设备管理及维护信息系统是预防性设备维护的重要基础,对于机械制造企业提高设备管理水平和维护工作效率有重要意义。通过对企业实际情况的深入调查,分析了企业设备管理的信息需求及维护工作业务流程,开发了设备管理及其维护信息系统。该软件系统主要包括系统管理、设备维修资源管理、设备故障信息管理、维修工作管理、维修决策和维修数据分析六部分。该系统已在汽车零部件制造企业中实施。

How good are my data?: Information quality assessment methodology.

Quality assurance techniques used in software development and hardware maintenance/reliability help ensure that data in a computerized information management system are maintained well. However, information workers may not know the quality of data resident in their information systems. Knowledge of the quality of information and data in an enterprise provides managers with important facts for managing and improving the processes that impact information quality. This paper presents quality assessment methodology to assist information workers in planning and implementing an effective assessment of their information data and quality. The areas covered include: identifying appropriate information quality indicators; developing assessment procedures; conducting information quality assessments; reporting information assessment results; tracking improvements in information quality.

Enactment of IDEF0 models

This paper presents an integrated approach to the enactment of IDEF0 models to facilitate the development and maintenance of responsive and coherent manufacturing systems. The approach basically involves the enhancement of an IDEF0 model to include additional information about system behaviour and IT infrastructural aspects; and the use of a computer simulator to read and interpret the enhanced IDEF0 model, simulate the model, and control the actual activities. The approach allows a seamless transition from system modelling, through simulation, to maintenance. It is expected that such an approach will greatly expedite the development and maintenance of manufacturing systems. A prototype software tool has been developed at the Gintic Institute of Manufacturing Technology to support the integrated approach.

Demonstration of the Dynamic Flowgraph Methodology using the Titan II Space Launch Vehicle Digital Flight Control System

The Dynamic Flowgraph Methodology (DFM) is a new approach for embedded system safety analysis. This methodology integrates the modeling and analysis of the hardware and software components of an embedded system. The objective is to complement the traditional approaches which generally follow the philosophy of separating out the hardware and software portions of the assurance analysis. In this paper, the DFM approach is demonstrated using the Titan II Space Launch Vehicle Digital Flight Control System. The hardware and software portions of this embedded system are modeled in an integrated framework. In addition, the time dependent behavior and the switching logic can be captured by this DFM model. In the modeling process, the dimensionality of the decision tables for software subroutines creates a problem. A possible solution for solving the software portion of the DFM model is suggested. This approach makes use of a well-known numerical method, the Newton-Raphson method, to solve the equations implemented in the subroutines in reverse. Convergence can be achieved in a few steps.

以平衡计分卡法为基础构建了企业三级综合绩效评价体系,根据BSC中的因果关系链选择网络分析法ANP作为评价方法,一改以往评价指标独立、忽视它们之间联系的评价方法,从而体现出综合绩效评价体系中各维度指标之间相互影响、相互作用,最后给出了基于SD软件的部门绩效评价的实证研究.     

考虑制造商设备维修的制造—零售供应链决策与协调

设备可靠性是影响供应不确定的重要因素。为了研究企业内部的维修策略对整条供应链的运营策略产生的具体影响，在考虑设备维修的情况下，针对单个制造商和单个零售商构成的二级供应链，运用Stackelberg博弈的方法研究制造商的最优维修策略和定价策略以及零售商的最优订货量。研究结果表明，制造商的预防性维修次数存在上限且最大维修次数与设备可靠性无关；预防性维修策略有助于提高制造商的产量，降低产品的批发价格，但制造商的最优产出量不会达到企业的最大产能；收益共享契约能够实现供应链的协调；制造商在任何情形下都具有提高设备可靠性的动机，但零售商只会在市场规模较大时才存在为制造商提供设备改造资金的动机。     

基于供应链的信息系统设计

对企业管理信息系统集成的体系结构可以考虑从纵向和横向两个方面进行研究。按纵向的观点,将系统工程与软件工程结合到三链（决策链,支撑链,主链）中,并使其贯穿于系统珙发设计过程的始终;按横向的观点,使建立在三链上的信息集成通过计算机协同工作,人工智能,数据库等技术得以实现。     

Visual language and software development environment for image processing

The Khoros system integrates multiple user interface modes, code generators, instructional aids, data visualization, and information processing to produce a comprehensive image processing research tool. This system can easily be tailored to other application domains because the tools of the system can modify themselves as well as the system. This attribute is important in a system that is designed to be extensible and portable. The Khoros infrastructure consists of three major components: a high-level user interface specification, methods of software development embedded in a code generation tool set, and an interoperable data exchange format and algorithm library. These basic facilities have been used to build a set of applications for performing image processing research, algorithm development, and data visualization. One of the most powerful features of the system is its high-level abstract visual language. Khoros is a successful demonstration of how development programming, end-user applications programming, information processing, data display, instruction, documentation, and maintenance can be integrated to build a state-of-the-art image/data processing and visualization software environment.

ERP research,development and implementation in China: an overview

An Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system is a highly integrated enterprise information system that manages all aspects of the business operations of an enterprise including production planning, purchasing, engineering design, manufacturing, marketing, distribution, accounting and customer service. In the last two decades, Manufacturing Resource Planning (MRP) and ERP have been successfully introduced into Chinese industry. Supported by sponsored research programmes, the research outcomes on ERP systems by Chinese academic researchers have been directly supporting the Chinese ERP software industry. An overview of ERP research and its development and implementation in China will be given here. The research trend of ERP systems will also be discussed.

The Effect of TRIZ on Research Institute Innovation

With a background in improving independent innovation capabilities and building a world-class petroleum research institute, scientific innovation is the essence and basis of an innovative framework for a research institute, as well as the inexhaustible driving force for sustainable development. By introducing the theory of inventive problem solving (TRIZ) and combining it with CAI (computer aided innovation) technology, the Research Institute of Petroleum Exploration and Development established an adaptive innovative system by making experiments and fanning out from a point to an area gradually. This article takes the example of the innovative practices of the Department of Petroleum Equipment in Research Institute of Petroleum Exploration and Development, and introduces a building method for the innovative system based on technical innovation, enterprise culture, organizational structure, scheme, and people. It also summarizes the experiences and effects of improving innovative system upon scientific practice which can provide important guidance and reference significance for accelerating independent innovative capability.

空间太阳望远镜主光学数据处理系统EGSE研制

分析了空间太阳望远镜(Space Solar Telescope)有效载荷EGSE(Electrical Ground Support Equipment)的功能需求,给出了基于通用平台的SST有效载荷EGSE的设计和双通道主光学望远镜数据处理系统(MOT-SDUP)EGSE软件的研制.EGSE实现了接口仿真、测试过程监控以及测试结果分析等任务.其软件基于通用平台开发,具有良好的可扩展、可继承性,可以扩展用于SST其余载荷仪器EGSE以及整个有效载荷分系统与整星的电测试,从而达到节约成本,缩短开发周期和提高可靠性的目的.基于通用卫星测试软件平台GSEOS的双通道MOT-SDPU EGSE开发经验,可供国内其他航天项目EGSE开发参考.
