磨粉机的小麦研磨长度,即麦粒在研磨时间内,快辊超前小麦所走的距离和慢辊滞后小麦所走的距离之和。磨粉机小麦的研磨长度与快慢磨辊的直径、快慢辊的转速、转速差及麦粒大小有关。通过辊式磨粉机的小麦研磨实验,进一步明确小麦的研磨长度,为新型磨粉机的设计提供了理论参考依据。  相似文献

针对布勒MDDK1000/250型辊式磨粉机1M喷砂辊快辊进行了辊面温度测量及温度场仿真分析,试验结果显示自磨粉机开始工作时起,辊体内外温差逐渐缩小,后期辊体升温速率加快并渐趋平衡,至76℃达到稳态;仿真结果显示自磨粉机开始工作时起,辊体内外温差逐渐缩小,至80℃左右达到稳态,辊面温度变化呈现先快后慢的趋势,随着辊面温度逐渐达到稳态,磨粉机整体的温度场基本保持稳定。测量点温度相差不大,辊体温度基本均匀,磨粉机的等温性能较好。研究结论对辊式磨粉机的设计以及磨辊内在组织结构研究提供了理论依据。  相似文献

Wheat was ground on a rollermill then sifted into several size classifications to determine how certain sifting characteristics changed when the material was subjected to changes in feed rate, sifter circle or throw and sifter speed. The travel speed of the stocks over the sieves decreased with a decrease in average particle size. Changes in the rate of feed to the sieves had no effect on the stock travel time. Travel speed was increased for all stocks when the linear cloth speed of the sieve was increased. Sifter efficiency, as defined by the percent of undersize material removed by each sieve in a series of sieves having the same cloth aperture, compared to the amount of undersize material going to the first sieve of the series was influenced by changes in feed rates and in sifter dynamics. Particle size analysis of individual sieve throughs showed that when the stocks were sifted on a series of sieves having the same aperture opening size, the finest material was sifted out on the first sieve with subsequent sieve throughs becoming progressively coarser.  相似文献

SUMMARY— The mechanism and generality of the known stabilization against autoxidation conferred on linoleic acid by certain basic amino acids, such as lysine and arginine, was investigated. Basic amino acids were the only class of compounds found to confer the effect. However, the smallest basic amino acid, 2,3-diaminopropionic acid, was not effective, nor was αβω-diaminc acid, 3,6-diaminohexanoic acid, although a simple isomer of lysine. The stabilization was observed only in the solid phase. Inclusion of sodium chloride in the solid matrix was deleterious to the effect. A large number of physical and chemical observations were made and correlated but it has not been possible to draw detailed conclusions about the mechanism of stabilization, nor can a detailed structure of the stabilized complex be suggested. The cause of the phenomenon appears to be closely associated with the physical arrangement of the ions in the crystal lattice.  相似文献

The clarification of apple juice by ultrafiltration has been commercially used for many years. A common phenomenon in membrane processes is the decline of permeate flux (J) with time (t), called “membrane fouling.” The phenomenon of membrane fouling is very complex and difficult to describe theoretically, and model studies are limited. A number of semiempirical and empirical models have been proposed to explain flux behavior during membrane filtration processes. Using these models, typical t versus J curve observed in membrane filtration applications was examined in two or three periods. However, the boundaries between each period could not be accurately determined and were specific to the system under investigation. Thus, these semiempirical and empirical models are valid only for the system investigated. In this article, the applicability of an exponential model to ultrafiltration of apple juice was studied. The results showed that the exponential model can be successfully applied to analyze the raw filtrate volume V versus t data of ultrafiltration of apple juice, and initial flux J0, membrane resistance Rm and exponential fouling coefficient k values can easily be determined from the raw data.  相似文献
