采用离散事件动态系统理论和Petri网建模技术,研究包装物流系统建模、仿真与优化,描述和分析系统要素及逻辑序列.以纸箱包装物流系统为例进行建模、仿真,优化分析,获得了该系统的优化模型.结果表明,这种研究方法可行有效.  相似文献

目的将Flexsim仿真软件应用于医药物流行业,以提高医药物流中心零货库拣货流程的运作效率。方法以某大型医药物流中心为研究对象,根据该零货库区的布局,使用Flexsim仿真软件进行建模仿真,并根据订单拣选作业流程运用Flexsim脚本语言和C语言进行了编程。分析模型运行结果,找出了瓶颈,并对拣货流程进行了优化。结果优化后的流程,提高了拣货作业的效率,缩短了拣货时间。结论采用建模仿真的方法,找出拣货流程的瓶颈问题,并进行合理优化,可以提高医药物流中心零货库的拣货效率。  相似文献

应用SLP和SHA结合方法对实际企业的新建车间进行设施及物流系统的布置设计与评估,并进一步运用Delmia/QUEST仿真软件模拟车间运行情况,最终得出车间物流最为顺畅、设施布置与设备配置最为经济合理的设计方案。结果表明该设计方法能在一定程度上弥补传统设计方法无法考虑到的因素,可为车间实际生产运行提供有效的仿真数据,是一种车间设施布置设计的有效方法。  相似文献

Personalised information systems (PISs), related to different fields (travelling and mobility, production, logistics and so on), represent an object of many research and development perspectives. Using PISs, it becomes possible to supply the user only with the pertinent information that suits their preferences. Indeed, thanks to personalisation, the user may feel that a particular PIS is developed for them. This system adaptation becomes a necessity for the user's satisfaction. In this context, many studies were orientated toward the user modelling, the design methods of PIS and the personalisation algorithms, etc. but, the evaluation of these systems is neglected. Difficulties concerning context-centred evaluation appear. This paper is focused on the evaluation of the personalised information systems in order to optimise the personalisation quality according to several criteria. For such systems, it is important to envisage new adapted evaluation methods. An evaluation method using a PIS simulation model, called MetSim (Method evaluation per Simulation), is proposed. MetSim is also based on the case-based reasoning system to identify problems. This evaluation approach has been validated by applying it to assess PISs in the logistics field.  相似文献

This paper presents an analytical method for evaluating the performance of production systems, jointly considering in a unique framework quality and production logistics performance measures. In the literature, quality and production logistics have traditionally been investigated using independent approaches. Thus far, only a few recent contributions have focused on their mutual inter-relation, showing that benefits can be achieved from an integrated analysis. This paper contributes to this growing research by considering, for the first time, production systems in which the behaviour of the machines is monitored by statistical control charts. The control action performed by the quality control system on the machines is directly modeled. Moreover, the impact of the quality control action on the logistic flow of parts in the system is taken into account. In order to estimate the performance of such systems, an approximate analytical method based on the system decomposition technique is developed. The accuracy of the method is assessed by comparing the results with those obtained by simulation. Analysis of the results provides new insights into the relations among the quality and production logistics performance measures and paves the way to the development of integrated design techniques for improved configurations of the system as a whole.  相似文献

Manufacturing systems exhibit two types of synchronisation phenomena: logistics and physics. Previous research has established synchronisation measures for both types and has shown that they are related to the due date performance. However, there is a lack of knowledge about the factors triggering synchronisation emergence as well as a holistic understanding of synchronisation effects on logistics performance. Thus, this research aims to further explore the relation between synchronisation, its influencing factors and its effect on logistics performance. Based on a profound literature review, we derive first hypotheses on the cause-and-effect-relationships between structural and dynamic properties of a manufacturing system and the emergence of logistics and physics synchronisation as well as logistics performance. By conducting a discrete-event simulation study on diverse manufacturing system types (line, flow shop and job shop production), we are able to test these hypotheses. We conclude that manufacturing network architecture as a structural property as well as processing time variability and system workload as dynamic properties may be exploited for an advanced and synchronisation-oriented manufacturing system design.  相似文献

Simulation is a useful tool for modelling logistics systems. However, simulation itself is not an optimization tool. Therefore attempts have been made to combine simulation and optimization. Optimization of a logistics system through the use of simulation is difficult for several reasons. Because of the size and complexity of logistics systems, it is often necessary to consider the trade-offs between multiple conflicting performance measures for the system. One major drawback associated with commercially available tools is that users are not able to consider these trade-offs easily. To overcome this drawback, a simulation model can be developed to employ multi-objective decision analysis techniques such as criterion models which can then be optimized. This article illustrates how criterion models can be interfaced with simulation models of logistics systems. In addition, this article includes the programming and implementation of the variance reduction techniques of common random numbers and antithetic variates.  相似文献

The design of logistics distribution system for an assembly line with given layout is usually constrained by various factors such as the vehicles for the distribution of assembly components and the paths on the shop floor for the vehicle movement. Since design optimisation of these production systems with such constraints is hard to solve by mathematic approaches, simulation-based approach is mostly used. In this paper, simulation-based analysis and optimisation of a logistic distribution system is performed combined with a heuristic algorithm to obtain a solution that most suits the practical requirements of an assembly line. The proposed simulation-based method builds a model that satisfied various complicated real-world problems at the work site of an investigated factory. Meanwhile, a dynamic dispatching method for vehicle movement is also presented which can adjust the control strategy and decision parameters dynamically in the process of simulation and contributes significantly to form a more fruitful design scheme. Experimental results show that proposed method performs better than the analytical model-based approach and some other methods, and the dynamic vehicle dispatching method presented performs better than some existing common strategies used in literature.  相似文献

Recent developments in simulation languages have enabled the modeling of complex and large systems. Systems modeling using simulation has many advantages. Even though the creation of realistic models using a simulation language is becoming easier, it is not trivial. Simulation languages are not designed to be problem-specific. Furthermore, the art of systems modeling can be quite time consuming.

This paper describes a user-oriented simulation generator for the design and control of flexible manufacturing systems (FMS). The simulation generator serves as a preprocessor to the SIM AN simulation language. The generator converts data into a simulation model and automatically runs the simulation program. Standard output is provided by the simulation program, as well as plots and histograms of performance measures of interest to the analyst.

Model development is significantly simplified by the simulation generator described in this paper. Simulation generators can be developed in a relatively short period of time by using an existing simulation language. Simulation generators represent a very attractive alternative to specialized simulation languages.  相似文献
