Semantic Web Services (SWS) were introduced to facilitate the publication, discovery, and execution of web services. A semantic matchmaker enhances the capability of UDDI service registries in the SWS architecture and it is able to recognize various degrees of matching for web services. On the basis of SWS and fuzzy-set theory, a fuzzy matching approach for semantic web services is proposed, to support a more automated and veracious service discovery process.  相似文献

传统的Web服务发布和发现机制在效率、可靠性、安全等方面存在一定缺陷,提出了一种基于对等网技术的Web服务发布和发现新机制.该机制利用对等体服务发布技术实现了Web服务的快速和即时发布,利用对等网通告发现策略实现了Web服务的高效搜索和定位.同时给出了在JXTA对等网络中即时发布和异步发现Web服务的算法实现.研究表明,该机制有助于普及网络边缘服务,增强应用的服务能力,是一种效率更高的分布式动态发布和发现Web服务的新机制.  相似文献

随着web服务数量大幅增长,如何快速准确的发现并满足用户需求的服务已经成为一个亟待解决的问题.现有的基于语义的web服务发现通常使用混合的方法,先在本体层面上进行语义匹配,当语义匹配失败的时候再采取其他的方法(基于关键字的匹配、基于结构分析)来弥补这个缺陷,在补救的过程当中由于现有的方法并未准确的反应两个概念之间的相似性,从而导致web服务的发现的准确率不高.将信息内容语义相似度计算的思想考虑在内,提出了采用基于服务的IO(input, output)语义匹配和基于信息内容语义相似计算相结合的方法,并以owls-tc2.0作为测试集合对该方法进行测试,实验结果表明该方法能有效提高服务发现的准确率.  相似文献

在开放的Internet环境下,多本体共存是一种必然.同时,集中式的语义服务发现机制是整个面向服务计算的瓶颈,导致系统的可扩展性差.为了支持多本体共存并提高系统的可扩展性,提出一种双层P2P语义服务发现模型.该模型以本体社区为核心,将iVCE(Internet-based virtual computing environment)的核心概念集成到P2P模型中.基于该模型,提出一种分两个阶段、3个步骤的服务发现算法.除了在本体社区内以外,算法还可以实现跨社区的服务发现.在本体社区内,算法首先根据语义相似性选定相应的注册服务器,然后再利用逻辑推理来实施精确的服务匹配.而跨社区的服务发现则按照一定的策略实施.该模型适用于多本体共存的开放环境.实验结果表明,通过合理的参数配置,模型能在查全率和服务发现响应时间之间加以折衷,并取得较好的结果;另外,模型能够在不降低服务查全率的情况下降低注册服务节点的平均负载.  相似文献

Web services are the new paradigm for distributed computing. They have much to offer towards interoperability of applications and integration of large scale distributed systems. To make Web services accessible to users, service providers use Web service registries to publish them. Current infrastructure of registries requires replication of all Web service publications in all Universal Business Registries. Large growth in number of Web services as well as the growth in the number of registries would make this replication impractical. In addition, the current Web service discovery mechanism is inefficient, as it does not support discovery based on the capabilities of the services, leading to a lot of irrelevant matches. Semantic discovery or matching of services is a promising approach to address this challenge. In this paper, we present a scalable, high performance environment for Web service publication and discovery among multiple registries. This work uses an ontology-based approach to organize registries into domains, enabling domain based classification of all Web services. Each of these registries supports semantic publication and discovery of Web services. We believe that the semantic approach suggested in this paper will significantly improve Web service publication and discovery involving a large number of registries. This paper describes the implementation and architecture of the METEOR-S Web Service Discovery Infrastructure, which leverages peer-to-peer computing as a scalable solution.  相似文献

结合P2P与Web服务语义描述技术,提出了一种基于分布式哈希表的非集中式Web服务发布与发现方法。通过定义服务供求双方共同遵守的领域本体,实现具有同样语义概念的两种不同描述的统一,提高服务发现的效率和准确度。利用类别本体对领域本体的组织,提出了层次式Web服务目录系统。基于该系统,服务的发布与发现是在特定应用领域范围内进行,因此减少了服务搜索空间,提高了服务发现的效率。  相似文献

Matching web services and client requirements in the form of goals is a significant challenge in the discovery of semantic web services. The most common but unsatisfactory approach to matching is set-based, where both the client and web services declare what objects they require and what objects they can provide. Matching then becomes the simple task of comparing sets of objects. This approach is inadequate because it says nothing about the functionality required by the client or the functionality provided by the web service. As an alternative, we use the Frame Logic as implemented in Flora-2 to specify web service capabilities and client requirements, including their preconditions, postconditions, and ontologies, implement a logic-based discovery agent using Flora-2, demonstrate its usefulness in a medical appointment making scenario, and show its efficiency both theoretically and by benchmarking. The result is an expressive yet concise representation scheme for semantic web services, and a practical, efficient, powerful, and fully implemented matching engine based purely on logical inference for web service discovery, with direct applicability to Web Service Modeling Ontology and Web Service Modeling Language, because both are based on Frame Logic.  相似文献

It is considered that Web services have had a tremendous impact on the web as a potential silver bullet for supporting a distributed service-based economy on a global scale. However, despite the outstanding progress, their uptake on a web scale has been significantly less than initially anticipated due to higher usage thresholds. For instance, it is a hard task for service provider to seek appropriate semantic information such as OWL ontologies for service annotation in the service publication stage due to the fact that nowadays we are suffering from serious lack of available and ubiquitous ontologies for global consensus. Also it is not realistic for query users who do not possess much semantic knowledge to specify their requests with associated semantic information in the service discovery stage. In this paper, we propose a methodology to build a global social service network based on Link data principles for reducing the using thresholds. First, we propose Linked social service which is published on the open web by following Linked data principles with social link, and then we suggest a new platform for constructing a global social service network based on Linked social service. Then, an approach is proposed to enable exploitation of global social service network, providing Linked Social Service as a Service. Finally, experimental results show that the Linked social service can reduce the using threshold by enabling exploring service to service based on the global social service network.  相似文献

The Web is a distributed environment rich with Web services going through continual metamorphosis; thus, sustaining semantic stability of service composition has become a major challenge. Automatic service composition – enabled both by the use of ontologies that describe service domains and by user-specified constraints bound to the ontologies – provides us candidate service pipelines at composition design time. The ontology-based languages for semantically describing web services, such as OWL-S, have been widely used. Though rich and comprehensive in their expressiveness, the use of these languages still leaves much of composition process manual. In this work, we present an ontology-based semantic web service composition system called OntoPipeliner. It employs a novel way of utilizing characteristics of Web services that reflect the classes and properties of domain ontologies and provides the ontology-guided constraints for automatic composition of services, in order to guide the user toward the best pipeline that meets the user requirements.  相似文献

A web operating system is an operating system that users can access from any hardware at any location. A peer-to-peer (P2P) grid uses P2P communication for resource management and communication between nodes in a grid and manages resources locally in each cluster, and this provides a proper architecture for a web operating system. Use of semantic technology in web operating systems is an emerging field that improves the management and discovery of resources and services. In this paper, we propose PGSW-OS (P2P grid semantic Web OS), a model based on a P2P grid architecture and semantic technology to improve resource management in a web operating system through resource discovery with the aid of semantic features. Our approach integrates distributed hash tables (DHTs) and semantic overlay networks to enable semantic-based resource management by advertising resources in the DHT based upon their annotations to enable semantic-based resource matchmaking. Our model includes ontologies and virtual organizations. Our technique decreases the computational complexity of searching in a web operating system environment. We perform a simulation study using the Gridsim simulator, and our experiments show that our model provides enhanced utilization of resources, better search expressiveness, scalability, and precision.  相似文献

The growth of service sector in recent years has led to renewed research interests in the design and management of service systems. Decision support systems (DSS) play an important role in supporting this endeavor, through management of organizational resources such as models and data, thus forming the “back stage” of service systems. In this article, we identify the requirements for semantically annotating decision models and propose a model representation scheme, termed Semantically Annotated Structure Modeling Markup Language (SA-SMML) that extends Structure Modeling Markup Language (SMML) by incorporating mechanisms for linking semantic models such as ontologies that represent problem domain knowledge concepts. This model representation format is also amenable to a scalable Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) for managing models in distributed environments. The proposed model representation technique leverages recent advances in the areas of semantic web, and semantic web services. Along with design considerations, we demonstrate the utility of this representation format with an illustrative usage scenarios with a particular emphasis on model discovery and composition in a distributed environment.  相似文献

针对现有多数语义Web服务发现方法应用实施难度大,对终端用户输入信息的完整性依赖度高的问题,提出一种基于简单查询语句的轻量级语义Web服务发现模型。该模型提供给用户一个类似Google的查询界面,输入查询语句后经过领域本体匹配、基于WordNet同义词典匹配等步骤自动发现并调用相应的Web操作。另外,还利用自学机制不断扩充本体词汇以提高系统的准确率和召回率。详细分析了该模型的系统性能,并深入研究了不同情况下准确率和召回率的变化。实验结果表明,本体匹配技术及自学机制的使用是系统准确率和召回率提高的关键。  相似文献

随着Web服务数目的增长和对实时性需求的增加,单一集中式的UDDI服务注册中心难以满足实际需求,而基于某个领域的UDDI虽然查找迅速却难以满足所有用户的要求,于是如何组织一个逻辑上完整的服务注册中为Web服务应用的一个新研究方向.基于P2P的底部架构,将服务注册中心作为P2P网络内基本节点,提出了一个根据本体信息对服务注册节点进行语义分类查找的Web服务发现模型.在模型的基础上,提出了在P2P层支持语义的一种发现的方法.提出的Web服务发现模型既结合了集中式Web服务发现方式和分布式Web服务方式发现的优点,又创新性地在P2P发现方面加入了本体信息.  相似文献
