基于特征球面四杆机构的概念,将球面四杆机构分为三类,并建立机构的尺寸型空间模型。每个空间模型可划分为若干个子区间,每个子区间都对应着一族球面四杆机构。按本文提出的尺寸型表示方法,可在全封闭图面内表示球面四杆机构的尺寸型,并在其上绘制出有工程应用价值的机构性能图谱。 相似文献

提出了一种在倾倒后具有自我恢复能力的四足并联移动机器人。该四足机器人的腿部结构由一种可重构空间六杆机构构成,该六杆机构由两个改进型球面五杆机构并联而成,具有两种不同的运动位形。其中,运动位形Ⅰ具有1R2T共3个自由度,满足四足机器人对腿部行走机构的自由度需求;运动位形Ⅱ具有2个自由度且工作空间很大,满足其翻身所需要的工作空间条件。运用螺旋理论对球面五杆机构和可重构六杆机构的两种运动位形进行了几何约束分析,这两种运动位形具有互锁性能。运用D-H法对可重构六杆机构进行了逆运动学分析并得到其工作空间,验证了四足机器人翻身的可实现性。分析了四足机器人在翻身时的步态,得出了其在倾倒后自我恢复时腿部电机转动角度与机器人机身重心的关系。在四足机器人的翻身过程中,其腿部的可重构六杆机构均处于运动位形Ⅱ。在Adams软件中验证了预设翻身步态的正确性与合理性。 相似文献

根据给出的球面四杆机构连杆轨迹的数学模型,借助傅里叶级数这一数学工具,对连杆轨迹的谐波成分进行理论分析,发现连杆轨迹的谐波成分与其相应转角函数谐波特征参数和机构尺寸参数的内在联系。确定球面四杆机构的基本尺寸型,在此基础上建立包含600余万组机构基本尺寸型的球面四杆机构连杆轨迹的谐波特征参数数值图谱库。利用傅里叶级数理论建立球面四杆机构处于空间任意位置时连杆曲线的数学方程,推导出计算机构的实际安装尺寸、连杆上点的位置和机构安装尺寸参数的理论计算公式。利用建立的谐波特征参数数值图谱和推导的理论公式解决了球面四杆机构的轨迹综合问题,最后给出算例证明本方法的可行性。 相似文献

提出了利用质量配重和惯性配重实现全R副空间连杆机构摆动力和摆动力矩完全平衡的质量动替代法。其基本思路是通过质量动替代的途径,将空间闭链机构摆动力和摆动力矩的完全平衡转化为空间树状链摆动力和摆动力矩的完全平衡。文中导出了RR构件的质量动替代的条件与公式以及空间树状链摆动力和摆动力矩完全平衡的条件,由此可简便地直接构造出任意全R副空间闭链机构摆动力和摆动力矩的完全平衡条件。最后讨论了Ben-net机构摆动力和摆动力矩的完全平衡条件及其实现方法。 相似文献

This paper deals with a solution of the shaking force and shaking moment balancing of planar and spatial linkages. The conditions for balancing are formulated by the minimization of the root-mean-square value of the shaking moment. There are two cases considered: mechanism with the input link by constant angular velocity and mechanism with the input link by variable angular velocity. The method is realized by displacement of the axis of rotation of the input link connected with the counterweight. The efficiency of the suggested method is illustrated by two numerical examples: planar four-bar linkage and RSS'R spatial linkage. 相似文献

The angular velocity diagram of a spherical four-bar linkage is a tetrahedron in space. Based on this angular velocity tetrahedron an RCCC-linkage may be devised. The driving link of this RCCC-linkage rotates with the same angular velocity as that of the driving link of the original spherical four-bar. The linear displacement and the sliding velocity of the output link of the RCCC-linkage represent respectively the angular velocity and angular acceleration of the output link of the original spherical four-bar. In a companion paper published elsewhere [4], we proposed a design approach based on the general redundancy concept to improving the dynamic performance of a mechanism, especially shaking moment and driving torque attenuation. The approach was based on the redundancy function of the servomotor, so the approach is called redundancy servomotor (RSM). In this paper, we apply the RSM to the path generator problem in mechanism design. We will demonstrate how path generator design and dynamic performance improvement can be performed in an integrated manner with the RSM approach. The proposed RSM design procedure can be applied to any type of path generators (four-bar linkage, five-bar linkage, etc.). The contribution of this paper is the proposed RSM design procedure and technique with which to result in a path generator with a better dynamic performance. The other contribution is the proposed approach to the design of the servomotor's trajectory or plan, which is useful to the joint-level path planning problem in robotics. 相似文献

In discussing the laws of motion of a specific linkage with variable parameters, the limiting or exceptional cases where a change-point position becomes possible is frequently of interest. In this paper it is explained how to obtain the ratios of velocities for spherical four-bar linkages with change-point positions. The positions of the relative pole axes 31 and 20 (i.e. motion of the input link with respect to the output link or motion of the coupler with respect to the fixed link) are of special interest. Passing to the limit leads to the corresponding plane four-bar linkages. Two examples, one linkage from the plane and one from spherical kinematics, conclude the paper. 相似文献
