黔北某低品位萤石重晶石矿主要由萤石、重晶石和方解石组成,在工艺矿物学研究的基础上,以EM-2作萤石捕收剂,改性水玻璃作方解石抑制剂,EM-326F作重晶石抑制剂,采用"萤石优先浮选-重晶石重选"的联合工艺流程,获得了酸级萤石精矿和重晶石精矿,实现了浮选回水的循环利用。试验表明,萤石通过"2粗5精,部分中矿再选"的浮选流程,获得了萤石精矿CaF_2品位98.51%,回收率86.24%;萤石次精矿CaF_2品位60.44%,回收率3.92%;萤石总回收率90.16%的指标。萤石浮选尾矿采用"1粗1扫1精,中矿与扫选精矿再选"的全溜槽重选工艺流程,可获得重晶石精矿BaSO_4品位89.15%,BaSO_4回收率70.78%的指标。 相似文献

以白云鄂博尾矿浮选回收稀土后的尾矿为原料,进行了浮选回收萤石的工艺研究,采用的工艺为:以苛化淀粉和水玻璃的组合药剂作抑制剂进行一段浮选,然后分级磨矿,最后以酸化水玻璃作抑制剂进行两段浮选。通过这一工艺,可从原料获得Ca F2品位95.37%、回收率68.27%的萤石精矿。 相似文献

西南某稀土尾矿中含CaF_2 15.33%,含BaSO_4 13.27%,属于伴生低品位萤石-重晶石矿产资源,具有一定的回收价值。针对试样组成性质,在磨矿细度-0.074 mm为72.61%,采用碳酸钠为p H调整剂、水玻璃为抑制剂、油酸钠为捕收剂,进行"1次粗选、2次精选、2次扫选"的萤石-重晶石混合浮选流程,得到萤石与重晶石混合精矿,混合精选采用水玻璃为分散剂,苛性淀粉为重晶石抑制剂,油酸钠为捕收剂浮选萤石,经"1次粗选、2次扫选、6次精选"的浮选闭路试验流程,最终得到了CaF_2品位96.83%、回收率89.36%的萤石精矿,获得BaSO_4品位91.22%,回收率70.31%的重晶石精矿,较好地实现了该尾矿中萤石与重晶石的综合回收。 相似文献
