A retarding field energy analyzer designed to measure ion energy distributions impacting a radio-frequency biased electrode in a plasma discharge is examined. The analyzer is compact so that the need for differential pumping is avoided. The analyzer is designed to sit on the electrode surface, in place of the substrate, and the signal cables are fed out through the reactor side port. This prevents the need for modifications to the rf electrode--as is normally the case for analyzers built into such electrodes. The capabilities of the analyzer are demonstrated through experiments with various electrode bias conditions in an inductively coupled plasma reactor. The electrode is initially grounded and the measured distributions are validated with the Langmuir probe measurements of the plasma potential. Ion energy distributions are then given for various rf bias voltage levels, discharge pressures, rf bias frequencies--500 kHz to 30 MHz, and rf bias waveforms--sinusoidal, square, and dual frequency. 相似文献

本文详细介绍了紫外荧光法测量二氧化硫(SO2)浓度的原理和分析仪的电路系统设计.阐述了该分析仪硬件电路结构和软件系统结构与流程.分别实现了高温与制冷等温控电路对反应室、转换室和光电倍增管的温度控制;采用基于复杂可编程逻辑器件实现了对紫外荧光信号的信号拾取电路;实现了串行口与USB桥接电路;实现了并行口对GPIB接口电路模拟通信.在性能实验中,表明该分析仪样机能对浓度为0~143 mg/m3的SO2保持线性的和稳定的检测.与国外同类仪器的48 h连续工作对比情况表明,该分析仪具有检测灵敏度高、实时检测以及稳定性好等特点,达到了实际应用的水平. 相似文献

Nonlinear systems can be probed by driving them with two or more pure tones while measuring the intermodulation products of the drive tones in the response. We describe a digital lockin analyzer which is designed explicitly for this purpose. The analyzer is implemented on a field-programmable gate array, providing speed in analysis, real-time feedback, and stability in operation. The use of the analyzer is demonstrated for intermodulation atomic force microscopy. A generalization of the intermodulation spectral technique to arbitrary drive waveforms is discussed. 相似文献

改进了傅里叶变换红外分析仪(FTIR)的硬件设计以实现温室气体及CO2碳同位素比值的多组分、高精度、连续自动测量。首先,对FTIR分析仪测量系统进行了设计和理论分析,引入了温度和压力监控系统以及全密封气路干燥系统。然后,讨论了光谱的定量分析过程。最后,设计了标准气体对比测量实验。实验结果表明:分析仪测量CH4,CO,CO2和δ13CO2值的标准偏差分别为0.01×10-6,0.011×10-6,0.239×10-6和0.572‰,与常规FTIR测量系统相比,其检测的标准不确定度分别提高了6.3,8.45,10.54和14.73倍,其系统误差分别提高了2.88,1.93,4.67和4.66倍;对比分析仪与同位素质谱仪对δ13CO2值的测量结果,标准偏差分别为0.572‰和0.171‰,二者测量的标准不确定度相近。所设计的温室气体及CO2碳同位素比值FTIR分析仪能够满足多组分、高精度、连续自动测量的需要。 相似文献

报道了一种国内首创的用于氢呼气诊断的高灵敏度呼气氢测试仪。呼气氢测试仪主要是供医疗、科研部门用于检测人体呼出气体中氢气的含量的医疗器械。仪器由传感器、电子电路、呼气前处理系统三部分组成。核心传感器达到ppm级的测量精度,电源部分经过特殊设计,使仪器在一粒pp3工业电池的驱动下可以工作大约3个月,呼气前处理系统对呼气进行干燥和流量控制,极大地延长了传感器的使用寿命。呼气氢测试仪通过检测人体呼出气体中氢气的含量可以诊断小肠细菌过生长症,测定胃排空障碍,诊断乳糖、蔗糖等双糖吸收不良综合症,测定胃肠道传导时间,以及用于胃肠动力学及相关疾病的诊断和研究。 相似文献

The design, operational principle, and results from the calibration of a multichord analyzer of neutral hydrogen atoms and their isotopes, based on the principle of a pinhole camera, is described. The analyzer is designed for studying the spatial distribution of fluxes of fast charge exchange atoms emitted by a high-temperature, magnetically confined plasma. The analyzer's dispersion system is based on electrostatic analysis. The stripping of hydrogen atoms can be performed in both a gas cell with hydrogen and a thin carbon film. The analyzer has seven spatial channels with a full angle of view of 42°. Its energy range is 1–50 keV. An electric circuit for applying the voltage, determined by the voltage across electrodes of the energy analyzer, to the control grid, placed at the input of the detector of the secondary-electron multiplier, has been designed. With the transmission gains of the analyzer and saw-tooth voltage divider that powers the energy analyzer being equal, the constancy of particle energy at the detector input is maintained and the transmission gain of the section is thereby kept unchanged in the whole energy range of analyzed particles. 相似文献
