Tokamak diagnostic settings are repeatedly modified to meet the changing needs of each experiment. Enabling the remote diagnostic control has significant challenges due to security and efficiency requirements. The Operation Request Gatekeeper (ORG) is a software system that addresses the challenges of remotely but securely submitting modification requests. The ORG provides a framework for screening all the requests before they enter the secure machine zone and are executed by performing user authentication and authorization, grammar validation, and validity checks. A prototype ORG was developed for the ITER CODAC that satisfies their initial requirements for remote request submission and has been tested with remote control of the KSTAR Plasma Control System. This paper describes the software design principles and implementation of ORG as well as worldwide test results.  相似文献

介绍了电容器垫片自动印字机的结构组成、控制系统的硬件构成、PLC控制程序及人机操作画面.该设备设置前后两个通道,由推料部件、烫印部件、拾取部件、PLC控制系统、气动系统、人机界面及传感器等构成.采用先进的PLC控制技术实现电容器垫片烫印生产的自动化,同时对料筒有无料、烫印位有无料具有自动检测及报警功能,拾取位具有计数功能,烫印温度、烫印时间、烫印只数可在一定范围内任意设定.该系统具有控制可靠、参数设置方便、产品更换快速、适应性强及操作简便等特点,可显著提高产品质量及生产效率.  相似文献

The experimental results of an air-core pulse transformer are presented, which is very compact (<10 Kg in weight) and is primed by a capacitor bank that is fabricated in such a way that the capacitor bank with its switch takes the shape of single-turn rectangular shaped primary of the transformer. A high voltage capacitor assembly (pulse-forming-line capacitor, PFL) of 5.1 nF is connected with the secondary of transformer. The transformer output voltage is 160 kV in its second peak appearing in less than 2 μS from the beginning of the capacitor discharge. The primary capacitor bank can be charged up to a maximum of 18 kV, with the voltage delivery of 360 kV in similar capacitive loads.  相似文献

Based on the low inductance capacitor, the parallel-plate transmission line, and the explosive network closing switch, a compact pulsed power generator CQ-1.5 has been developed at the Institute of Fluid Physics and is capable to deliver a current of peak of 1.5 MA within rise time of 500-570 ns into a 2-3 nH inductive load. The work is motivated to do isentropic compression experiments (ICEs) on metals up to 30-50 GPa and to launch flyer plates at velocities over 8 kms. The experiments were conducted with the diagnostics of both Doppler pin system and velocity interferometer system for any reflectors, and the measured free surface velocity histories of ICE samples were treated with a backward integration code. The results show that the isentropes of Cu and Al samples under 35 GPa are close to their Hugoniots within a deviation of 3%. The LY12 aluminum flyer plates were accelerated to a velocity over 8.96 kms.  相似文献

Computer automation of cathodoluminescence (CL) experiments using equipment developed in our laboratory is described. The equipment provides various experiments for CL efficiency, CL spectra, and CL time response studies. The automation was realized utilizing the graphical programming environment LabVIEW. The developed application software with procedures for equipment control and data acquisition during various CL experiments is presented. As the measured CL data are distorted by technical limitations of the equipment, such as equipment spectral sensitivity and time response, data correction algorithms were incorporated into the procedures. Some examples of measured data corrections are presented.  相似文献

A cost-effective power supply for static magnetic field coils used in fusion plasma experiments has been developed by application of an electric double layer capacitor (EDLC). A prototype EDLC power supply system was constructed in the form of a series LCR circuit. Coil current of 100 A with flat-top longer than 1 s was successfully supplied to an equilibrium field coil of a fusion plasma experimental apparatus by a single EDLC module with capacitance of 30 F. The present EDLC power supply has revealed sufficient performance for plasma confinement experiments whose discharge duration times are an order of several seconds.  相似文献

Inertial confinement fusion (ICF) requires a high resolution (~10 μm) neutron imaging system to observe deuterium and tritium (DT) core implosion asymmetries. A new large (150 mm entrance diameter: scaled for Laser Me?gaJoule [P. A. Holstein, F. Chaland, C. Charpin, J. M. Dufour, H. Dumont, J. Giorla, L. Hallo, S. Laffite, G. Malinie, Y. Saillard, G. Schurtz, M. Vandenboomgaerde, and F. Wagon, Laser and Particle Beams 17, 403 (1999)]) neutron imaging detector has been developed for such ICF experiments. The detector has been fully characterized using a linear accelerator and a (60)Co γ-ray source. 软管脉冲实验台一般使用电液伺服系统,占用空间小,原理结构简单,信号跟踪能力强,在工业控制领域应用广泛。然而,由于液压反应速度慢、干扰因素多,因而控制精度低,系统不稳定;而传统的液压脉冲实验台单纯PID的控制方式原理简单,但参数调节困难。本文针对控制系统的特殊要求,提出了一种模糊PID控制方法,既保留了原控制系统的优点,又改善了原系统存在的参数时变、不稳定、滞后等缺点,提高了系统的适应能力和精度。经反复调试和试验,结果表明,该系统有效地解决了系统不稳定、滞后严重和参数时变等问题。  相似文献

电液伺服压力脉冲检测设备采用伺服液压技术构建系统模型,通过完善测控系统,实现了数据信号的采集处理和过程控制。基于LabVIEW与PLC进行硬件配置和软件开发,调用VISA函数实现两者间通讯,使系统能够按照预设指令进行自动化控制,提高了检测系统的精度和性能。  相似文献

In the present work, the design of an efficient, modular, and scalable data acquisition and control system is described. It consists of an array of microcontrollers and memories, which feed a single concentrating unit whose information can be accessed by means of a universal series bus (USB) interface to be processed later on. Signal levels can be controlled through a set of digital potentiometers. This system is ideal for experiments with a large number of digital outputs.  相似文献

降低飞灰含碳量对火力发电厂提高锅炉燃烧经济性具有重要意义,而飞灰含碳量难以在线测量.目前广泛采用微波飞灰测碳仪进行在线监测,但在实际中烟气密度和流速对仪器的测量精度有重要影响,使测量结果产生较大波动.设计了对烟气密度和流速的测量方法,并构造了基于多传感器信息融合技术的测量系统,利用BP神经网络对互补的信息进行有效融合,该方法在一定程度上提高了飞灰含碳量的测量精度,进而给出一种模糊自寻优的方法控制飞灰含碳量.  相似文献

Wind disturbance has a great influence on landing security of Large Civil Aircraft. Through simulation research and engineering experience, it can be found that PID control is not good enough to solve the problem of restraining the wind disturbance. This paper focuses on anti-wind attitude control for Large Civil Aircraft in landing phase. In order to improve the riding comfort and the flight security, an information fusion based optimal control strategy is presented to restrain the wind in landing phase for maintaining attitudes and airspeed. Data of Boeing707 is used to establish a nonlinear mode with total variables of Large Civil Aircraft, and then two linear models are obtained which are divided into longitudinal and lateral equations. Based on engineering experience, the longitudinal channel adopts PID control and C inner control to keep longitudinal attitude constant, and applies autothrottle system for keeping airspeed constant, while an information fusion based optimal regulator in the lateral control channel is designed to achieve lateral attitude holding. According to information fusion estimation, by fusing hard constraint information of system dynamic equations and the soft constraint information of performance index function, optimal estimation of the control sequence is derived. Based on this, an information fusion state regulator is deduced for discrete time linear system with disturbance. The simulation results of nonlinear model of aircraft indicate that the information fusion optimal control is better than traditional PID control, LQR control and LQR control with integral action, in anti-wind disturbance performance in the landing phase.  相似文献

PLC是工业上广泛使用的控制单元,具有编程简单、功能强大、运行可靠等优点。而触摸屏是工业上常用的人机界面,具有界面直观、操作方便、工作稳定等特点,能较好地实现人机交付的功能。主要探讨了一种基于PLC的自动控制系统,用于对脉冲电场的自动控制。首先,描述了设备的工作过程,根据工作过程对设备的控制系统进行了详细的功能规划。然后,结合系统要实现的功能设计了系统的硬件结构,选择PLC作为系统的控制核心,同时选择触摸屏与PLC配合,实现良好的人机交付。最后,设计了触摸屏的操作界面和PLC的控制程序。整个系统结构简单,工作可靠,调整方便,能较好地满足使用要求。  相似文献

新型伺服液压机由交流伺服电机带动定量泵来控制主传动液压缸运动。新型伺服液压机电液伺服控制系统具有低阻尼、时变性、非线性等性质,使用传统PID控制难以达到满意的控制效果,在受到外界干扰时,容易产生过大超调,使得系统的动静态性能变差。采用PID控制和模糊控制相结合的模糊PID控制方法,可以在线调整PID参数。通过MATLAB/Simulink进行仿真, 结果表明与传统的PID控制相比,该方法改善了系统的动静态性能,同时也提高了控制系统的抗干扰能力。  相似文献

In this paper, we present both the simulation and experimental results for position-based visual servoing control of a 6R robot using two stationary cameras . This method can deal with real-time changes in the relative position of the target with respect to the robot, while providing greater accuracy. In addition, the servo control structure is independent of the target pose coordinates. Direct and inverse kinematics equations, in addition to dynamic equations of the 6R robot, have been derived and simulated. Then we prescribe simulation of image processing, object recognition and pose estimation for the end effector and target-object in 3D Cartesian space and visual control of the robot. Afterwards, performance tests of 6R robot using two cameras have been implemented. Finally, experimental results obtained from actual implementation of visual control and tests of 6R robot in lab are presented. Analysis of error and test data has been carried out according to ISO9283, ANSI-RIA R15.05–2 standards and the MATLAB statistical toolbox. An efficient algorithm is designed for collision detection and contact determination between the 6R robot links and its environment during their rotation in controlling and performance tests. In this technique, bounding spheres on different parts of 6R robot are used to detect collisions among them.  相似文献
