高83 %,而添加10 %的填料时结晶速率仅提高79 %。 相似文献
