CNOOC Ltd Sets 2006 Oil Production Targets

China National Offshore Oil Company Limited （CNOOC Ltd） is expected to bring up its total budgeted net output in 2006 to a new record high to hit between 168 million and 170 million barrels of oil equivalent （BOE）. The budget volume is approximately a nine percent yearon-year increase over the estimated 153 million to 157 million BOE in 2005. The net production volume of CNOOC Ltd in the domestic offshore area is estimated to be 148 million to 149 million BOE in 2006.     

CNOOC Sets More Ambitious Business Targets for 2004

CNOOC Limited released its 2004 business plan on January 15,setting the annual target to raise the net production offshore China to approximately 118-123 million BOE (barrels of oil equivalent).The company continued with strong momentum of fairly rapid growth. Its total oil and gas production reached 37.63 million tons of oil equivalent in 2003, a 6.48% increase compared with the previous year. The domestic oil production is 22.24 million tons and natural gas production is 3.77 billion cubic meters.     

China''s Offshore Oil Production Expected to Rise 19% in 2005

CNOOC Limited, of which CNOOC is the parent company, announced its 2005 business strategy and development plan in early February to target itself at a 19 percent increase for oil production over the previous year. The offshore oil giant planned to produce 141-146 million BOE (barrels ofoil equivalent) in 2005.     

CNOOC Sales Revenues Rise Significantly in 2008

China National Offshore Oil Corporation (CNOOC),the country's third largest oil and gas producer,saw its full year sales revenues of 2008 rose 22.4 percent from a year ago to 98.3 billion yuan (US$14.37 billion).By the end of 2008,the total assets of the company were 428.5 billion yuan,up 267 percent from five years earlier.The company's listed ann CNOOC Ltd.said in mid-January it planed to lift its 2009 crude and gas production by 16 percent to 18 percent,as some significant projects are expected to come online this year.Total production will be 225 million to 231 million barrels of oil equivalent (BOE),compared with the estimated production of 194 million to 196 million BOE for 2008.

CNOOC Ambitious Both at Home and Abroad

CNOOC announced its business results for the first quarter of 2006 in late-April, with the total revenue hitting another record high by reaching 16.66 yuan, a 45.1percent rise from the same period of last year. For the first three months of 2006, the crude oil and liquids production of CNOOC Limited reached 383,519 barrels per day while the gas production amounted to 390 million cubic feet per day. The Company also reported an 11 percent increase of its net production offshore China, which was 415,144 BOE per day.

Mature oilfields report steady output rises despite reserves decline Ghina's largest oil base Daqing Oilfield has fulfilled its production target by stabilizing its crude oil output above 40 million tons in the past year,although its reserves have been on the decline.Its 2008 crude oil production stood at 40.2 million tons,which was the smallest in three years if compared to the 41.7 million tons in 2007 and 43.41 million tons in 2006.But its 2008 natural gas output hit 2.76 billion cubic meters,up 8.241 percent from the 2.55 billion cubic meters in 2007.

CNPC rapidly expanded its overseas oil and gas operation in 2001. The annual crude and natural gas outputs from the overseas projects were 16.23 million tons and 926 million cubic meters respectively while the crude processing volume was 2.3 million tons. China Maintains Crude Production Growth in 1^st Half of 2006

Based on the latest information made available from China Petroleum and Chemical Association, China produced 91.664 million tons of crude oil in the first 6 months of the year, a rise of 2.1 percent on the corresponding period last year. The output of refined oil products was 84.822 million tons, up 5.6 percent year on year.

In 2016,China's net imports of crude oil increased to 378.3 million tons and its net exports of product oil soared to 20.45 million tons.Refinery crude runs continue to grow at a low rate,and the domestic product oil market still has a supply surplus.Diesel consumption fell for the first time in 21 years.The liquefied petroleum gas(LPG) market continues to grow rapidly,spurred on by feedstock demand for chemicals and gasoline blending components,and imports of LPG have reached a record high of 16.12 million tons.The refinery throughput of Petro China and SINOPEC had declined for 2 consecutive years,but crude oil imports climbed to a new high of 381 million tons as independent refineries boosted their utilization of capacity and the domestic oilfields produced a decreased amount of output.Imported oil now accounts for more than 2/3 of the Chinese market compared to being only about 1/3 15 years ago.Moreover,the proportion of imported crude in refinery runs has risen to 70%.In 2017,China's economy will continue to face substantial pressure,and domestic demand for product oil will continue to grow slowly.

PetroChina''s Oil and Gas Outputs Higher than Expected in 1st Quarter

PetroChina, one of China's big-three oil companies,announced in a statement released in mid-April that its production inched up in the first quarter, underscoring its need to find new sources of oil. Despite increase of investment for on oil exploration, PetroChina said its oil and gas output rose just 3.3 percent to 229.1 million barrels of oil equivalents in the January-March period of this year. That was mainly due to an 18 percent jump in gas production to 217.5 billion cubic feet.

金县1-1油田稠油结蜡修井技术探讨

金县1-1油田原油主要包括重质原油和中轻质原油,重质原油产生的重组份沉积和中轻质产生的蜡沉积会导致井筒或地层堵塞,严重影响油井正常生产。针对金县1-1油田有机垢堵塞问题,逐步探索出热洗配合钢丝/连续油管清蜡技术、金县1-1专用修井液和空心杆电加热管柱工艺等系列关键技术,有效提高了该区块修井效率,恢复了油井正常产能。从2013年至2018年,这些关键技术先后在金县1-1油田进行了现场应用,现场应用结果表明,热洗技术投入产出比达到1∶8.9;三种技术可节约修井成本约1 100万元,经济效益显著。这些关键技术在金县1-1油田的成功应用,为渤海油田稠油井解除重组份堵塞难题提供了借鉴,为后期稠油区块开发生产提供实践指导。     

CNOOC Ambitious and Fruitful in Domestic Offshore Oil and Gas Sector

CNOOC Limited announced on July 18 that it has agreed to purchase a 24.5 percent stake in QHD 32-6 oil field the cost of US$150 million. Meanwhile,CNOOC Limited has agreed to pay each of two foreign partners US$20 million for a 49 percent stake in LH11-1 oil field.

针对曙一区超稠油污水特征,对污水处理工艺流程进行改造,以提高外输水水质。采用两级罐除油,隔油池敢浮池,出水污染去除提高到97．6％,悬浮物去除率提高到91．7％,悬浮物去除率提高到91．7％,停用部分效率低,耗能大的处理设备,砂滤罐体进行保温,提高了过滤温度,防止了污染,悬浮物去除率达到50．5％;应用厢式板式板框式板框压同,污泥脱水成型,制作型煤,2001年上半年共节省运费153万元。通过污水处理工艺流程的改进,使外输水含油降到1mg/L,悬浮物降到10mg/L,为污水回用做出了重要贡献。
