以乙氧化双酚A-二甲基丙烯酸酯(BPA_2EODPT)、甲基丙烯酸羟丙酯(HPMA)和环氧丙烯酸酯(EA)为主要单体,并以N,N'-4,4'-二苯甲烷双马来酰亚胺(BMI)为耐热改性剂、气相二氧化硅(SiO_2)为耐热填料、异丙苯过氧化氢(CHP)为引发剂、N,N'-二乙基对甲苯胺(DPT)为促进剂、对苯二酚(HQ)和乙二胺四乙酸四钠(Na_4EDTA)为复配稳定剂,制备耐高温厌氧胶。研究结果表明:以厌氧胶的储存稳定性和定位时间作为考核指标,采用单因素试验法和正交试验法优选出制备该厌氧胶的最佳工艺条件为w(BPA_2EODPT)=47%、w(HPMA)=30%、w(EA)=13%、w(BMI)=6%、w(SiO_2)=4%、w(CHP)=2.5%、w(DPT)=1.5%、w(HQ)=0.14%和w(Na_4EDTA)=0.05%。  相似文献

研究耐热助剂氧化镁和甲基丙烯酸镁(MMG)、助交联剂三烯丙基异氰脲酸酯(TAIC)、N,N'-间亚苯基双马来酰亚胺(HVA-2)和硫黄对过氧化物硫化体系丁腈橡胶(NBR)耐热性能的影响。结果表明:氧化镁和MMG可以提高胶料的耐热性能,二者单用或并用的适合用量均为7~12份;助交联剂TAIC和HVA-2可以提高胶料的耐热性能,用量为1~2份较好;硫黄不适合用作过氧化物硫化的耐热NBR助交联剂。  相似文献

通过采用80 000 MPa·s室温硫化甲基硅橡胶(107胶)为基胶,辅以碳酸钙补强、对气相白炭黑、偶联剂和耐热助剂等助剂,制备一种耐高温的硅橡胶。研究了不同种类耐热助剂及添加量、偶联剂、预处理的白炭黑的添加量对硅橡胶耐热性的影响,结果表明:α-Fe2O3、Al(OH)3和ZnO3种耐热助剂,均可以不同程度提高硅橡胶的耐热性,其中Al (OH)3的耐热性最好。通过不同添加量比较,发现Al(OH)3添加量为4%、偶联剂为1.5%、白炭黑为15%时,制备的硅橡胶耐热性较好。  相似文献

基于废液晶玻璃原料设计了一种新型耐热硼硅玻璃,针对所制耐热玻璃澄清困难,导致玻璃气泡含量多的问题,借助玻璃配合料高温视像研究方法,研究了CeO2、NaCl、Na2SO4、SnO2四种澄清剂对耐热玻璃澄清质量的影响。实验通过高温视像系统对玻璃液澄清过程进行观测,结果表明:在1 600℃熔化温度下,NaCl和Na2SO4作为单一澄清剂的添加量分别为0.50%(质量分数)、0.20%(质量分数)时,达到最佳澄清效果;CeO2、SnO2分别与NaNO3复合作为复合澄清剂的添加量为0.40%(质量分数)CeO2+2.60%(质量分数)NaNO3、0.40%(质量分数)SnO2+2.40%(质量分数)NaNO3时,达到最佳澄清效果;玻璃熔体泡沫开始回落时间分别为22、10、20、28 min;开始回落温度分别为1 1...  相似文献

以乙氧化双酚A二甲基丙烯酸酯(BPA2EODPT)、环氧丙烯酸酯(EA)和三羟甲基丙烷三甲基丙烯酸酯(TMPTMA)为主要原料,N,N'-4,4'-二苯甲烷双马来酰亚胺(BMI)和气相二氧化硅(SiO2)为耐热改性剂,异丙苯过氧化氢(CHP)为引发剂,N,N-二乙基对甲苯胺(DPT)和糖精(SA)为促进剂和助促进剂,对苯醌(BQ)、乙二胺四乙酸四钠(Na4EDTA)和对苯二酚(HQ)为稳定剂,优选出耐高温厌氧胶的最佳配方。结果表明:当m(BPA2EODPT)︰ m(EA)︰m(TMPTMA)=3.1︰1︰2.5、w(BMI)=6%、w(SiO2)=4%、w(CHP)=3.5%、w(DPT)=0.4%、w(SA)=2%、w(BQ)=0.07%、w(Na4EDTA)=0.04%、w(HQ)=0.11%时,厌氧胶的综合性能较好,耐热性能及贮存稳定性能俱佳。  相似文献

为解决聚丙烯(PP)隔膜对电解液润湿性能差、耐热性能差的问题,选用氧化铝(Al2O3)为陶瓷填料、聚乙烯醇(PVA)为粘结剂、去离子水为溶剂制备涂覆浆料,采用刮涂法在传统PP隔膜表面涂覆上Al2O3 /PVA层。通过X射线衍射图谱(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)、接触角测试、润湿性能测试和耐热性能测试对改性前后隔膜进行表征,并将改性前后隔膜组装成纽扣电池进行电化学性能表征。结果表明:在PP隔膜表面成功引入Al2O3 /PVA涂层后,润湿性能和耐热性能得到明显改善,吸液率由98%提高到203%,在170℃下热处理1 h的热收缩率由46.1%减小至24.4%。与原隔膜相比,改性隔膜组装的电池的循环性能和倍率性能更好。  相似文献

Despite its industrial importance, the subject of freeze-thaw (F/T) stability of latex coatings has not been studied extensively. There is also a lack of fundamental understanding about the process and the mechanisms through which a coating becomes destabilized. High pressure (2100 bar) freezing fixes the state of water-suspended particles of polymer binder and inorganic pigments without the growth of ice crystals during freezing that produce artifacts in direct imaging scanning electron microscopy (SEM) of fracture surfaces of frozen coatings. We show that by incorporating copolymerizable functional monomers, it is possible to achieve F/T stability in polymer latexes and in low-VOC paints, as judged by the microstructures revealed by the cryogenic SEM technique. Particle coalescence as well as pigment segregation in F/T unstable systems are visualized. In order to achieve F/T stability in paints, latex particles must not flocculate and should provide protection to inorganic pigment and extender particles. Because of the unique capabilities of the cryogenic SEM, we are able to separate the effects of freezing and thawing, and study the influence of the rate of freezing and thawing on F/T stability. Destabilization can be caused by either freezing or thawing. A slow freezing process is more detrimental to F/T stability than a fast freezing process; the latter actually preserves suspension stability during freezing. In 2002–2004, we examined the flight responses of 49 species of native and exotic bark and ambrosia beetles (Coleoptera: Scolytidae and Platypodidae) to traps baited with ethanol and/or (−)-α-pinene in the southeastern US. Eight field trials were conducted in mature pine stands in Alabama, Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, and South Carolina. Funnel traps baited with ethanol lures (release rate, about 0.6 g/day at 25–28°C) were attractive to ten species of ambrosia beetles (Ambrosiodmus tachygraphus, Anisandrus sayi, Dryoxylon onoharaensum, Monarthrum mali, Xyleborinus saxesenii, Xyleborus affinis, Xyleborus ferrugineus, Xylosandrus compactus, Xylosandrus crassiusculus, and Xylosandrus germanus) and two species of bark beetles (Cryptocarenus heveae and Hypothenemus sp.). Traps baited with (−)-α-pinene lures (release rate, 2–6 g/day at 25–28°C) were attractive to five bark beetle species (Dendroctonus terebrans, Hylastes porculus, Hylastes salebrosus, Hylastes tenuis, and Ips grandicollis) and one platypodid ambrosia beetle species (Myoplatypus flavicornis). Ethanol enhanced responses of some species (Xyleborus pubescens, H. porculus, H. salebrosus, H. tenuis, and Pityophthorus cariniceps) to traps baited with (−)-α-pinene in some locations. (−)-α-Pinene interrupted the response of some ambrosia beetle species to traps baited with ethanol, but only the response of D. onoharaensum was interrupted consistently at most locations. Of 23 species of ambrosia beetles captured in our field trials, nine were exotic and accounted for 70–97% of total catches of ambrosia beetles. Our results provide support for the continued use of separate traps baited with ethanol alone and ethanol with (−)-α-pinene to detect and monitor common bark and ambrosia beetles from the southeastern region of the US.  相似文献

Halyomorpha halys (Stål) (Pentatomidae), called the brown marmorated stink bug (BMSB), is a newly invasive species in the eastern USA that is rapidly spreading from the original point of establishment in Allentown, PA. In its native range, the BMSB is reportedly attracted to methyl (E,E,Z)-2,4,6-decatrienoate, the male-produced pheromone of another pentatomid common in eastern Asia, Plautia stali Scott. In North America, Thyanta spp. are the only pentatomids known to produce methyl 2,4,6-decatrienoate [the (E,Z,Z)-isomer] as part of their pheromones. Methyl 2,4,6-decatrienoates were field-tested in Maryland to monitor the spread of the BMSB and to explore the possibility that Thyanta spp. are an alternate host for parasitic tachinid flies that use stink bug pheromones as host-finding kairomones. Here we report the first captures of adult and nymph BMSBs in traps baited with methyl (E,E,Z)-2,4,6-decatrienoate in central Maryland and present data verifying that the tachinid, Euclytia flava (Townsend), exploits methyl (E,Z,Z)-2,4,6-decatrienoate as a kairomone. We also report the unexpected finding that various isomers of methyl 2,4,6-decatrienoate attract Acrosternum hilare (Say), although this bug apparently does not produce methyl decatrienoates. Other stink bugs and tachinids native to North America were also attracted to methyl 2,4,6-decatrienoates. These data indicate there are Heteroptera in North America in addition to Thyanta spp. that probably use methyl 2,4,6-decatrienoates as pheromones. The evidence that some pentatomids exploit the pheromones of other true bugs as kairomones to find food or to congregate as a passive defense against tachinid parasitism is discussed.  相似文献
