利用XRF测定了坳岭瓷石的化学组成,其中SiO2含量为66.16%,K2O和Na2O分别为3.36%和1.13%,含着色离子钛、铁的氧化物较少,仅为0.02%和0.74%.借助XRD和FT-IR分析了瓷石的矿物组成,主要为石英、白云母和钠长石,其含量依次为61%、30%和9%.根据DTA-TG分析,并结合矿物组成分析了瓷石在加热过程中的热效应,结果发现,在1 200 ℃二钠长石和白云母等巳分解、熔融烧结,仅残余石英晶相.坳岭瓷石1 300 ℃煅烧后的物理性能如下:烧成白度为51.6,烧成收缩为9.8%,抗折强度为390.1 MPa,吸水率为0.35%,显气孔率为0.42%. 相似文献

利用XRF测定了马龙塘瓷石的化学组成,其中熔剂性氧化物含量较高,如Na2O的含量高达6.39wt%。借助XRD和FT—IR分析了瓷石的矿物组成,主要为钠长石、石英和白云母,其含量依次为50wt%、35wt%和15wt%。根据DTA—TG分析,并结合矿物组成分析了瓷石在加热过程中的热效应,结果发现:在1200℃时钠长石和白云母等已分解、熔融烧结,莫来石相开始生成。瓷石在1300℃煅烧后的物理性能如下:烧成白度仅为22.4,烧成收缩为14.6%,吸水率为0.08%,显气孔率为0.13%。 相似文献

利用X射线荧光光谱仪(XRF)、X射线衍射仪(XRD)、综合热分析仪(DTA-TG)、场发射扫描电子显微镜(FE-SEM)和透射电子显微镜(TEM)对贵州省大方县联兴村粘土的化学成分、矿物组成、理化性质和微观形貌进行了分析表征,并详细测试了其多项工艺性能指标。得出该粘土的主要矿物组成为伊利石(47.2wt%)、石英(50.8wt%)和锐钛矿(1.2wt%),呈典型的片层状结构。该矿物原料可塑性低、阳离子交换容量低、流动性较小、触变性较大、干燥收缩小、干燥强度较大。粘土矿物中碱金属和碱土金属总含量不高(3.57wt%),且Al2O3含量较低(14.84wt%),因此烧结温度不高(烧结温度范围为1200℃~1250℃),并且其含有较多的Fe2O3(1.16wt%)和TiO2(0.67wt%),导致烧成白度很低,1250℃下烧成白度仅为23.04%。 相似文献

Influence of technology on colour changes of fly ashes was studied in relationships with their chemical and phase composition. Dry bottom boilers at the Detmarovice Power Plant (the Czech Republic) were selected for this study. Combustion tests were performed using mixture of coal and mineral oil residues at the minimum and maximum output of the power plant. Fly ashes for chemical analysis, phase analysis and colour measurements were sampled from the four sections of electrostatic fly ash precipitator. Colour parameters indicate relationships with concentrations of elements which are preferentially bound in silicate matrix. The maximum output of power plant increases the concentration of glass which has decisive influence on values of colour parameters. The changes of colour parameters can indicate the conditions of the technological process. Relationships between colour and constituents of the fly ash are expressed by CIE Lab colour parameters. 相似文献

Two US lignites (from Texas and North Dakota) were fractionated by density with appropriately prepared mixtures of liquid halogenated and non-halogenated hydrocarbons. Petrographic analyses confirmed that the procedure resulted in density fractions enriched in specific macerals. Liquid yields obtained upon solubilization at 430 °C and 5.5 MPa hydrogen pressure decreased with increase in the density fraction for both lignites. On plotting the total solubilities of lignites and their density fractions versus their huminite contents a reasonably good linear correlation was obtained (particularly for North Dakota lignite). It is tentatively concluded that in North Dakota lignite, as opposed to Texas lignite, macerals other than huminite did not significantly contribute to generation of liquid products. 相似文献

Lipid profiles of the lipids from female gonads (LFG) and male gonads (LMG) of abalones (Haliotis discus hannai) were evaluated based on the analysis of phospholipid (PL) molecular species, PL class composition, fatty acid (FA) composition, and lipid class composition. These results suggested that lipids from abalone gonads were abundant in omega-3 polyunsaturated FA (n − 3 PUFA, 14.42%–18.27% of total FAs) and PLs including phosphatidylcholine (PC, 21.26–47.85 mg g−1) and phosphatidylethanolamine (PE, 9.29–24.10 mg g−1). Furthermore, more than 60 molecular species of PC and PE were determined. Particularly, the molecular species containing n − 3 PUFA including eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) constituted majority of PC and PE in LFG and LMG. By contrast, LFG contained more PC and PE species containing EPA. Considering the lipid profiles, abalone gonads are a potential source of PL-form n − 3 PUFA. 相似文献
