架空索道是利用架空绳索支承运送乘客(或货物)的一种运输设施,在交通、冶金及旅游等行业已广泛应用.目前国内80%以上的客运索道用固定式抱索器,连同吊杆及吊椅(厢)固定在钢丝绳上,如单线循环式索道等.抱索器是客运架空索道的关键部件之一,如果抱索器在运行中损坏或失灵,将会导致脱索等恶性事故,产生严重后果.目前,国家对客运架空索道抱索器等部件的设计和制造制订了相应规范,但对无损检测却无明确要求.我所近年来为某索道的固定式抱索器和吊杆进行了无损检测,多次发现裂纹等缺陷,为使用单位消除了安全隐患,取得了一些经验.1 检验方法及内容1.1 固定式抱索器及吊杆的结构特点国内索道常用的固定式抱索器是依靠经预压缩的弹簧将内外钳口相互紧固在运载索上,其结构见图1.它主要由外抱卡、内抱卡、顶轴、弹簧蓄能器罩、碟形弹簧及导向翼等部件组成.弹簧的压紧力通过顶轴传递给内抱卡,φ50mm轴部位悬挂连接吊厢的吊杆.抱索器一般由在低温下具有良好冲击韧性的优质钢模锻而成,吊杆由外壁经涂锌处理的钢管弯制而成. 相似文献

Transformation behavior between localized and general corrosion of die‐cast AZ91D magnesium alloy in anodizing processes was investigated by galvanostatic polarization. The results revealed that, at electric current density 5, 10, and 20 mA/cm2, a localized corrosion state appears on the specimen surface in the initial stage (10 min), and is changed into general corrosion with the galvanostatic measurement time. On the other hand, the increase in electric current density has caused the increase of the corroded area on the specimen surfaces at the same galvanostatic measurement time. In comparison, the appearance of localized corrosion based on general corrosion can be attributed to the localized absorption along with enhanced activity and reactivity of Cl? at the higher electric current density (10 and 20 mA/cm2). Meanwhile, the penetration of Cl? throughout the corrosion products has caused the destruction of the integrity of these corrosion products, which promotes the continuous growth of the localized corrosion pits under the galvanic effect. 相似文献

In this work, corrosion of a 16Mn line pipe steel was investigated in a simulated soil solution by weight-loss test, electrochemical measurement, and surface analysis techniques. Moreover, the implication on the pipeline integrity was analyzed. It was found that a layer of corrosion product, i.e., ferrous and ferric oxides, would form on the steel surface to inhibit the further corrosion of the steel. The structure of the corrosion product layer would change with time, resulting in the steel corrosion experiencing a mechanistic alteration. The effects of oxygen and temperature on the steel corrosion were determined. Moreover, the uniform corrosion rate of the steel is within the acceptable range, and thus does not affect the pipeline integrity. 相似文献

Surface flatness, geometric integrity and micro-surface finish characteristics are crucial for automotive industry to properly seal joints, reduce leakage and consequently increasing engines efficiency and reducing emissions. Optimum fixture layout is a key element in achieving this goal. Machining of flexible parts impose further challenges to the selection of a proper fixture scenario.Workpiece motion arising from localized elastic deformation at the workpiece/fixture contacts due to machining and clamping forces significantly affect the workpiece location accuracy and hence the machined part quality. The tangential friction force plays an important role in fixture configuration design as it can be utilized to reduce the number of fixture components, thereby the workpiece features accessibility to machining operations and providing a damping mechanism to dissipate input energy from machining forces out of the workpiece/fixture system.Although the literature is full of research on friction and its application, it lacks research that relates to the contact found in workpiece/fixture systems. Delamination in IC packages was detected by microwaves. An open-ended coaxial line sensor was employed to couple microwave signals with the package and the package was scanned in two perpendicular directions on a plane parallel to the package. A microwave image was created by measuring the phase of the effective reflection coefficient at the aperture of the coaxial line sensor. A high-frequency microwave was used to obtain a higher spatial resolution. The image obtained from the microwave measurement shows almost the same features as that of a scanning acoustic tomograph. The delamination was detected significantly without a coupling medium. This indicates that microwave imaging is a promising technique for the integrity assessment of IC packages. 相似文献
