中小企业供应链融资模式相关问题分析

随着改革开放的逐渐深入,传统融资模式已不足以满足中小企业的需求.新兴的供应链融资模式拓宽了企业融资渠道,降低了融资成本,但该模式仍然存在供应链整体潜在风险、信用风险、信息不对称等问题.针对这些问题,提出了一些完善中小企业供应链融资的对策及建议,为企业融资探寻新的思路.

本文以核心企业S为例,分析企业价值链的整个过程以及价值链中成本与作业之间的相互关系.以时间为驱动因素进行作业成本计算,设计价值链成本控制模型,从而达到协调本企业供应链,整合价值链中各节点企业的作业成本信息,改进价值链中各节点运营效率,实现企业价值链的成本控制,增强企业竞争力的目的.     

基于质量安全的农产品供应链契约模型

运用3阶段动态博弈框架,针对供应商和销售商的质量安全行为特征,分别建立了基于质量安全的农产品供应链契约模型,探讨了契约中影响契约设计、选择和执行的因素,并给出了算例分析.     

信用期不确定供应链的多目标运作鲁棒模型

考虑商业信用对供应链的产品流与资金流的影响,采用区间不确定性描述信用期的波动,利用鲁棒线性规划方法,建立了由一个制造商和一个供应商构成的多产品、多阶段供应链在信用期不确定条件下的多目标鲁棒运作模型.设计了一个数值算例对模型进行验证,得到了信用期不确定供应链在最坏条件下的最优鲁棒运作策略.结果表明,将鲁棒性运用于供应链的协调运作及供应链成员的目标利润最大的目标中去,能够大大减少信用期的不确定性对目标值的影响.     

模糊库存与运输两级供应链整合优化研究

研究了模糊条件下两级供应链系统的库存与运输整合优化问题,在供销双方库存成本、订购成本和销售商的年需求量均为独立模糊变量且均不允许缺货的条件下,建立了库存与运输整合费用的模糊期望最优化模型,分析并证明了模型的一些性质,设计了整合策略中供应商和销售商的最佳订货量(Qw,Q)的求解算法,最后通过算例说明模型的可行性和有效性.     

电子商务环境下供应链信息风险的模糊评价

针对电子商务环境下供应链的信息风险评价问题,从信息不确定性、信息传递和委托代理关系3个方面分析供应链信息风险的来源,建立电子商务环境下供应链的信息风险评估指标体系,用集对分析方法对电子商务环境下供应链的信息风险进行模糊评价,较好地解决了供应链的信息风险评价问题.     

云计算下钢铁工业物流供应链的优化遍历机制

在云计算模型下进行钢铁工业物流供应链的优化遍历设计,提高钢铁工业物流供应链抗毁性能。提出一种基于均衡博弈的云计算下钢铁工业物流供应链的优化遍历机制,首先构建物流供应链的云计算模型,进行均衡博弈控制算法设计,实现整个闭环供应链的信息均衡遍历。仿真结果表明,本文方法构建的云计算下钢铁工业物流供应链模型的资源信息调度能力较好,物流供应链的抗毁性能提高。     

Exploring Coordination Goals of Construction Projects

Effective coordination has been regarded in both theory and practice as a critical factor of success in construction projects. Previous coordination studies have focused on the time spent on coordination, its frequency, and its relationship with performance. However, coordination goals have received less attention, and their relationships with coordination methods and performance are not known. This paper studies coordination methods and goals for construction projects to identify what coordination goals are adopted and to what extent goals are achieved. In the research process, eight coordination methods and six goals were derived. A questionnaire was designed accordingly and sent to seven contractors for survey. Follow-up interviews were conducted with three or four managers and engineers from each contractor. The analysis results indicate that most coordination methods have multiple goals; written coordination methods such as plans, schedules, reports, and contract documents tend to have appropriate goals; and projects performed well by using coordination methods effectively to achieve the coordination goals.

Toward a better understanding of psychological contract breach: A study of customer service employees.

Experiences of psychological contract breach have been associated with a range of negative behavior. However, much of the research has focused on master of business administration alumni and managers and made use of self-reported outcomes. Studying a sample of customer service employees, the research found that psychological contract breach was related to lower organizational trust, which, in turn was associated with perceptions of less cooperative employment relations and higher levels of absenteeism. Furthermore, perceptions of external market pressures moderated the effect of psychological contract breach on absenteeism. The study indicated that psychological contract breach can arise when employees perceive discrepancies between an organization's espoused behavioral standards and its actual behavioral standards, and this can affect discretionary absence. Coordination Issues in Chinese Large Building Projects

After the year of 1990, many large-scale building projects mushroomed in China due to the increase of construction investments. From that time, many designers from the Western countries stepped into this new market to find new opportunities. Their appearance stimulated some positive changes of the local community, but also raised many concerns. The writer made a survey of seven projects in China designed by foreign design firms. Using the information from the survey, this paper evaluates the positive and negative effects of the foreign design on the Chinese construction market and the local community. According to the survey, one of the most conspicuous negative effects is the coordination issue between the foreign designers and the local project participants. This paper analyzes the different backgrounds of the Chinese and the Western construction industries as well as other factors that contribute to the coordination issue. It also evaluates and proposes some measures trying to solve this problem.

Reasons Underlying a Mandatory High Penalty Construction Contract Bonding System

Mandatory high penalty conditional bond in public works features the current U.S. construction contract bonding system, which is unique to the low penalty unconditional bond, a more popular choice on the international market. The diversity of construction contract bonding practices puzzles many transitional economies in their globalization processes, when they are to establish or reform their construction contract bonding system. Based on the research into surety bonding mechanisms, this paper illustrates that the penalty requirement is a controlling factor, and that only high penalty conditional bond and low penalty unconditional bond can bring a state of equilibrium to the market. The conditional bond is fairer, and a high penalty conditional bond is a more functional choice than the low penalty unconditional bond. However, lack of enough demand and experienced sureties hampers the application of high penalty condition bonds. Being the nominal owner of public works, the government can always save its money from construction contract bonding system and start up the demands. Therefore, a mandatory surety bonding system in public works with a high penalty requirement should be a good public policy choice for the government.
