由于城市轨道交通站间距离短,所以地铁机车不断地启动和停止,在制动过程中就会产生能量,传统的电阻制动是将电能转换成热能白白浪费掉。本文利用TRIZ理论提出再生制动电能回收利用技术,通过永磁同步电机的飞轮储能系统来收集能量,并利用磁链矢量定向解耦控制方法进行功率交换,从而调节牵引网网压。在列车制动过程中增加飞轮储能装置,利用飞轮中的电机来吸收制动时产生的电能,将其以机械能的形式存在飞轮内。当局域电网内有其他列车驶过电压下降时,飞轮释放能量,最终保持牵引网压在一个安全范围内。  相似文献

针对锻造液压机装机功率大、能量损失严重的问题,设计出一种节能型液压动力单元,通过变频器控制异步电机带动飞轮驱动油泵。控制器控制飞轮能量的储存与释放,低负载阶段时,电机带动飞轮储存能量;高负载做功时,电机与飞轮同时释放能量。对动力单元进行了理论与实验研究,得到不同转速下,成形能量、电机功率、电机转速与时间的关系。实验结果表明:较普通液压动力系统,该动力系统装机功率至少降低30%,且对液压机的动作影响不大。  相似文献

针对电动汽车制动能量的回收与再利用现状,提出一种将飞轮储能装置耦合于车辆传动系统的混合动力方案,阐述了车辆运行过程中飞轮储能装置的3种工作模式:制动能量回收模式、存储能量输出模式及回收能量保持模式。设计了车用飞轮储能装置再生制动试验台及能量回收试验系统,确定以能量回收率作为指标分析和评价飞轮储能装置的能量回收效果。惯性飞轮加速至不同旋转速度时所具有的旋转动能模拟车辆以不同速度制动时的能量,完成了多目标车速下的能量回收试验,结果表明,受传动比制约,储能飞轮进行能量回收存储时存在能量平衡点,能量回收率平均值为25.28%,所开发的试验台从体系结构到控制方案都能够很好地满足制动能量回收系统的控制需求。  相似文献

储能密度是储存能量的主要技术指标,优化飞轮的重要目的就是提高其储能密度。本文建立了一种储能优化模型,应用平面应力分析,利用复合形法的原理和MATLAB软件,取得飞轮转子内外半径值的一组优化参数,结果是飞轮电池转子储能密度相比优化前增加一倍。这对提升飞轮储能密度、减少飞轮失效、提高飞轮使用寿命具有重大意义。  相似文献

The collapse characteristics and energy absorption capability of composite tubes with different fibers and matrix were studied in present article under axial quasi-static and impact crushing conditions. The sensitivity to fibers, matrix and loading conditions were thoroughly discussed for the crushing modes and energy absorption capability. Experimental results showed specimens with different matrix and fibers exhibit three typical types of crushing modes. Specimens G803/3234 and G827/3234 had better energy absorption performance than the specimens with 5224 matrix. Impact loading condition led to lower energy absorption capability as compared to quasi-static loading condition. Moreover, impact loading condition also caused the crushing mode transition from splaying mode to fragmentation mode for G803/3234 and G827/3234.  相似文献

采用从整体到局部,从整机到重要部件逐步展开的分析方法,研究了塑料垃圾精选机的总体功能,分析了破碎辊子、筛网、皮带及带轮、电机等关键部件的作用,探讨了其设计和选型方案,发现以风力分选为技术特征的塑料垃圾精选机能够完成塑料垃圾的破碎、传输、分选以及对不可回收垃圾的筛选.该精选机的开发对环保产业发展有着良好的促进作用,值得大力推广应用.另外,对精选机的核心工作部件——破碎辊子的静态和动态参数进行了研究,探讨了破碎辊子的结构几何参数、运动学参数以及辊齿的排列布置参数,在设计过程中应该合理匹配这些参数,以达到最优工作方式及最佳工作质量和最高工作效率.  相似文献

A range of deformation mechanisms occur during dynamic crushing of a tightly-packed array of thin-walled metal tubes. Within the array, both stable and unstable modes of deformation for individual tubes are observed; these depend on the packing arrangement, the deformation of surrounding tubes and the rate-of-crushing. Unstable deformation within narrow bands of cells accounts for most of the crushing in these systems. After unstable deformation is initiated, the average crushing force is insensitive to the rate-of-crushing; this feature makes cellular systems attractive for damage mitigation applications. Despite the highly localized nature of this deformation, the final extent of crushing is almost proportional to the ratio of the impact energy to an idealized energy dissipation capacity for a layer of cells.  相似文献

The results of an experimental investigation of the axial crushing modes and energy absorption properties of quasi-statically compressed aluminium alloy tubes are presented. In particular, the influence of tube length on these properties is discussed and quantified and a classification chart presented. This chart together with other experimental data, enables a designer to predict the energy absorbing properties of a given tube as well as its mode of crushing.  相似文献

Hexagonal honeycombs have exhibited significant advantages in energy absorption and they are increasingly used as absorbers under crush conditions. The in-plane crushing process of imperfect hexagonal honeycombs with concentrated rigid inclusions defects is simulated using finite element simulations. In each case, a constant velocity is applied to an impact plate which then crushed the honeycomb. Simulation results indicate that the defect location has a great influence on the deformation modes, especially at low and moderate velocity. After analyzing the apparent reflection about dynamic response at the impact end, the respective influences of local fraction of inclusions and foil thickness (relative density) on the crushing plateau stress on account of the crushing velocity are further discussed. Furthermore, the energy absorption capacity under constant velocity loading is studied. Due to the distribution of the concentrated rigid inclusions defects, the energy absorption can be controlled effectively.  相似文献

Aluminum alloys are important technological materials for achieving the lightweight design of automotive structures. Many works have reported on the deformation and energy absorption of thin-walled tubes. Multicorner tubes with extra concave corners in the cross section were presented in this study to improve the energy absorption efficiency of aluminum alloy thin-walled tubes. The axial crushing of square and multicorner thin-walled tubes was simulated with the same cross-sectional perimeter. The method of folding element was applied to predict the crushing behavior of the thin-walled tubes under axial impact. The corners on the cross section were discussed to determine their effect on the energy absorption performance of thin-walled tubes. Results showed that the increasing performance of energy absorption of aluminum alloy thin-walled tubes was caused by the increasing number of corners on the cross section of multicorner tubes. Both the number and size of corners had an important effect on the crushing force efficiency of multicorner tubes. The maximum crushing force efficiency of multicorner tubes was 11.6% higher than that of square tubes with the same material consumption of thin-walled tubes. The multicorner tubes with 12 corners showed better energy absorption performance than the tubes with more than 12 corners; this high number of corners could lead to the small size of corners or unstable deformations. The high energy absorption performance of multicorner tubes prefers increasing the corner number and corner size of adjacent sides at the same time.  相似文献
