焙烧氰化尾渣回收金银研究 总被引:9,自引:4,他引:5
研究从青海滩涧山氰化尾渣回收金银的过程。结果表明,采用焙烧、加煤焙烧、中温氯化焙烧、硫酸预处理工艺效果均不理想,而采用高温氯化法时金银回收效果良好。在氯化钙添加量5%、焙烧温度1 200℃、焙烧时间1 h时、金挥发率达到89.57%,银挥发率53.46%,同时,铁基本不挥发,砷有少量挥发。 相似文献

研究采用高温氯化工艺回收焙烧氰化尾渣中的有价金属。结果表明,在氯化钙添加量7%、1 100℃焙烧2h的条件下,Au、Ag、Cu、Pb、Zn的挥发率分别达到97.52%、71.78%、85.92%、98.59%、93.81%。球团采用梯级烘干的干燥工艺,经40min干燥后,干球团落下强度10次/0.5m,抗压强度90%100N,基本符合回转窑进料的强度要求。 相似文献

某黄金矿山生物氧化-氰化炭浸工艺产生的氰化尾渣中金品位较高,为2. 40~3. 60 g/t。试验考察了焙烧氧化-氰化浸出工艺回收金的可行性。结果表明:在焙烧温度500℃、弱氧化气氛下焙烧120 min,获得的焙砂在氧化钙用量15 kg/t、矿浆浓度33%、氰化钠用量1. 0 kg/t、浸出时间24 h条件下进行氰化浸出,浸渣产率为88. 80%,金浸出率在94. 92%以上;采用焙烧氧化-氰化浸出工艺回收氰化尾渣中的金是可行的。该研究为氰化尾渣中金的回收利用提供数据参考。 相似文献

以氰化尾渣为主要原料,配以膨润土、钠长石、CaCl2、煤粉等辅料,利用高温氯化焙烧方法制备了陶粒。采用XRD、SEM、XRF、TG/DTA、ICP-OES等研究了氰化尾渣的物相成分、微观结构等理化性能,测定了陶粒成品的吸水率、堆积密度、重金属挥发率等,并对烧成效果最好的陶粒成品进行了微观结构分析。结果表明,氰化尾渣利用率最高能达到75%,得到的焙烧陶粒1h吸水率为9.45%、堆积密度为642.93kg/m3,Au、Ag、Cu、Pb、Zn等金属挥发率分别达到83.02%、65.31%、75.89%、90.65%、85.34%。 相似文献

实验结果表明,M17铸造高温合金(%:0.16C、8.79Cr、5.79A1、4.93Ti、3.29Mo、15.20Co、0.78V、0.015B、0.073Zr、0.002S、0.001P、0.001 1O、0.001 0N)经25 kg真空感应炉返回重熔后,Si含量随重熔次数的增加而略有增加,合金中主要元素和其它杂质元素S、P、H的含量变化不大,而氧、氮略有增加;合金中初生碳化物由新合金中的草书体逐渐向返回合金块状转变,初生碳化物的遗传性堵塞合金凝固时的补缩通道,使返回料合金的疏松倾向增大,高温塑性下降较大。 相似文献
