研究催化分光光度法测定酱油及食盐中的碘,方法:样品经稀释,用氯酸硝化,利用碘对As^3 -Ce^4 氧化还原的催化作用,砷铈反应速度与体系中碘浓度成正相关关系,反应中黄色的Ce^4 被还原成无色的Ce^3 ,在一定条件下控制反应温度和时间,于405nm波长下比色测定体系中剩余Ce^4 的吸光度,求出磺含量,结果:标准曲线碘0-0.06ug范围内线性关系良好,r=0.9987。重复精密度CV%酱油为3.81% ,食盐为4.97% ,回收实验酱油为81.10%-92.35%,食盐为82.80%-99.12%,共存离子Mg^2 、Zn^2 、Fe^3 、Se(Ⅳ)对酱油及食盐中的碘测定无干扰,结论:该法操作简便,灵敏,适用于酱油及食盐中碘的测定。  相似文献

建立了碘酸根-荧光黄-表面活性剂体系下测定食盐中碘的方法。采用增敏光度法研究在醋酸介质中,表面活性剂存在下,溴化钾催化KIO3氧化荧光黄的褪色反应。结果表明:最大吸收波长为438.5 nm,KIO3质量浓度在0.40~3.00 μg/mL范围内遵守朗伯-比尔定律,ΔA与KIO3质量浓度之间呈线性关系;438.5 nm波长条件下该反应的相关系数为0.999 0,表观摩尔吸光系数为4.31×104 L/(mol·cm)。用于测定食盐中微量的碘,相对标准偏差为0.83%~1.47%,回收率为98.1%~98.4%,此方法准确度较高,操作简便、快捷,是测定加碘食盐中碘含量较好的方法之一。  相似文献

在0.2 mol/L磷酸中,碘(V)与过量的I-反应生成I3-,I3-进一步与番红花红T(ST)形成稳定的2∶1离子缔合物,360 nm处出现正吸收峰,513 nm处出现负吸收峰。选定测量波长为360 nm,参比波长为513 nm,建立了双波长分光光度法测定碘的新方法。碘(V)浓度在0~0.7μg/mL范围内服从比尔定律,表观摩尔吸光系数为1.27×105L.mol-1.cm-1,检出限为11.9μg/L。方法用于测定低钠盐和锌强化营养盐中碘,结果与碘量法一致,相对标准偏差小于1.54%(n=5),回收率为98.4%~99.1%。  相似文献

研究了在盐酸介质中,碘酸钾、碘化钾与溴甲酚绿的显色反应。结果表明,反应产物的最大吸收波长在364nm。在实验条件下,碘量在0~1.0×10-4mol/L内服从郎伯-比尔定律,线性相关系数R2为0.9991,摩尔吸光系数为:5.01×104L/mol.cm。该法用于加碘食盐中微量碘酸钾的测定,其RSD为1.95%~2.10%(n=6),由此建立了一个简单、方便、快速测定食盐中微量碘酸钾的新方法。  相似文献

在盐酸介质中,过量的亚砷酸钠还原碘酸根离子释放出I3-,其与结晶紫发生氧化还原反应,且反应前后吸光度的差值与碘酸根的浓度成正比,建立了紫外分光光度法测定微量碘的新方法.碘酸钾含量在6 mg/L~20 mg/L范围内服从朗伯-比耳定律,线性方程为Y=0.045 7 0.484 7X,相关系数r=0.995 8,检出限为0.068 6 mg/L(以K103计).用该方法测定了食盐的碘含量,回收率在96.0%~101.0%之间.  相似文献

筛选了重氮组分和偶合组分.研究了重氮反应和偶合显色反应的条件和方法,提出了磺胺-8-氨基-1-萘磺酸分光光度法测定食品中亚硝酸盐.常温,溴化钾共存下,亚硝酸盐在 pH 3的磷酸-磷酸二氢钠缓冲溶液中与磺胺发生重氮化反应,重氮盐与8-氨基-1-萘磺酸偶合生成红色偶氮化合物,最大吸收峰在518 nm波长处.磺胺-8-氨基-1-萘磺酸偶氮化合物的表观摩尔吸光系数 3.9×104 L·mol-1·cm-1,线性范围0.02~1.4 mg/L,相对标准偏差2.22%,回收率98.0%~102%.该方法可用于食品中痕量亚硝酸盐的测定.  相似文献

以多壁碳纳米管(MWCNT)修饰玻碳电极为工作电极,研究了碘离子在该修饰电极上的伏安分析特性,建立了测定食盐中碘含量的线性扫描伏安法。在优化实验条件下,氧化峰电流与碘离子浓度在1.0×10-6~1.0×10-3 mol/L范围内呈良好的线性关系,检出限为4.0×10-7 mol/L。对1.0×10-4 mol/L碘化钾溶液平行测定10次的RSD为3.2%。将该方法用于测定加碘食盐中的碘含量,结果满意。  相似文献

基于在0.03mol/L磷酸中,碘(Ⅴ)与过量的碘化钾和溴化十六烷基吡啶反应成1:1离子缔合物,可导致共振光散射明显增强的原理,建立共振光散射法测定痕量碘的新方法。考察酸度、试剂用量、反应温度和反应时间对测定的影响,确定最佳测定条件。结果表明:最大共振光散射峰波长为469nm;共振散射光强度增加值与碘(Ⅴ)质量浓度在0.02~0.4μg/mL范围内线性关系良好,方法的检出限为0.033μg/L。方法用于测定加精制海盐、紫菜和海带中碘,结果与碘量法一致,相对标准偏差为0.7%~1.2%(n=5),回收率为98.4%~101.5%。  相似文献

Since grapevine ( Vitis spp .) rootstock material is being traded increasingly as disbudded woody material a lack of distinctive morphological features on such material necessitates an alternative and reliable means of identification. Methods described here were developed for rapid and efficient extraction of DNA from woody samples rich in phenolic compounds and polysaccharides, and for subsequent identification of varieties by RAPD PCR. Using these methods, and with the application of only one selected RAPD primer, we were able to differentiate sixteen rootstock varieties, including the seven varieties most commonly used in Germany. Problems commonly encountered with reproducibility of RAPD patterns were avoided by choosing primers with a dinucleotide sequence and a high G/C content that allowed a rather high annealing temperature of 45°C. Methods described here should also be useful for other horticultural crops, especially those with woody tissues rich in phenolic compounds and polysaccharides.  相似文献

An internet website (http://cpf.jrc.it/smt/) has been produced as a means of dissemination of methods of analysis and supporting spectroscopic information on monomers and additives used for food contact materials (principally packaging). The site which is aimed primarily at assisting food control laboratories in the European Union contains analytical information on monomers, starting substances and additives used in the manufacture of plastics materials. A searchable index is provided giving PM and CAS numbers for each of 255 substances. For each substance a data sheet gives regulatory information, chemical structures, physico-chemical information and background information on the use of the substance in particular plastics, and the food packaging applications. For monomers and starting substances (155 compounds) the infra-red and mass spectra are provided, and for additives (100 compounds); additionally proton NMR are available for about 50% of the entries. Where analytical methods have been developed for determining these substances as residual amounts in plastics or as trace amounts in food simulants these methods are also on the website. All information is provided in portable document file (PDF) format which means that high quality copies can be readily printed, using freely available Adobe Acrobat Reader software. The website will in future be maintained and up-dated by the European Commission's Joint Research Centre (JRC) as new substances are authorized for use by the European Commission (DG-ENTR formerly DGIII). Where analytical laboratories (food control or other) require reference substances these can be obtained free-ofcharge from a reference collection housed at the JRC and maintained in conjunction with this website compendium.  相似文献

The characterization of the aromatic profile of several apricot cultivars with molecular tracers in order to obtain objective data concerning the aromatic quality of this fruit was undertaken using headspace–solid phase microextraction (HS–SPME). Six apricot cultivars were selected according to their organoleptic characteristics: Iranien, Orangered, Goldrich, Hargrand, Rouge du Roussillon and A4025. The aromatic intensity of these varieties measured by HS–SPME–Olfactometry were defined and classified according to the presence and the intensity of grassy, fruity and apricot like notes. In the six varieties, 23 common volatile compounds were identified by HS–SPME–GC–MS. Finally, 10 compounds, ethyl acetate, hexyl acetate, limonene, β-cyclocitral, γ-decalactone, 6-methyl-5-hepten-2-one, linalool, β-ionone, menthone and (E)-hexen-2-al were recognized by HS–SPME–GC–O as responsible of the aromatic notes involved in apricot aroma and considered as molecular tracers of apricot aromatic quality which could be utilized to discriminate apricot varieties.  相似文献

The advent of the functional barrier concept in food packaging has brought with it a requirement for fast tests of permeation through potential barrier materials. In such tests it would be convenient for both foodstuffs and materials below the functional barrier (sub-barrier materials) to be represented by standard simulants. By means of inverse gas chromatography, liquid paraffin spiked with appropriate permeants was considered as a potential simulant of sub-barrier materials based on polypropylene (PP) or similar polyolefins. Experiments were performed to characterize the kinetics of the permeation of low molecular weight model permeants (octene, toluene and isopropanol) from liquid paraffin, through a surrogate potential functional barrier (25 μm-thick oriented PP) into the food simulants olive oil and 3% (w/v) acetic acid. These permeation results were interpreted in terms of three permeation kinetic models regarding the solubility of a particular model permeant in the post-barrier medium (i.e. the food simulant). The results obtained justify the development and evaluation of liquid sub-barrier simulants that would allow flexible yet rigorous testing of new laminated multilayer packaging materials.  相似文献

This paper describes the second part of a project undertaken to develop certified mussel reference materials for paralytic shellfish poisoning toxins. In the first part two interlaboratory studies were undertaken to investigate the performance of the analytical methodology for several PSP toxins, in particular saxitoxin and decarbamoyl-saxitoxin in lyophilized mussels, and to set criteria for the acceptance of results to be applied during the certification exercise. Fifteen laboratories participated in this certification study and were asked to measure saxitoxin and decarbamoyl-saxitoxin in rehydrated lyophilized mussel material and in a saxitoxin-enriched mussel material. The participants were allowed to use a method of their choice but with an extraction procedure to be strictly followed. The study included extra experiments to verify the detection limits for both saxitoxin and decarbamoyl-saxitoxin. Most participants (13 of 15) were able to meet all the criteria set for the certification study. Results for saxitoxin.2HCl yielded a certified mass fraction of <0.07 mg/kg in the rehydrated lyophilized mussels. Results obtained for decarbamoyl-saxitoxin.2HCl yielded a certified mass fraction of 1.59+/-0.20 mg/kg. The results for saxitoxin.2HCl in enriched blank mussel yielded a certified mass fraction of 0.48 +/- 0.06 mg/kg. These certified reference materials for paralytic shellfish poisoning toxins in lyophilized mussel material are the first available for laboratories to test their method for accuracy and performance.  相似文献
