In this paper, we combined localized electrochemical deposition and electroless plating process for fabricating the metal pattern with the large area on flexible membrane. The pattern of the anode plate can rapidly transfer to the cathode membrane by localized electrochemical deposition. The thickness of the pattern can be increased by electroless plating process. The width of the mask pattern was close to the width of the final pattern. The anode plate can be used over fifty times for this process until the pattern was electrolyzed completely. This method provides a possible low cost approach to fabricate high metal structures on the flexible substrate with large area. It may have the potential to be applied in the fabrication of e-paper, flexible printed circuit and eventually adapted to roll-to-roll process.  相似文献

This paper describes a novel light sensor-based information transmission system for indoor positioning and navigation with particular benefits for mobile and wearable computers. It can seamlessly extend outdoor GPS tracking to the indoor environment. In a novel manner, fluorescent light is used as the medium to transmit information, which is encoded by using a pulse-frequency modulation technique. The user receives the encoded light information through a photo-receiver. The information is passed into the wearable or mobile computer after the data is decoded. This information allows positioning information to be given to indoor mobile and wearable computers. We design an economical transmitter circuit by adding few components to a commercial electronic ballast circuit for fluorescent lamps with price of less than US $10. The propose system can be used in indoor guidance and navigation applications. Exemplary applications are included in the paper, with experimented results detailed.  相似文献

A low cost, microcomputer-controlled image analysis system is described which scans electrophoresis gels or photographic negatives with high resolution. Absorbing gels (e.g. with stained proteins) are analyzed using broadband or monochromatic visible light. The gel is scanned by a video camera with a macro objective; the gray level of each pixel is digitized sequentially and the values are stored in the computer memory. Repetitive scanning is used to average the absorption values before plotting on a digital plotter. Photographic negatives of gels and autoradiograms are scanned using the same technique. Fluorescent, non-absorbing gels (e.g. nucleic acids stained with ethidium bromide) are analyzed on a transilluminator with u.v. excitation radiation. The fluorescence intensity of each pixel is digitized and processed as described above.  相似文献

The quantum-dot cellular automata (QCA) nanoscale computer technology is promising to overcome the limits of the microelectronic CMOS technology. Because the leading role of QCA wires, the serial data transfer/processing is preferable. The financial, Internet of Things, and control computer applications require direct processing of decimal information without representation and conversion errors. Because a QCA wire can be considered as a virtual tape with written binary symbols, a special version of Turing machine model can be used for a QCA computer implementation. Design of a novel QCA serial decimal pipelined processor based on the Turing machine model is presented. The processor uses the run-time tape reconfiguration for arithmetic processing of decimal operands encoded in the 5-bit Johnson-Mobius code. The proposed design demonstrates significant hardware simplification.  相似文献

伴随着集成电路(IC)技术的发展,电子设计自动化(EDA)逐渐成为重要的设计手段,已经广泛应用于模拟与数字电路系统等许多领域。利用EDA工具可以在电子设计的各个阶段、各个层次进行计算机模拟仿真,保证设计工程的正确性,可以大大降低设计成本,缩短设计周期。交通灯控制系统可以实现交叉路口的红、绿灯自动控制,基于FPGA的交通控制系统具有电路简单、实时快速擦写、运算速度快、故障率低、可靠性高,而且体积小等特点。系统通过功能扩展、接口扩展可同时控制多个路口的红绿灯变换,可根据需要实现实时、快速擦写应用程序。设计采用了VHDL的结构描述风格,依据功能将系统分为控制模块、计数模块、显示模块、译码等模块,仿真结果表明控制系统自动实现了灯色的交替和转换,以及倒计时显示。  相似文献

A design of a digital logic simulator is developed and presented. BASIC on an IBM Personal Computer using interactive graphics tools is employed to make the simulator easy to use. The simulator can handle gate level logic circuits, and can be used for both logic verification and fault testing.

Efficient and correct simulation in a user-friendly environment was the main design objective. Concepts of interactive computer graphics are extensively applied to enable the drawing of the circuit. Menu structures have been used to simplify the interaction of user and computer. The foundation has been laid for a simulator that uses pattern recognition for circuit data acquisition.

The simulator permits the verification of the logic of a circuit without fault. The design also includes provision for inserting delays and simulating to detect hazards. Test sequences to detect the presence of faults in the circuit can be generated using deductive simulation. The design provides a reliable basis for further research into logic simulation.  相似文献

Photographic volumes present a unique, interesting challenge for volume rendering. In photographic volumes, the voxel color is pre-determined, making color selection through transfer functions unnecessary. However, photographic data does not contain a clear mapping from the multi-valued color values to a scalar density or opacity, making projection and compositing much more difficult than with traditional volumes. Moreover, because of the nonlinear nature of color spaces, there is no meaningful norm for the multi-valued voxels. Thus, the individual color channels of photographic data must be treated as incomparable data tuples rather than as vector values. Traditional differential geometric tools, such as intensity gradients, density and Laplacians, are distorted by the nonlinear non-orthonormal color spaces that are the domain of the voxel values. We have developed different techniques for managing these issues while directly rendering volumes from photographic data. We present and justify the normalization of color values by mapping RGB values to the CIE L*u*v* color space. We explore and compare different opacity transfer functions that map three-channel color values to opacity. We apply these many-to-one mappings to the original RGB values as well as to the voxels after conversion to L*u*v* space. Direct rendering using transfer functions allows us to explore photographic volumes without having to commit to an a-priori segmentation that might mask fine variations of interest. We empirically compare the combined effects of each of the two color spaces with our opacity transfer functions using source data from the Visible Human project  相似文献

树木是城市绿化、美化的一个重要的组成部分,具有重要的科学、历史和观赏价值。传统的树木生长信息采集方式,利用人工使用卷尺或不易操作、低效率和复杂麻烦的大型测量仪器等,费时、费力、准确度又不高。结合计算机视觉、数学几何模型等技术,设计了一种新式的树木高度、胸径和冠幅测量模型,提出了基于图像的树木测量方法和实现了树木信息采集软件系统;为了得到更精确的测量结果,使用摄像头标定技术和坐标校正方法对图像进行畸变矫正;并且利用正交试验分析法分析本设计使用的最佳拍摄环境,最终相对误差控制在4%左右。本方法具有携带方便、操作简单、适用面广、准确度高的优势。  相似文献

This paper proposed a system that automatically opens security gates. A system is designed and implemented to automatically open security gates for vehicles using Licence Plate Recognition. Image processing is used to extract the licence plate and characters, and an Artificial Neural Network is used to perform Optical Character Recognition on licence plate characters. Internet of Things principles are introduced to the system to allow for web and mobile application integration. A proximity sensor is designed to detect vehicles and to start the recognition process. An ambient light sensor and control circuit is developed to control ambient lighting conditions using an ambient light source. The neural network achieved an accuracy of 88% on training data and 93% on licence plate characters. A unique strong point of the system is the ability to monitor and control the system using a web interface or mobile application. The system is also able to produce mobile notifications regarding security gate access attempts.  相似文献

We have developed a reel-to-reel microchip mounting system that continuously mounts LED chips and other microchips on meter-long flexible printed circuit board (PCB) tape for 1.2-m-long standard LED light tubes. Mounting microchips on meter-long PCBs is difficult because a large chip mounter is expensive and the chip positioning stage is difficult to move in a meter-wide area with an accuracy of hundreds of micrometers. Hence, we developed a new microchip mounting system that utilizes a small chip mounter and reel winding machines. The system repeatedly moves the long PCB tape by a certain length with the reel winding machines and mounts the chips on it. The PCB tape (which is 5 mm wide) is made by fabricating long PCB tapes which are 25 cm × 26.6 m through a roll-to-roll PCB process and slitting them into meter-long tapes. The reel-to-reel system repeatedly mounts chips by adjusting their positions through image processing of the copper wiring pattern on the PCBs. Our constructed system mounted 24 LED chips with a pitch of 5 cm with an accuracy of 0.082 mm to form a 1.2-m-long LED tape. The luminance of the tape is 12.4 lx at a distance of 1 m, which is the luminance of outdoor corridor lighting. Therefore, this system can be used for meter-long tape lighting.  相似文献

目前对便携式VI曲线航空设备电路板测试装置的研究较少,不能满足外场环境下的应急测试需求;针对这一问题,提出了一种放置于手提式机箱中的便携式VI曲线电路板测试装置的设计方案,以FPGA为主控器件设计测试板件,以给定程序可调的激励信号、采集在各种激励信号下的电流信号、并把电压电流数据通过USB接口传送给上位机,上位机采用迷你工控机进行设计,在接收到电压电流数据后,进行数据处理并在显示屏上实时绘制相应的以电压电流为横纵坐标的图像信息;试验结果表明,针对不同类型的阻抗元件,装置可以绘制出相应类型的VI曲线,从而识别出元器件的不同状态;装置小巧轻便,操作简单,可以运用于外场机载电路板件的测试诊断。  相似文献

To enable higher recording density and data access accuracy, controlling lateral tape motion within high precision specifications through calibrated tape tension control is one of many key focuses for extra high density magnetic tape drives. This paper presents a novel rotary actuation mechatronic system which regulates travelling tape tension in a modern tape drive by dynamically alternating its tape path through closed-loop controls. Effectiveness of the system was demonstrated through calibrated laboratory parametric studies from which variation of travelling tape tension was found to be significantly reduced. The work described herein suggests engineering feasibility of using flangeless guiders in modern advanced tape drives as well as tape tension control without regulating tape drive??s driving motors.  相似文献
