随着电网的发展,电力设备的结构也越来越复杂,自动化程度越来越高,各子系统的关系也越来越密切,一旦设备的某个部分在运转过程中出现故障,就很可能中断生产,造成巨大的经济损失,甚至带来灾难性的后果。为确保电力系统安全、经济、稳定运行,对设备故障的在线监测诊断将显得尤为必要。为此,本文作者主要就电气设备实施在线检测要求、步骤进行了阐述,同时通过实例分析得出了其良好的效果。  相似文献

In this paper, the theoretical analysis and stimulating calculation were conducted for a basic two-stage thermoelectric module, which contains one thermocouple in the second stage and several thermocouples in the first stage. The study focused on the configuration of the two-stage thermoelectric module, especially investigating the influences of some parameters, such as the allocation of the junction temperature difference in the module, the length of thermocouples and the number of thermocouples, on the cooling performance of the module. The obtained analysis results indicate that changing the junction temperature difference in the second stage, the length of thermocouples and the number of thermocouples in the first stage can improve the cooling performance of the module. These results can be used to optimize the configuration of the two-stage thermoelectric module, and provide guides for the design and application of thermoelectric cooler.  相似文献

Dust wipe samples were subjected to ultrasonic extraction (UE) in diluted nitric acid, and then analyzed for lead content using field-portable anodic stripping voltammetry (ASV). Recoveries of lead were determined from wipe materials which were spiked with certified reference materials (CRMs) containing known quantities of lead. Four different wipe materials and four different CRMs were tested, with and without filtration of aliquots of sample extract through 0.45 microm hydrophilic polytetrafluoroethylene filters. The CRMs consisted of paint, soil, particulate, and dust matrices. Wipe materials were chosen from those which have been found to meet the performance aspects of an ASTM standard specification. UE/ASV experiments were carried out in accordance with newly published ASTM procedures for on-site extraction and electroanalysis. Recoveries were found to vary for different wipe materials and CRMs. For several CRMs, quantitative (80--120%) recoveries for UE/ASV were observed for one wipe material whether filtration was used or not, while other wipe materials required filtration for quantitative recovery. In the case of one wipe material which contained detergents, quantitative recoveries could not be achieved whether filtration was used or not. The total analysis time for a sample set of 6--12 samples was 60--90 min, including extraction time and sample manipulation. The results of this work have provided information on the choice of wipe materials that can be used for quantitative lead measurements by UE/ASV in materials that are representative of sources of lead in surface dust.  相似文献

We report a giant Seebeck coefficient (S) thermoelectric (TE) material-MnO(2) powder-and the design of a practical MnO(2) TE generator to light up a regular light emitting diode (LED). The S of MnO(2) powder was measured to be higher than 20,000 μV K(-1), which is about 100 times higher than the state-of-the-art of Bi(2)Te(3), one of the best TE materials. The giant S is very possibly closely related to the surface density of the electronic state (DOS), the Fermi energy level. The very high S and therefore high power factor is technologically important for transient TE cooling.  相似文献

An experimental investigation using a Peltier thermoelectric cooler (TEC) to cool down a cryoprobe for cryosurgery was performed. Two prototypes of cryosurgery devices consisting of 5- and 6-stage TEC modules were analyzed using a variety of electrical voltages, circulating thermostatic bath (CTB) temperatures, and heat exchanger configurations to obtain an optimum cold side temperature and temperature differences between sides of the modules. To increase the heat exchanges at the hot side, a heat pipe system with a water block was used. Using an electric voltage of 12 V and a CTB temperature of 273.55 K, a cryogenic temperature of 177.09 K and a temperature difference of 99.87 K were achieved. These results indicate that the TEC module can be an effective cooling source for cryosurgery. The prototype has shown potential for clinical trials.  相似文献

An ultrasonic on-line system to measurer values in cold rolled steel sheets has been developed with electromagnetic acoustic transducers (EMATs). These EMATs are composed of meanderline coils and electromagnets and operate with the magnetostrictive mechanism. The EMAT instrument measures the propagation times of the fundamental symmetrical Lamb (S o ) wave at a low frequency and relates them to ther values through a calibrated regression curve. Preliminary tests indicate that the on-line monitoring ofr is quite feasible with a standard deviation of 0.07 for various low carbon steel sheets; the thicknesses range from 0.5 mm to 2.5 mm. The measuring time is 20 msec per data. The liftoff is allowed to 5 mm with 2 mm thick sheet. Ther evaluation is independent of the line speed up to 325 m/min. These promising results promote installation of ultrasonicr-value measurement systems in steel production lines.  相似文献

Microfluidic devices made from poly(dimethylsiloxane) (PDMS) are gas permeable and have been used to provide accurate on-chip oxygen regulation. However, pervaporation in PDMS devices can rapidly lead to dramatic changes in solution osmotic pressure. In the present study, we demonstrate a new method for on-chip oxygen control using pre-equilibrated aqueous solutions in gas-control channels to regulate the oxygen content in stagnant microfluidic test chambers. An off-chip gas exchanger is used to equilibrate each control solution prior to entering the chip. Using this strategy, problems due to pervaporation are considerably reduced. An integrated PDMS-based oxygen sensor allows accurate real-time measurements of the oxygen within the microfluidic chamber. The measurements were found to be consistent with predictions from finite-element modeling.  相似文献
