以水热法在水相中直接合成了巯基乙酸修饰的CdSe量子点,并将合成的CdSe量子点进行表征、纯化。在波长365nm紫外光的激发下,CdSe量子点发射出明亮的黄绿色荧光,荧光发射峰约位于528nm,将得到的CdSe量子点纳米发光材料应用于非渗透性客体上潜指纹的荧光标记成像研究,发现CdSe量子点溶液显现的手印纹线流畅,显现细节特征明显,呈现明亮的黄绿色荧光指纹,具有很高的实用价值和鉴定价值。 相似文献

近年来,半导体纳米晶CdTe引起人们越来越多的关注。它具有吸收光谱宽,发射光谱窄而对称,发光颜色可调,荧光强度和光稳定性高等特点,已经广泛用于生物标记,生物传感及生物检测领域。尤其在基于荧光共振能量转移原理的生物传感领域,量子点有望取代有机荧光发色基团作为能量供体。在文章实验中,以巯基丙酸(MPA)作为稳定剂,在水相中合成了CdTe量子点,并考察了回流时间,反应温度,溶液pH对CdTe光学性质的影响。利用透射电子显微镜(TEM),荧光分光光度计(FS)等手段对产物进行分析和表征。结果表明:在pH为9.1,反应温度为30℃,回流5 h,可以实现CdTe的优化合成。在紫外灯(254 nm)照射下,回流时间从1 h到7 h所得到的CdTe量子点,颜色由绿色变到黄色,对应的荧光光谱图的吸收峰位从515 nm(回流1 h)红移到573 nm(回流7 h),证实了CdTe量子点的尺寸随着回流时间的增长而增加。由TEM结果,所合成的CdTe量子点分散性好,且粒径大约在5 nm左右。该本实验制备的CdTe量子点具有较高的荧光强度和量子效率,将在生物标记,生物传感,生物成像等领域有重要作用。 相似文献

Herein, we demonstrate that both qualitative molecular and quantitative elemental data obtained from size exclusion chromatography coupled online for the first time to both molecular fluorescence and elemental mass spectrometry, respectively, turned out to be critical to evaluate the quality of coatings of quantum dots. Moreover, such an instrumental approach also allowed us to study quantitatively the appropriated bioconjugation of quantum dots to antibodies, a critical step for QDs future use in quantitative fluorescence immunoassays. 相似文献

A novel aptamer biosensor with easy operation and good sensitivity, specificity, stability and reproducibility was developed by immobilizing the aptamer on water soluble CdSe quantum dots (QDs) modified on the top of the glassy carbon electrode (GCE). Methylene blue (MB) was intercalated into the aptamer sequence and used as an electrochemical marker. CdSe QDs improved the electrochemical signal because of their larger surface area and ion centers of CdSe QDs may also had a major role on amplifying the signal. The higher ion concentration caused more combination of aptamer which caused larger signal. The thrombin was detected by differential pulse voltammetry (DPV) quantitatively. Under optimal conditions, the two linear ranges were obtained from 3 to 13 μg mL−1 and from 14 to 31 μg mL−1, respectively. The detection limit was 0.08 μg mL−1 at 3σ. The constructed biosensor had better responses compared with that in the absence of the CdSe QDs immobilizing. The control experiment was also carried out by using BSA, casein and IgG in the absence of thrombin. The results showed that the aptasensor had good specificity, stability and reproducibility to the thrombin. Moreover, the aptasensor could be used for detection of real sample with consistent results in comparison with those obtained by fluorescence method which could provide a promising platform for fabrication of aptamer based biosensors. 相似文献

以壳聚糖为原料,采用水热法一步制备水溶性的荧光碳量子点(CQDs),考察反应条件(壳聚糖质量浓度、温度和时间)对CQDs产物表面官能团和产率的影响,采用TEM、FTIR、XRD、UV-Vis和PL等技术对其形貌、结构和性能进行了表征,并探究其在防伪领域的应用。结果表明,当壳聚糖质量浓度为10 g/L,温度为180 ℃,时间为12 h时,制得的CQDs结构完整且产率较高;微观表现为球状纳米颗粒,直径约为36.2 nm,表面伴有羟基和氨基官能团;制得的CQDs在293和330 nm处均有吸收峰,表现为蓝色荧光,荧光量子产率约为39.8%。将其配制成墨水后,结合喷墨印刷,在自然光和紫外光下可有效实现加密信息的“显”和“隐”,具有较好的防伪效果。 相似文献

A simple approach for the synthesis of fluorescent carbon dots (CQDs) has been developed by the hydrothermal treatment of gelatin in the presence only pure water. The as-synthesized CQDs were found to emit blue photoluminescence (PL) with a maximum quantum yield of 31.6%. Meanwhile, the CQDs exhibit excitation-dependent, pH-sensitive and up-converted PL properties. Importantly, these CQDs are demonstrated to be excellent bioimaging agents and fluorescent ink due to their stable emission, well dispersibility, low toxicity, long emission life time, and good compatibility with cells and macromolecules. 相似文献

以聚酰胺-胺(PAMAM)树状大分子为模板合成了CdSe量子点,X-射线粉末衍射(XRD)分析表明产品与闪锌矿结构的CdSe晶体的标准粉末衍射花样的3个强峰位置相同,透射电镜(TEM)分析显示CdSe量子点包裹在树状大分子孔隙中,分散良好.实验表明以2.5 G和3.5 G PAMAM为模板合成的产品没有检测到荧光发射,而以4.5 G PAMAM树状大分子为模板制备的产品在410~465 nm范围内有较强的荧光发射,其发光波长随反应温度改变. 相似文献
