脲-甲醛预聚体的制备对玫瑰香精微胶囊化的影响 总被引:4,自引:0,他引:4
以脲醛树脂为囊壁的玫瑰香精微胶囊,其囊壁原料脲-甲醛预聚体的制备,采用了碱催化下的加成反应工艺。研究了脲甲醛量比、反应介质的pH值、催化剂、加成反应温度对微胶囊粒径、包埋率及表面结构的影响。优化的加成反应条件为:脲甲醛量比为n(脲)∶n(甲醛)=1∶2.0,以氢氧化钠为碱性催化剂,反应pH=8.0,反应温度70°C,反应时间1h。 相似文献

为了探明脲醛树脂餐具、密胺树脂餐具及脲醛树脂与密胺树脂混合餐具中甲醛迁移行为的规律,采用乙酰丙酮比色法测定了不同条件下的甲醛迁移量,研究了浸泡液类型、浸泡温度、浸泡时间、密封程度、加热方式、使用次数及表面覆盖纯密胺树脂涂层对于脲醛树脂餐具、密胺树脂餐具及脲醛树脂与密胺树脂混合餐具中甲醛迁移量的影响。结果表明,酸性溶液对餐具中的甲醛迁移影响最大;温度升高则甲醛的迁移量增大;浸泡时间延长则甲醛迁移量相应增加,在密闭环境中浸泡则甲醛迁移量剧烈增长;水浴加热的餐具的甲醛迁移量相对于烘箱加热稍大;使用次数增加,脲醛树脂餐具、脲醛树脂与密胺树脂混合餐具的甲醛迁移量增大。在餐具表面热附纯密胺树脂涂层对甲醛有很好的防护作用。脲醛树脂餐具、脲醛树脂与密胺树脂混合餐具中甲醛的迁移规律与密胺树脂餐具中甲醛的迁移规律基本一致,但是同种工艺条件下,脲醛树脂餐具、脲醛树脂与密胺树脂混合树脂餐具更易析出甲醛,对人体的危害性更大。 相似文献

利用差示扫描量热法研究了石蜡微胶囊壁材的性能,测定结果表明,石蜡微胶囊能够承受110℃至室温的冻融循环16次,脲醛树脂用作石蜡微胶囊的壁材具有良好的热稳定性、密封性,甲苯容易透过脲醛树脂壁材上存在的微孔将石蜡萃取出来,因而石蜡微胶囊不能用于芳香族溶剂存在的场合。 相似文献

采用不同种类的发泡剂制备出脲醛树脂泡沫塑料,研究了发泡剂的稳定性、发泡剂对泡沫塑料表观密度、吸水率以及压缩强度的影响,并对泡沫塑料的形貌进行了表征。结果表明:用十二烷基硫酸钠发泡的泡沫稳定性最好,泡沫高度在120s内变化很小;所得泡沫塑料的综合性能佳,其表观密度为0.083g/cm3,吸水率为2.51%,压缩强度为0.18 MPa。 相似文献

The degree of tack-the ability of resin to adhere to another surface under light pressure and over short time-in urea-formaldehyde resin varies throughout the particleboard manufacturing process and affects mill maintenance and board quality. A three-part study was conducted to evaluate the effects of certain synthesis variables-molar formaldehyde:urea ratio, ingredient concentration, reaction pH, and reaction catalyst-on tack of urea-formaldehyde resin in particleboard manufacturing. Southern pine particleboard mats were formed and prepressed in the laboratory, and tack was evaluated with the push-off method. Reaction pH significantly affected tack and viscosity, which were highly related. On the average, reducing formaldehyde:urea ratio and ingredient concentration increased tack; these two variables may be significant to tack development and resin morphology. Reaction catalyst did not affect tack or other resin morphology. Reaction catalyst did not affect tack or other resin characteristics, but resin surface tension contributed significantly to tack development. Further study should better define optimum manufacturing time and make tack development in particleboard manufacturing more predictable. 相似文献

通过直接原位聚合法制备了以有机溶剂为内相的脲醛树脂微胶囊。考察了系统改性剂、pH值、反应时间等条件对微胶囊化过程和微胶囊形貌的影响。结果表明,以PVA作为系统改性剂,在pH值为2.5或更低的条件下,制备的微胶囊具有光滑的囊壁,但强度较低;而以PAA作为系统改性剂,在pH值为3.5的条件下,制备的微胶囊具有良好的光滑度、透明度和强度。分析了一步法中脲醛树脂微胶囊的形成过程。分析表明,体系中的相界面特性对微胶囊化过程有重要影响,要制备具有良好形貌和强度的微胶囊,需要在适当的系统改性剂条件下,控制反应速度,使体系发生平缓和充分的液液相分离。 相似文献

This work examined micro-morphological features responsible for the crystallinity of cured urea-formaldehyde (UF) adhesives, using transmission electron microscopy (TEM) to identify and characterize distinctive crystalline structures in resins obtained with different formaldehyde to urea (F/U) mole ratios and hardener levels. The TEM examination of cured UF resin adhesives impregnated into wood cell lumen revealed the presence of spherical particles with variable diameter and number per unit area. The diameter and number/area of the spherical particles increase for decreasing F/U mole ratio and decrease with an increase in the hardener levels, an effect which is closely related to their crystallinity. Therefore, the present findings suggest that the spherical particles are responsible for the crystallinity of cured UF resin adhesives. The results also indicate that crystalline structures represent an inherent feature of cured UF resin adhesives, particularly for low F/U mole ratios, even though these resins are usually classified as amorphous and cross-linked thermosetting polymers. 相似文献

Abstract Some results of size-exclusion chromatography (SEC) investigations of highly-active organometallic and metal-containing highly-active compounds (OMC) are reviewed. Until recently these classes of compounds have not been investigated by chromatography. New labile multifunctional metal-containing oligomers is revealed. The further application of SEC investigation for MW-analysis of highly-active OMC and multifunctional elementoxide compounds are outlined.
