为了研究服务产品大规模定制的实现,探讨了服务产品大规模定制的实现机理和关键技术,指出模块化设计对服务产品族及服务产品平台的重要性。在服务产品模块化设计的基础上,为了提高服务产品配置知识的共享性和重用性,提出了一般服务产品配置的模型和概念,结构化了服务产品配置的构件和模块,建立了服务产品配置本体。采用网络本体语言OWL形式化服务产品配置的结构知识,采用语义网规则语言SWRL编码服务产品配置的约束知识,并分别映射到JESS推理系统的知识库和规则库中,使用JESS推理机执行推理过程,产生配置结果。为说明该方法的  相似文献

企业产品三维模型数据库的构建,是实现大规模定制设计和快速响应设计的基础。为了满足快速构建企业产品资源库的需求,提出了一种基于三维设计平台的企业零部件库参数化建模方法。该方法以三维设计软件UG NX为开发平台,基于NX/Open开发产品三维零部件库。基于层次性参数化建模方法,提出利用主模型技术和自顶向下的方法实现产品的参数化建模及变型设计,实现了零部件和装配体的参数化建模。结合数控机床快速响应设计系统中刀具库设计开发的实例,给出企业零部件库的建库流程,表明基于主模型的层次性参数化建库方法是企业产品资源库建立  相似文献

产品配置是利用客户需求对配置模型进行实例化的过程.在这个过程中,需要对那些不能直接从已有零部件库中选配到的零部件进行新的设计.在研究产品配置设计工作流程和管理内容的基础上,针对需要设计的实例单元提出了一个产品配置设计过程模型,给出了配置设计过程中设计活动分解的三种结构、三个层次和两个模板,实现了配置中的实例单元数据和设计活动的集成.最后给出了模型在电梯产品配置设计过程中的实际应用.  相似文献

研究了基于粗集(RS)理论的产品配置规则获取方法,实现信息约简,产生更简洁、更有意义的规则。给出了数据约简方法,包括建立RS知识模型、RS决策逻辑表示、确定辨识矩阵、计算其核心、进行属性归约、规则形成等内容。结合案例进行了验证,利用RS理论对传动机构总成的配置模型进行约简,可以得出最简化的配置规则,用于产品配置设计。  相似文献

针对产品族设计中产品族共性与产品个性化之间相互冲突的问题,提出了一种基于模糊聚类和粗糙集的产品族设计知识约简方法。通过模糊聚类对设计参数进行离散化和分类,以粗糙集进行知识约简区分出产品族设计参数和个性化产品设计参数,实现产品族综合性能损失最小。通过对通用电机产品族的实例分析,并经与PPCEM方法比较,验证了该方法的高效性和可行性。  相似文献

针对订单型复杂产品在大规模定制过程中存在着的重复求解和实例冗余问题,提出一种基于产品多尺度混合移植的建模方法,并对应用该建模方法的订单型复杂产品的配置设计进行研究.首先在产品族配置平台上建立了配置需求域、配置实例域、配置模型域三者之间的多尺度映射关系,形成产品族映射域;然后把客户需求转化为多尺度配置需求输入到产品族映射域,获取对应尺度的实例和无对应尺度实例的模型进行多尺度混合移植,得到动态配置模型;最后依据多尺度配置需求、配置规则和配置实例对动态配置模型进行多尺度层次求解,得到整体配置方案.该方法已应用在电梯产品全生命周期数字化设计平台中,提高了配置求解的效率和实例的重用率,证明了其在工程应用中的正确性和高效性.  相似文献

In this paper, the product configuration problems that are characterized by cardinality-based configuration rules are dealt with. Novel configuration rules including FI and EI rules are presented to clarify the semantics of inclusion rules when cardinalities and hierarchies of products are encountered. Then, a configuration graph is proposed to visualize structural rules and configuration rules in product configuration problem. An encoding approach is elaborated to transform the configuration graph as a CSP (Constraint Satisfaction Problem). As a consequence, existing CSP solver, i.e. JCL (Java Constraint Library), is employed to implement the configuration system for product configuration problem with cardinality-related configuration rules. A case study of a bus configuration is used throughout this paper to illustrate the effectiveness of the presented approach.  相似文献

This paper presents a methodology for modeling and simulating product development process-based on the extended stochastic high-level evaluation Petri nets (ESHLEP-N). A product development process is composed of many design activities and the ESHLEP-N model can describe some special features of design activity in detail, such as randomness of its duration, uncertainty of its interruption and complexity of design iteration. Therefore, the ESHLEP-N model is employed to simulate a product development process. The initial product development plan obtained by a mathematical method beforehand is taken as the input of the simulation. Then the simulation procedure is proposed, along with four types of rules, i.e. activity-sequencing rules, resource-assigning rules, state-changing rules and the simulation-terminating rule, for scheduling the design activities. An example of the development process of an automobile drive system in concurrent engineering environment is presented to illustrate the method of the ESHLEP-N-based modeling, simulation procedure and scheduling rules. The simulation results show that the simulation procedure and the scheduling rules are effective.  相似文献

In sentiment analysis, a finer-grained opinion mining method not only focuses on the view of the product itself, but also focuses on product features, which can be a component or attribute of the product. Previous related research mainly relied on explicit features but ignored implicit features. However, the implicit features, which are implied by some words or phrases, are so significant that they can express the users’ opinion and help us to better understand the users’ comments. It is a big challenge to detect these implicit features in Chinese product reviews, due to the complexity of Chinese. This paper is mainly centered on implicit features identification in Chinese product reviews. A novel hybrid association rule mining method is proposed for this task. The core idea of this approach is mining as many association rules as possible via several complementary algorithms. Firstly, we extract candidate feature indicators based word segmentation, part-of-speech (POS) tagging and feature clustering, then compute the co-occurrence degree between the candidate feature indicators and the feature words using five collocation extraction algorithms. Each indicator and the corresponding feature word constitute a rule (feature indicator → feature word). The best rules in five different rule sets are chosen as the basic rules. Next, three methods are proposed to mine some possible reasonable rules from the lower co-occurrence feature indicators and non indicator words. Finally, the latest rules are used to identify implicit features and the results are compared with the previous. Experiment results demonstrate that our proposed approach is competent at the task, especially via using several expanding methods. The recall is effectively improved, suggesting that the shortcomings of the basic rules have been overcome to certain extent. Besides those high co-occurrence degree indicators, the final rules also contain uncommon rules.  相似文献

In this paper, the knowledge externalization of modular product design is introduced, which discovers and shares the design rules to increase the effectiveness/efficiency of the design process. This solution approach involves modeling modular products, formulating their design knowledge, and discovering implicit knowledge into design rules based on the rough set theory. The design rules are generated for improving heat dissipation issues of the set-top box (STB), which is perhaps the most attractive device for the home. A web based knowledge management of product design (KMPD) system is also implemented to provide adapted design rules and share design knowledge in distributed environment. The methodology discussed in the paper departs from the previous developments in design knowledge externalization as well as rough set theory application, thus creating a variable approach for product design.  相似文献

A novel multi-objective genetic algorithm (GA)-based rule-mining method for affective product design is proposed to discover a set of rules relating design attributes with customer evaluation based on survey data. The proposed method can generate approximate rules to consider the ambiguity of customer assessments. The generated rules can be used to determine the lower and upper limits of the affective effect of design patterns. For a rule-mining problem, the proposed multi-objective GA approach could simultaneously consider the accuracy, comprehensibility, and definability of approximate rules. In addition, the proposed approach can deal with categorical attributes and quantitative attributes, and determine the interval of quantitative attributes. Categorical and quantitative attributes in affective product design should be considered because they are commonly used to define the design profile of a product. In this paper, a two-stage rule-mining approach is proposed to generate rules with a simple chromosome design in the first stage of rule mining. In the second stage of rule mining, entire rule sets are refined to determine solutions considering rule interaction. A case study on mobile phones is used to demonstrate and validate the performance of the proposed rule-mining method. The method can discover rule sets with good support and coverage rates from the survey data.  相似文献

Many enterprises have been devoting a significant portion of their budget to product development in order to distinguish their products from those of their competitors and to make them better fit the needs and wants of customers. Hence, businesses should develop product designing that could satisfy the customers’ requirements since this will increase the enterprise’s competitiveness and it is an essential criterion to earning higher loyalties and profits. This paper investigates the following research issues in the development of new digital camera products: (1) What exactly are the customers’ “needs” and “wants” for digital camera products? (2) What features is more importance than others? (3) Can product design and planning for product lines/product collection be integrated with the knowledge of customers? (4) How can the rules help us to make a strategy during we design new digital camera? To investigate these research issues, the Apriori and C5.0 algorithms are methodologies of association rules and decision trees for data mining, which is implemented to mine customer’s needs. Knowledge extracted from data mining results is illustrated as knowledge patterns and rules on a product map in order to propose possible suggestions and solutions for product design and marketing.  相似文献

在研究负关联规则相关特性的基础上,将向量内积引入到该领域,提出了一种基于向量内积的多最小支持度正负关联规则挖掘算法。考虑到事务数据库中各项集分布不均而导致的单一最小支持度难以设定的问题,采用了多最小支持度策略,设计了一种能同时挖掘出频繁与非频繁项集,以及从这些项集中挖掘出正负关联规则的算法。实验结果表明,该算法仅需扫描一次数据库,且具有动态剪枝,不保留中间候选项和节省大量内存等优点,对事务数据库中负关联规则的挖掘具有重要意义。  相似文献
