Synthesis of ZSM-5/SAPO-11 composite and its application in FCC gasoline hydro-upgrading catalyst 总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2
This article describes the synthesis, characterization and application of a novel aluminosilicate/silicoaluminophosphate composite zeolite ZSM-5/SAPO-11. The composite was synthesized by the in situ overgrowth of SAPO-11 on ZSM-5 and was characterized by means of X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), Fourier transformed infrared (FT-IR) spectrometry, N2 adsorption and infrared spectroscopy of adsorbed pyridine. The results were compared with those of the mechanical mixture composed of individual ZSM-5 and SAPO-11. In the mechanical mixture, the ZSM-5 phase was morphologically separate from the SAPO-11 phase, while the ZSM-5/SAPO-11 composite existed in a form of a core-shell structure, with the ZSM-5 phase as the core and the SAPO-11 phase as the shell. Compared with the mechanical mixture, the composite had more mesopores and moderate acidity distribution, which could accelerate the diffusion of substances and enhance the synergetic effect between Brönsted and Lewis acids. The comparison of the catalytic performances of the mechanical mixture and the composite-based Ni–Mo catalysts for FCC gasoline hydro-upgrading showed that, due to the above advantages of the composite, the corresponding catalyst yielded improved gasoline research octane number, high liquid yield, good desulfurization activity and lower coke amount and thus could be considered as a potential catalyst system for hydro-upgrading FCC gasoline. 相似文献

To develop a novel functional composite material for textile application, a coaxial electrospinning technique was investigated to electrospin two different polymer solutions into core‐shell structured nanofibers in which polyurethane and polycarbonate were used as core and shell materials, respectively. The resultant nanofibers were subsequently characterized by means of scanning electron microscope, transmission electron microscopy, fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, and tensile mechanical test. Furthermore, water vapour transmission rate and pliability of the resulting nonwoven mats were also measured. The preliminary results indicated that it is feasible to attach composite nanofibers, with possible fictionalization on the shell material, onto a substrate fabric. POLYM. Functional core–shell structured composite nanofibers can be fabricated through electrospinning of two polymer solutions in a coaxial, two‐capillary spinneret system. Composite nanofibers, polycarbonate (PC, shell)/polyurethane (PU, core), have been developed by this technique. A novel one-pot procedure for the preparation of mazzite and ZSM-5 composite zeolite was developed. This synthesis procedure provided a convenient method for the in situ utilization of the silica source in the mazzite zeolite synthesis procedure. Mild dealumination of the composite created a secondary mesopore network. The catalytic evaluation results showed that the zinc loaded composite has a good performance in FCC gasoline aromatization reactions. 相似文献

为制备性能更加优异的甲醇制烯烃(MTO)催化剂及进一步探究多级孔道对MTO催化反应的影响,采用柠檬酸溶液(CA)运用后处理方法对复合分子筛进行刻蚀,成功制备了具有多级孔道结构的ZSM-5/SAPO-34复合分子筛(CA-Z-S)。对复合分子筛的晶相、骨架、孔结构等理化性质进行了表征;将复合分子筛用于催化MTO反应,考察了复合分子筛的催化性能。表征结果表明,使用CA处理对ZSM-5/SAPO-34复合分子筛的形貌、结构会产生影响,使CA-Z-S具有更紧密的复合结构、适量的弱酸中心和多级孔道复合结构。催化测试结果表明,甲醇转化率达到100%时,CA-Z-S的寿命为1 200 min,较SAPO-34提高79%,较ZSM-5/SAPO-34提高30%;CA-Z-S对轻烯烃的选择性达到90.5%,较SAPO-34提高约3.7%。研究结果表明,利用CA对复合分子筛进行后处理,有利于复合分子筛催化MTO反应性能的提升。 相似文献

Poly(acrylate-styrene)/poly(acrylate-styrene) core/shell latex particles were synthesized via seeded semi-continuous emulsion polymerization. Both core polymer (CP) and shell polymer (SP) were copolymerized by using three identical monomers of methyl methacrylate (MMA), butyl acrylate (BA) and styrene (St) with different composition ratios. The synthesized core/shell latex particle presents a phase separated state with the interfacial layer between CP and SP. In this study, the weight fractions and the corresponding thickness of this interfacial layer, CP and SP phase in the core/shell latex particle has be successfully calculated by using multi-frequency temperature-modulated differential scanning calorimetry (TOPEM-DSC). The results indicate that the interfacial layer thickness of the core/shell latex particle is determined by the core/shell structure, such as hard core/soft shell (defined as HC/SS) and soft core/hard shell (defined as SC/HS), the glass transition temperature (Tg) of the “hard” phase (correspondingly core or shell for HC/SS or SC/HS structure, respectively), and the existence of hydrophilic monomer during the copolymerization process such as acrylic acid. Meanwhile, the influence of film-formation-temperature on the microstructure of the latex films was systematically explored in this work. 相似文献

A hydrothermal synthesis method for ZSM-5 preparation was investigated by using expanded perlite as the only alumina source. The effect of crystallization conditions on ZSM-5 zeolite formation, such as temperature, time, pH, chemical composition of the reaction mixture, were studied. The samples were characterized by XRD, IR, SEM, XRF and BET surface area measurements. The ZSM-5 zeolite from expanded perlite showed better catalytic activity for the FCC gasoline aromatization reaction compared to ZSM-5 prepared by the standard method. 相似文献

采用水热法合成大孔径硅磷酸铝分子筛(SAPO—5),并通过试验确定了SAPO-5分子筛的最佳合成条件。AIOOH为铝源,磷酸为磷源,正硅酸乙酯为硅源和三乙胺为模板剂(R)。晶化温度为200℃,晶化时间24h。原料(用氧化物的形式表示)SiO2、Al2O3、P2O5、R和H2O适宜的摩尔比为(0.60~2.40):1.00:1.00:1.00:1,00:40.00。并将合成出来的硅磷酸铝分子筛用于萘与丙烯的烷基化反应,进行了活性的研究。结果表明,在适宜的条件下,萘的转化率为97.56%,2,6-二异丙基萘(2,6-DIPN)的收率和选择性分别为40.06%和41.06%。 相似文献

以硫酸铝、水玻璃为主要原料,无有机模板剂条件下采用两步水热晶化法合成ZSM-5分子筛。系统研究钠硅比、水硅比和晶化时间等因素对ZSM-5分子筛结晶度和晶粒尺寸的影响。采用XRD和SEM对制备的ZSM-5分子筛进行结构表征,并考察ZSM-5分子筛在环己烯水合反应中的催化性能。结果表明,在一定钠硅物质的量比和水硅物质的量比范围,ZSM-5分子筛结晶度随钠硅物质的量比的增加与水硅物质的量比的减小而升高。无有机模板剂条件下制备ZSM-5分子筛,不仅降低生产成本,减少对环境的危害,而且在环己烯水合反应中表现出较好的催化活性,随着ZSM-5分子筛晶体尺寸减小,环己烯转化率提高。 相似文献

采用分散聚合法制备出聚(甲基丙烯酸甲酯-co-苯乙烯)种子微球,再将种子微球与甲基三甲氧基硅烷的水解溶液混合,加入氨水使硅烷水解产物在种子微球表面缩聚,制备出聚(甲基丙烯酸甲酯-co-苯乙烯)/聚硅氧烷核壳微球。采用SEM、TEM、粒度分析仪和FTIR对微球的形貌、核壳结构、粒径和化学组成等进行表征。发现在合成种子微球时提高甲基丙烯酸甲酯在共聚单体中的投料比,可使相应核壳微球的折光指数下降。将核壳微球作为光散射剂添加在聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PMMA)中制备出光散射材料。结果表明,核壳微球可显著提高PMMA样片的雾度,且PMMA样片的雾度随着核壳微球与PMMA的折光指数之间差值的增加而增加;当核壳微球的添加浓度为2%~3%(质量)时,制得的相似文献

In this study, Pb-filled ZnO nanowires [Pb(core)/ZnO(shell)] were synthesized by a simple and novel one-step vapor transport and condensation method by microwave-assisted decomposition of zinc ferrite. The synthesis was performed using a conventional oven at 1000 W and 5 min of treatment. After synthesis, a spongy white cotton-like material was obtained in the condensation zone of the reaction system. HRTEM analysis revealed that product consists of a Pb-(core) with (fcc) cubic structure that preferentially grows in the [111] direction and a hexagonal wurtzite ZnO-(Shell) that grows in the [001] direction. Nanowire length was more than 5 μm and a statistical analysis determined that the shell and core diameters were 21.00 ± 3.00 and 4.00 ± 1.00 nm, respectively.
