The effect of calcination on Li ion conductivity of Li1.5Al0.5Ge1.5(PO4)3 (LAGP) solid electrolyte prepared by a sol–gel method is examined. The Li ion conductivity of LAGP increases with calcination temperature. After reaching maximum conductivity at 850 °C, the conductivity decreases with increase of the calcination temperature. The calcination holding time also strongly affects Li ion conductivity of LAGP. The conductivity increases with holding time until 12 h and then decreases. It is found that the control of crystallization rate is critical to obtain bulk LAGP with high Li ion conductivity. The highest bulk and total conductivities at 30 °C are 9.5×10−4 and 1.8×10−4 S cm−1, respectively, obtained for the bulk LAGP calcined at 850 °C for 12 h. 相似文献

The morphological, compositional, structural, dielectric and electrical properties of Bi1.5Zn0.92Nb1.5?xSnxO6.92?x/2 ceramics have been investigated by means of scanning electron microscopy (SEM), X-ray energy dispersion spectroscopy (EDS), X-ray diffraction (XRD), temperature and frequency dependent dielectric constant and temperature dependent conductivity measurements for Sn-contents in the range of 0.00 ≤ x ≤ 0.60. It was shown that single phase of the pyrochlore ceramics can only be obtained for x ≤ 0.25. Above this value a ZnO phase appeared in the XRD patterns and SEM micrographs as well. An increase in the lattice constant and in the temperature coefficient of dielectric constant and a decrease in the dielectric constant values with increasing Sn content was observed for the ceramics which exhibited a single phase formation. A temperature dependent but frequency invariant dielectric constant was observed for this type of ceramics. The lowest electrical conductivity and highest dielectric constant was observed for the sample which contains 0.06 Sn. The Bi1.5Zn0.92Nb1.5?xSnxO6.92?x/2 pyrochlore ceramic conductivities are thermally active above 395 K. For temperatures greater than 395 K, the conductivity activation energy which was found to be 0.415 eV for the pure sample increased to 1.371 eV when sample was doped with 0.06 Sn. 相似文献

以Bi(NO3)3·5H2O,ZnO和Nb2O5为原料,KOH作为矿化剂,用水热法合成了单相Bi1 5ZnNb1.5O7粉体.用N2吸附法测定单相Bi1.5ZnNb1.5O7粉体的比表面积并计算相应的粒径.研究了KOH浓度、合成温度和反应时间对粒径的影响.用X射线衍射分析合成粉体的物相组成,并通过Scherrer公式计算粉体晶粒的尺寸.用透射电子显微镜分析合成粉体的形貌.结果表明:采用水热法可以合成单相立方焦绿石结构的Bi1.5ZnNb1.5O7纳米粉体.改变水热反应条件,可以控制合成粉体的粒径和比表面积大小.当KOH浓度为1.8 mol/L,温度为180~220 ℃,反应时间为24h时,合成的Bi1.5ZnNb1.5O7纳米粉体的最小粒径为51 nm,最大比表面积为28.8 m2/g. 相似文献

采用高温固相法合成白光LED用Ca1.55Y1.5Al3.5Si1.5O12:x Ce3+黄绿色荧光粉,利用X-射线粉末衍射和荧光光谱进行表征。实验结果表明,在紫外近紫外区(200~380nm)激发下荧光粉发射光谱主峰位于402nm,在蓝光454nm激发下荧光粉发射光谱主峰位于530nm。当灼烧温度为1623K,Ce3+掺杂浓度为10%,发光强度最高。随着Ce3+的掺杂增加会发生浓度猝灭。该荧光粉与商业近蓝光芯片发射相匹配,是一种优秀的白光LED用黄绿色荧光粉。 相似文献

以分析纯的Bi(NO_3)_3·5H_2O,ZnO和Nb_2O_5为初始原料,KOH为矿化剂,采用水热法合成立方焦绿石结构的Bi_(1.5)ZnNb_(1.5)O_7纳米粉体。通过XRD分析其物相组成,TEM分析其形貌和尺寸,Scherrer公式计算其晶粒的大小。结果表明,在KOH浓度为1.8mol/L,温度为180~220℃反应6~48h,可以合成立方焦绿石结构的Bi_(1.5)ZnNb_(1.5)O_7纳米粉体,粉体颗粒尺寸约30~50nm,形貌呈较为规则的颗粒状。合成温度和反应时间对合成粉体的物相和粒径都有一定的影响,并讨论了水热法合成Bi_(1.5)ZnNb_(1.5)O_7纳米粉体的机理。 相似文献

The effect of sintering temperature on microstructure, dielectric properties and energy storage properties of BaTiO3–(Sr1?1.5xBix)TiO3 (x = 0.09) (BT–SBT) ceramics was investigated. The sintering temperature has pronounced influence on the grain size, shrinkage, and dielectric properties of the BT–SBT ceramics. With increasing sintering temperature, the dielectric constant increases largely. However, the increasing tendency of the dielectric breakdown strength (BDS) is less noticeable but become more evident with the consideration of Weibull modulus. For the BT-SBT ceramics, the unreleased energy density decreases and the electric field stability of the energy storage efficiency enhances with the increase of sintering temperature. 相似文献

The interfacial behavior between Bi1.5ZnNb1.5O7·0.02V2O5 (BZN-V) dielectric and silver was investigated by using X-ray diffractometer, scanning electronic microscopy, and electronic probe microanalyzer (EPMA). No new crystalline phase was found after firing the mixture of BZN-V and silver powder at 850 °C for 1 h. However, silver migration was observed when BZN-V was cofired with a silver electrode under the same condition. A diffusion distance of 620 μm was measured by EPMA.
