福建川石金矿选矿厂前期采用常规浮选工艺生产金精矿,浮选采用一次粗选、三次精选、四次扫选工艺流程,丁基铵黑药和丁基黄药作为捕收剂、松醇油为起泡剂、硫酸铜为活化剂、石灰用作p H值调整剂,选矿厂尾矿中金品位为0.82g/t,金选矿回收率为61.87%。经过工艺流程的优化,调整为一次粗选、两次精选、三次扫选,捕收剂丁基铵黑药30 g/t,丁基黄药100 g/t,起泡剂松醇油30 g/t、SC 15 g/t。最终选矿厂尾矿中金品位降至0.28 g/t,金的回收率为87.32%,年增加经济效益可达1 259.42万元。  相似文献

对西宁某原生铜矿石进行了选矿试验研究。通过对浮选指标各影响因素的优化,得出了适合铜矿石粗选的最佳工艺条件:磨矿细度70%-74μm的条件下,活化剂Na2S用量120 g/t,组合捕收剂异丙基黄药和丁基铵黑药分别为45、15 g/t,起泡剂11号油23 g/t。在此条件下进行两次扫选,混合精矿进行铜硫分离、再经过三次精选和两次扫选实验室闭路试验,可获得铜精矿品位为18.16%、回收率为86.21%,硫精矿品位为30.12%、回收率为82.07%的较好实验室闭路试验指标。  相似文献

某难选金矿石含金1.97 g/t,矿物组分复杂,独立金矿物嵌布粒度细,主要载金矿物黄铁矿嵌布粒度粗细不均,同一种矿物少部分是载金矿物而大部分为不含金矿物,导致金精矿不含金杂质矿物含量高,金精矿品位较低。为提高该金精矿品位,采用高效捕收剂MA与丁基铵黑药组合,金精选添加适量的分散剂六偏磷酸钠,通过一次粗选、两次精选、两次扫选的闭路试验流程,最终获得金精矿含金50.51 g/t、含银1 180.8 g/t,金回收率为93.96%、银回收率为90.13%。金精矿中金品位得到有效提高。  相似文献

在工艺矿物学研究的基础上对含金0.084 g/t、硫2.74%的陕西蔡川铜尾矿进行了金的强化回收技术研究。结果表明,含金铜尾矿经过一次粗选、一次精选、一次扫选闭路流程可获得硫品位43.34%、回收率44.30%的硫精矿,其中金品位为1.26 g/t、回收率为42.06%,达到计价标准。另外矿石中的银和镓元素也得到了一定程度的回收。理论分析结果显示,组合药剂的使用可大幅度提高含金矿物的选别效果,Y-89和丁基铵黑药的组合属于正—负型协同药剂,药剂基团中硫原子的Mulliken电荷分布是影响捕收剂选别性能的关键因素。  相似文献

针对矿石性质 ,采用 3 8号捕收剂与丁基铵黑药 3∶2配成混合捕收剂 ,松醇油作起泡剂 ,磨矿细度 -74μm 66.66% ,工艺流程为一次粗选、一次精选、一次扫选或一次粗选、两次精选、一次扫选 ,获得金精矿产率大于3 .3 2 % ,品位大于 65 .70 g/t,回收率大于 93 .48% ,实现提高金浮选回收率的目的。  相似文献

安徽某含砷高硫低品位金矿石,有价元素为金和硫,为了合理开发利用该矿产资源,试验采用抑硫浮金工艺流程进行选矿试验研究。试验选取石灰作为硫化物抑制剂,以丁基黄药和丁铵黑药组合药剂为捕收剂,在磨矿细度为-0.074 mm 75%的条件下,通过1次粗选、3次精选和2次扫选,最终获得了金精矿品位为25.32 g/t、金回收率为68.52%的满意指标。  相似文献

采用常规的硫化浮选工艺,从含金的氧化矿中回收金.研究了磨矿细度、硫化钠、碳酸钠、丁基黄药及丁基铵黑药用量对回收金的影响.结果表明,过量的硫化钠对金有抑制作用,采用丁基黄药和丁基铵黑药混合捕收剂能提高金的回收率.在磨矿细度为89.52%-0.074 mm、原矿金品位为5.56 g/t的条件下,经一粗二精二扫选别.可获得金精矿品位为105.9 g/t,金回收率为85.27%的选别指标.  相似文献

对云南某氧化铜矿进行浮选试验研究。原矿含Cu 1.60%,含Ag 68.20g/t,铜氧化率为93.92%,属于氧化铜矿石,原矿组成复杂,主要的铜矿物有孔雀石、蓝铜矿等,主要脉石矿物为石英、白云石。试验方案采用优选硫化铜后浮选氧化铜工艺流程,结果表明,在磨矿细度为-74μm含量65%,丁基黄药和丁基铵黑药为捕收剂,硫化钠和水玻璃为调整剂,松醇油为起泡剂的条件下,经两次粗选、一次扫选、两次精选的浮选流程获得铜精矿Cu品位26.68%,Cu回收率94.12%,Ag品位1 094.46g/t,Ag回收率94.04%的良好试验指标。  相似文献

研究工作面瓦斯涌出规律对工作面瓦斯治理有重要意义。为了得到唐口煤矿深部3号煤层复杂开采条件下工作面回采时期瓦斯涌出时空演化规律,选取6304工作面作为对象,采用实测方法研究6304工作面瓦斯涌出规律。结果表明:6304工作面瓦斯涌出量为6.534 m3/min,其中煤壁占34.27%,落煤占29.62%,采空区占36.11%;沿工作面倾向由低到高,瓦斯浓度整体为上升趋势,其中1—76号架工作面瓦斯浓度小于0.20%,76—102号架瓦斯浓度上升明显,最大为0.387%;上隅角的后部采空区是工作面的瓦斯主要涌出源,上隅角1号测点瓦斯浓度0.78%,上隅角周边3号、5号、7号、8号、9号测点瓦斯浓度平均为0.643%;周期来压时,上隅角瓦斯相对平时较高。研究为针对性的瓦斯分源监控与灾害防治提供基础。  相似文献
