500kV及以上超高压变电站监控系统均采用基于现场总线或计算机局域网技术开发的开放式分层分布体系结构。监控系统的配置更加合理,数据传输分为间隔层和变电站层2层设备结构,是超高压变电站监控系统的主流方案。论述了超高压变电站的保护信息管理子站的设备配置以及和计算机监控系统的关系,计算机监控与保护信息管理子站分工更加明确。理想的对时方案是配置一套独立的全球定位系统(GPS)卫星同步时钟实现超高压变电站内计算机监控系统、保护装置及故障录波等设备的时间同步。提出五防闭锁双重化的概念,保证后台、间隔层、就地3种操作方式的可靠电气防误闭锁。超高压变电站监控系统信息交换方式更加多样化,通信接口采用以太网。传输速度更快,为无人值班站的通信提供了保障。 相似文献

Aimed at solving the problem of optimal planning for high voltage distribution substations, an efficient method is put forward.
The method divides the problem into two sub-problems: source locating and combinational optimization. The algorithm of allocating
and locating alternatively (ALA) is widely used to deal with the source locating problem, but it is dependent on the initial
location to a large degree. Thus, some modifications were made to the ALA algorithm, which could greatly improve the quality
of solutions. In addition, considering the non-convex and non-concave nature of the sub-problem of combinational optimization,
the branch-and-bound technique was adopted to obtain or approximate a global optimal solution. To improve the efficiency of
the branch-and-bound technique, some heuristic principles were proposed to cut those branches that may generate a global optimization
solution with low probability. Examples show that the proposed algorithm meets the requirement of engineering and it is an
effective approach to rapidly solve the problem of optimal planning for high voltage distribution substations.

The exposure to power frequency magnetic fields including those resulting from electrical power substations is playing a vital role in the human biological study. This paper presents a thorough investigation into the evaluation of the internal induced electric fields and induced current densities that are induced inside the human body due to the exposure to the external magnetic fields produced by a conventional 220/66 kV power substation.The effects of different parameters such as human location, human dimensions and the incident angle of the external magnetic field on the induced electric fields and current densities inside the human body are considered, through the theoretical cases. On the other hands, a typical case is presented to account for the induction levels over the human height due to external magnetic fields corresponding to the actual measured values at different locations in the substation. 相似文献

The authors investigated the characteristics of the electromagnetic spectrum caused by partial discharges (PDs) in air at three different types of high-voltage substations. From the measured results, they characterized the electromagnetic noise spectrum depending on the type of substation. They also measured the long-term change of the average gain of the noise spectrum and discussed the influence of atmospheric conditions on the results. Moreover, they introduced the “equivalent charge (qe)” which was derived by converting the electric field strength estimated from the average gain into the charge magnitude of PD. Various full-scale and model-scale measurements of electric field effects in several 330 and 500 kV AC substations are reviewed. Statistical analysis of the test results is recommended. The accuracy of model-scale measurements is satisfactory for engineering requirements. This paper deals with the calculation of the electric field strength in high voltage (HV) substations comprising complex geometrical
structures. Generalized charge simulation method is proposed for improving the precision of the calculation of the electric
field strength. The objective of this analysis is to examine the influence of towers, HV apparatus and fences on the spatial
electric field distribution. For this purpose, a three-dimensional generalized model of HV substation has been developed,
including phase conductors, bypass busbars, HV apparatus, fences and towers (denoted as Full model). The obtained results
of the calculation of the electric field strength are compared with the Simplified model, which only includes phase conductors
connected to HV network. Verification of the proposed Full model performed by comparing the calculated and in-field measured
values of the electric field strength within HV substations and in their vicinity gives very promising results. 相似文献
