Chinese-German Standardization Cooperation Commission

Chinese-German Standardization Cooperation Commission meeting was held in Dresden, Germany from May 14 to 15, 2012. This meeting was hosted jointly by Vice-Administer of SAC Fang Xiang and Dr. Rainer J?kel, Deputy Director-General for Technology and Innovation Policy of the German Federal Ministry of Economics and Technology.     

Yu Xinli Attends China-Europe Standardization Workgroup Meeting 2012

The 2012 Meeting of China-Europe Standardization Workgroup took place in Belgium from November 22 to 23, 2012. Chairman of the Chinese Side and SAC Vice-Administrator Yu Xinli led the delegation and spoke at the opening ceremony. Nearly 30 representatives from Chinese and European governments, standardization institutes, scientific and technological organizations and enterprises attended the meeting.     

Chinese-German Standardization Cooperation Commission Meets in Germany

The 2nd Seminar on Standardization Cooperation in Northeast Asia(2003) was held in Beijing from Oct 30th - Oct 31st, which was the succession of the first one in Korea, 2002, with the participants coming from the standardization circles in China, Japan and Korea.     

SAC Holds Launching Meeting of Smart Grid Standardization Pilot

The plenary meeting of ISO/TC 68 Financial services was held in Guangzhou from May 13 to 16, 2013. Li Dongxong, PBC Deputy Governor and CFSTC Chair attended and addressed at the meeting. Representatives from over 30 counlries and regions took part, including China, U.S., U.K. and France, etc.     

SAC Holds 4th Joint Meeting on National Service Industry Standardization

SAC held the Forth Joint Meeting on National Service Industry Standardization in Beijing on December 7, 2012. SAC Vice Administrator Sun Bo spoke at the meeting that was attended by around 30 department chiefs and standardization division directors from NDRC, MOE, MOST and other ministries, and representatives from National Standardization Technical Committee for Service,

Standardization and Innovation The 2nd Shenzhen Hi-tech Standardization Forum Held

"The 2nd Shenzhen Hi-tech Standardization Forum"was fulfilled in Shenzhen Civil Center on November 25th,2005. The forum lasted for two days. There were around 400 delegates from enterprises and standardization organizations participating in this forum. Nine experts from standardization, intellectual property organizations and enterprises made their excellent speeches focusing on the topic "Standardardization and Innovation". All participates agreed that standardization improves innovation efficiently.     

2nd China Standardization Forum Opened in Huangshan City

The 2nd China Standardization Forum held by the Standardization Administration of China opened in the auditorium of the People's Government of Huangshan City, Anhui Province at forenoon on May 27.Nearly 400 people including corporate representatives from Germany, England, Japan and Norway etc, as well as standardization personnel from 28 provinces,municipalities directly under the central government and autonomous regions, gathered together to discuss new situations and new problems emerging from the development and its direction of China's standardization work in the atmosphere of the integration of global economy. Ma Lincong, General Secretary of CAS and Deputy Director of Forum Organizing Committee presided over the opening ceremony, at which,Sun Xiaokang, Deputy Director of SAC, Li Hongming, Mayor of Huangshan City, Anhui Province and Qi Weidao, Vice-president of Quality and Technology Supervision Bureau of Anhui Province gave speeches at the opening ceremony respectively.

National Financial Technical Committee Holds 2012 Annual Meeting in Beijing

The Annual Working Conference of China Financial Standardization Technical Committee (CFSTC) Held in Beijing on December 18, 2012. The meeting reviewed the work and performance of CFSTC in the passing year, and put forward the working plans for the coming 2013. Mr. Li Dongrong, the Chairman of CFSTC, member of the Party committee and president assistant of PBC, hosted this conference.     

National Standardization Meeting Held in Beijing

On March 23, 2006, the Standardization Administration of China (SAC) held the national standardization meeting in Beijing. Li Changjiang, Minister of the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine of P.R.China (AQSIQ), Liu Pingjun, Director of SAC and other related officials from the relevant departments of the State Council, professional associations, and the officials and representatives from enterprises of various sectors of China attended the meeting.

The 5th Seminar on Standardization Cooperation in Northeast Asia-Sanya 2006

On 13-14 November, 2006,the 5th Northeast Asia Standards Cooperation Workshop was held in beautiful Sanya, China. Sanya is located at the southern end of Hainan Province and is a famous tourist city in China. Called Yazhou in ancient time, the history of Sanya dates back to the Qin Dynasty (221-206 BC). It was also called TianyaHaijiao (the edge of the sky and the end of the sea) for thousands of years. The climate in Sanya is of the tropical monsoon and tropical ocean type. It is hot and warm all the year round with plenty of rainfall. Moreover, Sanya has abundant sunshine, warmth and water.     

Memorandum of Sino-EU/EFTA Cooperation in Standardization Information Platform Signed

On January 20, 2010, the Memorandum of Sino-EU/EFTA Cooperation in Standardization Information Platform was signed in Brussels.Mr.Ji Zhengkun, administrator of the Standardization Administration of the People's Republic of China; Mrs.F.Le Bail, deputy director-general of DG ENTR; as well as representatives of the European Free Trade Association, European Committee for Standardization, European Committee for Electrotechnical Standardization, and European Telecommunications Standards Institute attended the ceremony and signed the memorandum.Mr.Ji Zhengkun and Mrs.F.Le Bail delivered speeches at the ceremony, speaking highly of the great efforts China and the EU have made in advancing the construction of the information platform and proposing expectations for follow-up.
