小批量定制化的现代木结构建筑在我国具有广阔的应用前景,建筑机器人等新兴建造技术的发展有望使小批量定制生产成为当前木结构建筑建造的有效模式。通过四川崇州道明竹里和江苏省园艺博览会木结构主题馆两个实践案例,对木结构建筑的小批量定制化生产与建筑机器人建造工艺进行了初步探索。竹里项目通过参数化设计技术与工厂定制生产的结合,成功将小批量定制化生产模式应用于乡村建筑建设,江苏省园艺博览会木结构主题馆项目则利用建筑机器人木构建造工艺,验证了小批量定制化模式在大跨度公共建筑建设中的应用潜力。随着我国对现代木结构建筑的大力推广,木结构建筑的小批量定制化生产将个性化需求、定制化设计与建筑机器人建造工艺进行全流程信息整合,有望为现代木结构建筑带来全新的实践模式。 相似文献

Cross-border production chains of manufacturing require coordination and logistics. Third-party logistics services have thus taken this role as a link in the globalization of economic activities. Distriparks, a provider of total logistics to manufacturing, have emerged in Singapore to offer customized distribution and inventory management. Established as a traditional entrepôt by international trading, the city-state has revamped its distribution industry when transnational corporations come to choose Singapore as regional centre and local firms venture into the region. Distribution has regained its vitality in the global economy. It is demonstrated that distriparks have facilitated the restructuring of Singapore manufacturing and altered the internal structure of firms in their space utilization. Non‐Waste wax formwork‐technology Today's possibilities to realize complex free‐form reinforced concrete shapes, curved walls and filigree details require a formwork technology which meets these challenges. High precision with maximum freedom of form is therefore an essential requirement for the formwork of this new, so‐called freeform architectures. Preconditions for this are the 3D digital design and manufacturing technologies, with their help formwork can be designed and manufactured in high precision and with many degrees of freedom in form. This paper describes a research approach using industrial waxes as formwork materials. Due to the nearly 100 % recyclability of the wax, this approach is an economical and ecological manufacturing process for customized free‐form‐members made of concrete. 相似文献

Project manufacturing or engineer-to-order (ETO) manufacturing is an operation designed to provide unique but similar products. For ETO manufacturing, every product is the ultimate result of a project. In addition, unique orders may be managed like a project. The primary purpose of this study was to validate a model for assessing the relationships among manufacturing practice, manufacturing capability, and attainment of manufacturing goals from the perspective of project manufacturing. The analyses suggest that implementation of manufacturing practices in terms of production planning, quality management, human resource management, and capacity management may improve manufacturing capability. The results also imply that manufacturing capability may enhance attainment of project manufacturing goals. Furthermore, the findings indicate that stability of supplier's manufacturing acts as a moderator between manufacturing practice and manufacturing capability. Finally, the positive association between manufacturing capability and attainment of project manufacturing goals depends on process maturity, complexity, time availability, and team size. 相似文献

The ‘manufacturer-internal relationship optimization model (MIROM)’, a schematic framework for internal relationship, is proposed for the manufactured housing (MH) factory. This model emphasizes the relationship between customer order from retailers (i.e., customized MH) and the production process, indicating that these elements are not mutually exclusive. In particular, through surveys and site visits, the planning of the product mix and sequence in the MH factory is considered the most critical area of the MIROM framework. This paper aims to convey how these areas can be elevated to the planning level with innovative changes and optimization. A product mix optimization model with linear programming was developed and a sequence optimization model was created by incorporating just-in-time (JIT) approaches. The proposed strategic MIROM framework and the specific optimization models can contribute to achieving significant improvement in the internal MH production planning. The energy needed for the production of domestic hot water (DHW) represents an important share in the total energy demand of well-insulated and airtight buildings. DHW is produced, stored and distributed above 60°C to kill Legionella pneumophila. This elevated temperature is not necessary for DHW applications and has a negative effect on the efficiency of hot water production units.In this paper, system component models are developed/updated with L. pneumophila growth equations. For that purpose, different existing Modelica pipe and boiler models are investigated to select useful models that could be extended with equations for simulation of bacterial growth. In future research, HVAC designers will be able to investigate the contamination risk for L. pneumophila in the design phase of a hot water system, by implementing the customized pipe and boiler model in a hot water system model. Additionally it will be possible, with simulations, to optimize temperature regimes and estimate the energy saving potential without increasing contamination risk. 相似文献
