在全球的粮食生产中,农药发挥着很大的作用。然而农药应用也带来了一系列问题,如抗性的产生,对环境的影响和人畜的毒害作用,急需人们开发新颖的、安全、低毒农药。以天然物质为农药,或以天然化合物为农药先导物,是目前农药开发的重要途径。介绍了一些具杀线虫活性的天然酯和其类似物,具拒食和杀虫活性的萘酚衍生物以及从刺苞菜蓟分离得到的具有除草活性的物质,具杀螨和杀虫活性的喹啉类似物,具杀菌活性脂肽,除草活性物质holadysenterine和新类别除草活性物质环戊-4-烯-1,3-二酮物。 相似文献

在农药创制中,为了提高创制效率及药剂对环境的安全性,以生物源物质作为先导物进行新化学结构农药的创制已成为当今世界新农药创制的热点。这些生物源物质包括动物源(如沙蚕毒)、植物源(如烟碱、鱼藤)、微生物源(如吡咯菌素)及害物靶标酶必须物(如原卟啉原)。除此之外,生物本身还含有许多必不可少的生理活性物质,这种物质对生物的生长具有相当的影响。如能以此类物质作为农药先导物进行新农药创制,有望开发出与环境相容性及选择性均高的新农药。本文介绍的5-氨基乙酰丙酸系属此类物质,特予整理,以供参考。 相似文献

Selected compounds and selected synergistic combinations have been evaluated for activity againstS. aureus and for tissue substantivity. No direct correlation could be found between antibacterial activity and tissue substantivity. It was also apparent that the mode of action by which a compound or mixtures of compounds inhibit the growth of organisms is not directly related to the mechanism of tissue substantivity. Preliminary data indicate that no simple explanation of tissue substantivity can be made on the basis of chemical structure. Until more is known about the mechanism of tissue substantivity, each compound will have to be evaluated separately. 相似文献

Hyper-activated melanocytes are the major cause of skin hyper-pigmentary disorders, such as freckles and melasma. Increasing efforts have been made to search for materials with depigmenting activity to develop functional cosmetics. As a result, numerous materials have been reported to have depigmenting activity but some of them are known to cause unwanted side effects. Consequently, anti-pigmentary natural compounds without concern of toxicity are in great demand. Virtually all sorts of natural sources have been investigated to find anti-pigmentary natural compounds. Some new sulpha drugs containing both β-lactam and/or thiazolidinone moieties have been prepared. The biological screening of the prepared compounds has been carried out on some strains of pathogenic bacteria.
