河钢集团司家营铁矿露天运输道路扬尘大,严重污染环境,为了高效抑制扬尘,研发了一种新型生态抑尘剂.选择典型主干运输道路,在平均气温5℃、风力六级、空气湿度26%的情况下进行了工业试验,并与洒水防尘进行对比,验证生态抑尘剂的使用效果.结果表明,洒水3 min后,路面扬尘大量产生,而喷洒抑尘剂的路面无起尘、无二次扬尘,粉尘浓...  相似文献

针对汽车运输路面扬尘污染问题,对广西某矿运输路面粉尘进行了生态抑尘因子(凝并因子、吸湿因子、保水因子)模拟试验研究。研究结果表明,各抑尘因子分别具有黏结凝并、吸湿、保水性能,而且无毒无害、价格合理,从而为进一步配方试验提供可靠的理论依据。  相似文献

针对露天矿汽车运输路面扬尘的危害及抑制问题,从汽车运输路面扬尘机制和抑尘原理出发,归纳总结近年来国内外路面抑尘剂研究与应用的成果和不足. 分析认为,在环境质量要求高、低成本、节能减排的时代背景下,研发抑尘有效期长、无二次污染、原料价廉、综合效益高、生产工艺简单、适用于我国多数矿山的新型复合抑尘剂是今后路面扬尘控制的发展方向.   相似文献

针对大南湖二矿火烧区烧变岩的特性、露天矿开采工艺,分析了火烧区剥离台阶产尘原因,研制了适合于大南湖二矿粉尘防治的高校抑尘剂,提出了预先在爆堆上洒水进行防尘减尘、采装作业的同时进行喷雾防尘减尘方案。该方案的实施降低了采装过程粉尘的产生。  相似文献

针对露天矿山运输路面的扬尘问题,对复合抑尘剂进行了研究及现场应用.通过理论分析和实验,研制出两种性能优良的复合抑尘剂,并对这两种抑尘剂进行了性能测试和对比分析.采用FLUENT软件,对露天矿山运输路面的粉尘运移规律进行了数值模拟,确定了最佳粉尘监测点.现场实验表明,本文研制的复合抑尘剂能使粉尘质量浓度控制在4mg·m-3以下,有效抑尘时间为6 h.   相似文献

在冷轧过程中,由于轧制油性能差,乳化液参数选择不当,乳化液脱铁净化效率低,轧制参数优化不佳,轧机出口吹扫不力等原因,都会使冷硬板表面油脂和铁粉污染物的含量增加,在热镀锌时不仅会产生大量的锌渣增加生产成本,还会污染退火炉和锌锅,在带钢表面产生压痕和锌粒缺陷,降低表面质量.  相似文献

There is a pressing need to replace natural gas in blast-furnace smelting by other fuels. One option is carbon-bearing emulsion (coal dust + fuel oil + water). The temperature in the tuyere zone is calculated, and the change in reductive potential of the tuyere gas and the heat transfer processes in the upper part of the furnace are estimated. The control of dust on construction sites is an issue of concern of many communities that experience a high level of construction activity. Dust suppression typically involves using large water trucks to spray haul roads, material stockpiles, and other areas being worked by equipment. This method of dust control leads to labor, operating, and safety costs and complications that can limit and sometimes prohibit its implementation. Other spray methods that are cost-effective, easy to implement, functionally viable, and safe are needed that provide direct and effective dust control for each piece of equipment. This paper describes a research project to develop and evaluate a water spray system for suppressing dust emissions that is attached directly to a piece of earthmoving equipment, specifically a dump truck. The system consists of distribution hose, pipe, and spray nozzles attached to the perimeter of the truck body, and a water pump and water tank secured to the truck's frame. The system's design takes into account various operational and performance factors, including water consumption rate, spray configuration, equipment function and operation, dust suppression effectiveness, and cost of installation and use. It is expected that the system developed can play an effective role in minimizing dust emissions from construction sites.  相似文献

Airborne dust in pig houses causes health problems for humans with full-time employment in pig houses. Many attempts have been made to reduce the dust burdens, but often without sufficient results. At Research Centre Bygholm ten different possibilities for dust reduction have been tested in the test section, and the results are evaluated on the basis of results obtained simultaneously in an identical control section. Until now, the two most efficient methods are addition of fat to the pigs' diet and spraying a thin layer of rape seed oil in the animal house. By adding 4% of fat to the diet, a reduction of 50% can be seen, and by spraying 5 g of rape seed oil daily per pig place, the aerial dust concentration can be reduced to about 75%. The costs are about 1 DM/pig at a price of rape seed oil of 2 DM/l.  相似文献

除尘灰的合理利用一直是钢铁厂面临的问题之一,近年来国内重点钢铁企业都在将干熄焦除尘灰配入喷吹煤中进行高炉喷吹,实现了除尘灰的资源化利用。为了明悉不同除尘灰进行高炉喷吹时工艺性能的区别,提升高炉消纳除尘灰的能力,对首钢京唐公司所产干熄焦除尘灰CC9、供料系统除尘灰C8和CCJ1及其与煤粉混合喷吹的可行性进行分析,并根据研究结果在首钢京唐3号高炉进行工业试验。研究结果表明,3种除尘灰均具有高固定碳含量和低的挥发分,燃烧性能比高炉喷吹煤粉差,在配加比例不超过5%情况下,干熄焦除尘灰CC9混煤与供料系统除尘灰C8以及CCJ1混煤燃烧曲线接近,供料系统除尘灰可以配加到煤粉中进行高炉喷吹。从工业试验结果来看,配加5%供料系统除尘灰对高炉喷吹煤粒度、除尘灰成分以及高炉炉况和燃料消耗均不会造成较大影响,可以替代干熄焦除尘灰,弥补除尘灰高炉喷吹资源缺口。  相似文献

Animal, vegetable, and synthetic oils were tested as potential replacements for mineral oil in Newcastle disease oil emulsion vaccines. Emulsifying surfactants of seed oil origin comprised 10% of the the oil phase that was used to prepare water-in-oil emulsion vaccines that contained a final concentration of 20% aqueous antigen. The hemagglutination inhibition responses of chickens inoculated with 46 of the newly formulated oil vaccines were, in most cases, not significantly different from those of control chickens inoculated with mineral oil vaccine. Tissue reactions associated with animal, vegetable, and synthetic oil vaccines were less severe than those associated with mineral oil vaccines. Viscosity of the mineral oil formulations ranged from 1/2 to 3 1/2 times that of the mineral oil control vaccines. These findings indicate that any of several oils may be more suitable than mineral oil for preparation of immune adjuvants for poultry vaccines.  相似文献
