液体聚异戊二烯对天然橡胶/聚丁二烯橡胶硫化胶微观结构和性能的影响 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
研究了液体聚异戊二烯(LIR)作为增塑剂对天然橡胶(NR)/聚丁二烯橡胶(BR)硫化胶微观结构、弯曲疲劳性能、压缩疲劳性能和动态力学性能的影响,并与加入工业用增塑剂芳烃油的硫化胶进行了对比。结果表明,加入LIR较芳烃油有利于炭黑在NR/BR体系中的分散;随着LIR用量的增加,NR/BR硫化胶的耐屈挠疲劳性能基本不变;与芳烃油增塑的NR/BR体系相比,LIR增塑NR/BR体系的耐屈挠疲劳性能较优,压缩疲劳生热和压缩永久变形较低;加入LIR降低了硫化胶滚动阻力的同时减弱了其抗湿滑性。 相似文献

按照NR/BR/TPI并用胶90/10/0,85/10/5,80/10/10,75/10/15,70/10/20之不同配比,研究了TPI对并用混炼胶性能、硫化胶的力学性能、老化性能及其分散状态的影响。结果表明,当TPI含量为5份时,TPI与NR和BR相容性最好,硫化胶硫化网络结构均匀,交联网络达到了极大值,tanδ值较小,动态性能优异,NR/BR/TPI并用混炼胶性能优异。 相似文献

将低相对分子质量反式-1,4-聚异戊二烯蜡(LMTPIW)代替芳烃油用于天然橡胶(NR)和反式-1,4-聚异戊二烯(TPI)并用胶中.研究其对并用胶性能的影响。结果表明,用LMTPIW代替芳烃油用于NR/TPI并用胶中,操作方便,可改善混炼胶的加工性能,混炼胶的焦烧时间延长;提高了硫化胶的拉断伸长率、撕裂强度、屈挠性能;改善了炭黑的分散性;热空气老化性能略有下降。LMTPIW用量在10~15份时,与加入5份芳烃油后的增塑效果相当.屈挠性能可提高2~4倍,胶料的综合性能最佳。 相似文献

试验研究NR与SR(SBR或/和BR)并用对全钢载重子午线轮胎胎面胶性能的影响.结果表明,与单用NR相比,SR用量不超过20份的NR/SR混炼胶强度略低,硫化胶的硬度、定伸应力、拉伸强度、拉断伸长率、弹性和耐磨性能相近,拉断永久变形较小,压缩温升略高;SR用量超过20份的NR/SR混炼胶强度较低,硫化胶的300%定伸应力和撕裂强度较低,压缩温升较高,耐磨性能较好.NR与不超过30份(最好为20份)的SBR/BR(不超过20份,最好为10份)并用的全钢载重子午线轮胎胎面胶性能较好. 相似文献

AbstractBis-(triethoxysilylpropyl)-tetrasulfane functionalised carbon nanotubes (t-CNTs) were used as compatibiliser along with liquid isoprene rubber (LIR) in the natural rubber (NR)/polybutadiene rubber (BR) blend. Their reinforcing and compatibilising effects were evaluated by mechanical, fatigue crack growth resistance properties and blend homogeneity. Scanning electron microscope and transmission electron microscope showed enhanced interfacial adhesion between the binary rubber phases and improved dispersion of the minor phase in the rubber blend respectively with the co-existence of LIR and carbon nanotubes. The tensile strength of the carbon black (CB) filled NR/BR blend reached its optimum when 3 phr CB was replaced with an equal amount of t-CNTs in the presence of 7 phr LIR, while the fatigue crack growth resistance property achieved its maximum in the presence of 3 phr LIR. This interesting co-compatibilisation behaviour of t-CNTs and LIR suggests that t-CNTs have a better effect than CB with the assistance of LIR, which is an effective plasticiser in the NR/BR blend. 相似文献

In this study, we research the Mooney viscosity, curing rates, and processibility of natural rubber (NR) and polybutadiene rubber (BR) blends at different blending ratios. The changing values are measured during vulcanization processing and were tested by Mooney viscometer, Monsanto viscometer, etc. The results of scanning electron microscope (SEM) and dynamic mechanical analysis (DMA) experiments are used to explore the surface morphologies and molecular mobility of NR/BR blends. The experimental results indicate that Mooney viscosity tends to decrease with increasing NR content of NR/BR blends, and this results in superior processibility of NR/BR blends with increasing NR content. NR/BR blends' curing rate improved with increasing NR content. The DMA experimental results show that the temperature is suitable to produce a character peak (Tαn) in molecular motions of NR/BR blends. There tends to a lower temperature range with decreasing NR content of NR/BR blends. In addition, Tαb would move to a lower temperature with decreasing BR content of NR/BR blends. 相似文献

以环保充油乳聚丁苯橡胶SBR1723作对比,研究环保充油溶聚丁苯橡胶T2830在轮胎胎面胶中的应用。结果表明:与SBR1723/天然橡胶(NR)/顺丁橡胶(BR)胶料相比,T2830/NR/BR胶料的起硫速度略快、硫化速度略慢;拉断伸长率和撕裂强度较高,硬度、定伸应力和拉伸强度相当;抗湿滑和抗干滑性能相当,干操控性能略差。采用T2830/NR/BR胎面胶的轮胎高速性能、耐久性能和滚动阻力与采用SBR1723/NR/BR胎面胶的轮胎相当。T2830可以替代SBR1723用于轮胎胎面胶。 相似文献

研究了反式-1,4-聚异戊二烯(TPI)硫化胶及其与BR,SBR,NR共混硫化胶的性能。结果表明,通过控制硫黄用量即交联密度,可使TPI硫化胶具有优异的力学和动态力学性能;TPI与BR,SBR,NR共混,工艺性能良好,当TPI/BR,TPI/SBR和TPI/NR共混比小于50/50时,共混硫化胶的力学和动态力学性能优于BR,SBR和NR硫化胶,特别是拉伸疲劳寿命大大延长,这正是高性能轮胎所需要的 相似文献
