我国大型科普活动发展现状及趋势研讨

大型科普活动作为科普工作的有效形式之一,在提高公民科学素质、营造良好的科学文化氛围、助力创新发展等方面发挥着积极作用.基于文献和对国内大型科普活动实施情况的调研,分析国内大型科普活动实施的发展现状,阐述大型科普活动研究现状、特点、发展趋势等内容,并结合北京科学嘉年华等活动案例,剖析大型科普活动开展过程中存在的问题.基于上述分析,对未来大型科普活动的策划、组织、实施及传播效果提升等给予思考和建议.     

大型科普活动前期宣传效果评估的探讨——以2010 年全国科普日北京主场活动宣传为例

大型科普活动已经成为提高全民科学素质的一个重要渠道,以2010年全国科普日北京主场活动的宣传评估工作作为案例,探讨了前期宣传效果评估对于大型科普活动绩效改进及可持续性运作的指导意义。     

北京城市科学节与爱丁堡国际科学节的比较研究

本文通过访谈法、文献法,在定性研究与定量研究的基础上,从运营模式、活动内容、组织协调、经费结构、宣传模式、效果评估六个方面将北京城市科学节与爱丁堡国际科学节进行比较研究,得出国内科普活动存在的问题与不足。并根据国际主要科学节的成功经验,为国内科学节的改进提出建议,也对国内大型科普活动的组织和发展提供借鉴。     

我国大学和科研机构开展科普活动现状研究

大学和科研机构已经成为我国的重要科普力量,它们通过开展各项科普活动发挥了重要的社会作用。本文选取哈尔滨工程大学、中科院上海昆虫博物馆、华中农业大学等国内优秀大学和科研机构作为调研和访谈对象,从日常科普工作管理、常见科普途径、科普活动组织形式以及科普人才建设等方面分析了当前我国大学和科研机构的科普活动情况。调研发现了一些问题,如许多单位对科普重要性认识不足;科普活动缺乏品牌和特色;科普资源创新不足;科普专业人才缺乏。针对以上问题,建议建立激励科普的工作机制,构建合理的科普人才结构,创建品牌和特色科普活动,尝试与社会各界联办科普等。     

基于新媒体的大型科普活动效果评估 ———以 2015年全国科普日为例

大型科普活动的效果评估中,如何准确获取公众和媒体对于活动的评价一直是评估难点。北京大学评估组 利用新媒体手段对2015 年全国科普日活动进行评估,利用微信收集公众评价,利用微博和传统新闻报道考察媒体 评价,较好地获取了相关数据,为大型科普活动的评估拓展了新方法,并结合调研内容讨论了优化大型科普活动的 相关建议。     

基于微博、微信的全国科普日的影响力分析 ——以全国科普日官方微博、微信公众号为例

全国科普日是我国影响力较大的大型科普活动,近年来它的线上新媒体应用也有了快速的发展。本 研究对全国科普日官方微博、官方微信公众账号的发展现状进行梳理,对其影响力以及影响其影响力的因素 进行分析,并且借鉴国内其他活动官方微博及微信公众账号的经验提出了建议。分析发现：全国科普日的官 方微博及微信公众号的内容特色及服务功能与其他节事活动相比有差距,但在信息权威性上有一定的优势。 官方微博、官方微信公众号在活动的传播推广中发挥了积极作用,本文借鉴其他节事活动运用“两微”的经 验与优势,结合全国科普日活动自身特点提出建议,使我国大型科普活动得到更好地发展。     

整合ECM与D&M模型的科普活动持续参与意愿研究 ——以高校学生为受众的视角

以高校学生为研究对象,构建了包含中介的高校科普活动持续参与意愿概念模型.通过对浙江、安徽、吉林3省24校进行深入调查与数据采集,结合数据分析软件AMOS与SPSS的检验发现:科普活动持续参与意愿受内容感知、服务感知、认知信任、社会氛围与满意度的直接影响,认知信任在内容感知与满意度关系中起中介作用.提出高校科普活动优化要点:高校科普活动应从多个维度共同发力;重视科普活动的全过程管理;利用系统建设方式鼓励科学家加入科普行列以提升科普活动的内容感知水平;打造大学生科普专业人才队伍以提升高校面向社会的科普服务能力等.     

科普活动对学校科学教育的价值研究——以某次“水”主题科普活动为例

本文基于一次"水"主题科普活动的教育效果分析,讨论科普活动对于学校科学教育产生的作用和价值。研究表明,科普活动能够促进学生理解科学—技术—社会关系、完善科学知识结构、激发科学学习兴趣。文章同时从拓展参与校外科普活动渠道、营造校外科学学习环境等角度出发,提出利用科普活动促进学校科学教育的建议。

Making contact in international virtual offices: an application of symbolic interactionism to online workplace discourse

The online work environment brings with it factors that can create problems in crosscultural interactions. Technical communicators, therefore, need to understand how cultural communication expectations can affect discourse in IVOs. This article overviews one area-contact-in which cultural differences could cause online communication problems. The article also uses the theory of symbolic interactionism to examine these problems and to posit strategies for avoiding them.     

A driving behavior detection system based on a smartphone's built‐in sensor

Traffic accidents resulting from driving behavior and road conditions are crucial problems for drivers. The causes and responses to traffic accidents have been widely studied by researchers. Whereas several approaches have been proposed to ease these problems, most works entail high computational costs or rigid hardware conditions. To address these challenges, we propose Health Driving , a smartphone‐based system for detecting driving events and road conditions solely with a built‐in smartphone acceleration sensor. More specifically, we first collect acceleration data from the acceleration sensor of a smartphone on a vehicle, and then utilize an acceleration reorientation calibration algorithm to convert the obtained acceleration data from the smartphone to acceleration data of the vehicle. Finally, we exploit Health Driving to detect driving events and road conditions, and evaluate the seriousness of the road conditions and driving events by using an efficient scoring mechanism based on the ISO 2631 standard. An extensive evaluation demonstrates that Health Driving operates successfully with an ordinary smartphone, and operates with a low computational cost compared with other methods. Multidimensional image reconstruction in astronomy

The goal of this article is to describe a unified approach based on the assumption of additive Gaussian noise and regularization theory that illustrates the flavor of such multidimensional image reconstruction problems and the associated challenges. Efficient iterative methods are described for the solution of these problems. Indeed, a crucial point in the solution to the problems considered in this article is the size of the data set and the need for efficient algorithms.     

Design and Development of a Generic Information System based on Event Notifications Applied to Multiple Devices

The present article deals with the problems existing in managing traffic delivery of information to devices that have different characteristics and needs. Initially, there is a general proposal for the design of an information platform with events. Flexibility and escalability are the main requirements of the platform. An architecture that is independent from the information source being used has been first suggested as well as an architecture of the user's devices types the system is being addressed at. Next, the implementation of the platform has been described tha is intended to create a traffic alert service to send email notifications and phone calls.     

Situation awareness mechanisms for wireless sensor networks [security in mobile ad hoc]

A wireless sensor network should be able to operate for long periods of time with little or no external management. There is a requirement for this autonomy: the sensor nodes must be able to configure themselves in the presence of adverse situations. Therefore, the nodes should make use of situation awareness mechanisms to determine the existence of abnormal events in their surroundings. This work approaches the problem by considering the possible abnormal events as diseases, thus making it possible to diagnose them through their symptoms, namely, their side effects. Considering these awareness mechanisms as a foundation for high-level monitoring services, this article also shows how these mechanisms are included in the blueprint of an intrusion detection system.     

On increasing OFDM method frequency efficiency opportunity

OFDM-SFN or OFDM-MFN methods are used in DVB-T and DAB systems. In the case of MFN there are problems with frequency efficiency. This article presents a new multiplexing technique, which combines OFDM and CDMA features. It solves some problems of these methods. This new method solves some of the problems of OFDM-MFN and other wireless OFDMA systems, namely increasing frequency efficiency.
