周南制钢所的主力轧机No．3串列式森吉米尔轧机(以下称为No．3ZM)，建于1969年，于1982年进行了部分的机架自动板厚控制化改造(以下称为AGC)。     

带钢冷连轧机组同板厚差控制系统研究

本文针对某1720mm五机架冷连轧厚度自动控制AGC系统方案进行了研究,结合实际生产情况,设计了其带钢冷连轧机组AGC系统方案;以典型产品为例确定轧制工艺参数;选取合适的冷连轧机组厚度控制数学模型;给出了典型产品厚度控制运行结果。     

液压AGC系统安装过程中油液清洁度控制

针对鞍钢中厚板厂中板线2450四辊轧机改造中液压AGC系统油液清洁度控制问题进行了分析,制定了"三段式清洁度控制方案"。实施后,使液压系统油液清洁度在较短时间内达到了NAS6级以上标准,满足了液压伺服系统使用要求,取得了很好的实际效果。     

冷连轧机液压AGC系统动态特性

液压AGC是现代宽带钢冷连轧机组几何尺寸精度控制的关键装备之一。以一米七冷连轧机组液压AGC为研究对象 ,建立了液压压下系统数学模型 ,分析了系统的时域和频域特性 ,研究了系统各主要因素对动态特性的影响 ,并分析了该轧机液压AGC系统改进措施的作用。     

引进冷连轧机厚控系统分析及改进方案

武钢、宝钢两套冷连轧机代表了冷连轧技术发展水平 ,用连轧张力理论对这两套冷连轧机的厚控系统作了深入的分析、讨论 ,给出了其中最主要厚控环节 -连轧AGC和张力AGC的数学模型。对宝钢厚控系统提出了改进方案 ,利用DAGC可以简便地实现穿带、正常轧制、抛尾 ,而不用分别采用APC、恒压力、压力AGC三种控制方式 ,并且DAGC实现恒压力控制有更高的稳定性。
