本文从TSV专利的角度,研究和探讨了TSV的发展态势。预计未来几年TSV仍是一个研究热点,专利和发展还会继续增长;美、日、韩等国际著名企业和中国台湾企业在TSV技术研究方面基础好,未来几年的竞争极有可能在这些企业之间展开;中国市场是一个庞大的市场,已经受到各大公司的青睐。中国本土企业更应该在技术和专利上大力发展,奋起猛追,争取在TSV市场能占有一席之地。  相似文献

为了解光刻机照明系统的技术发展方向和技术研究热点及技术成熟度,并为科研人员提供技术参考,对光刻机照明系统技术专利文献进行了检索,并对专利文献数据进行了统计分析,分别从专利权人分布、国际专利分类号分布、专利申请国分布和年度发展趋势及技术生命周期等几个方面进行统计分析,揭示了国内外光刻机照明系统专利申请的主要专利权人依次为阿斯麦、尼康、佳能和蔡司,专利文件分布的主要技术领域为半导体器件和其部件的制造处理等方面,专利文件的年度申请在2004年出现最高峰,之后开始下降,并结合技术生命周期曲线图,指出光刻机照明系统技术已经历了从萌芽、发展、成熟阶段。同时进行了重要专利文件的挖掘,分析了技术研究热点,追踪核心专利文件的技术发展脉络;并对偏振照明技术作出技术-功效矩阵分析图,分析出技术研究热点,并提出我国科研人员应利用未在我国进行保护的重要专利技术,为我国企业提出了专利申请的相关建议,节省研发时间。  相似文献

如何利用数量庞大的专利并从中找到用户感兴趣的专利进行推荐是很多专利数据库迫切需要解决的问题。文中从专利文本的标题和摘要入手,提出一种基于文本挖掘的专利推荐方法。首先,利用词袋模型将专利文本转化成计算机能够识别的数据;其次,利用文本聚类算法完成专利数据集进行领域划分;再次,结合词频-逆文档频率特征权重计算和余弦相似度来选择合适的发明人进行专利的推荐;最后,以我国物流产业下的专利数据作为数据集完成文中所提方法的验证与分析。实验结果表明,基于文本挖掘的专利推荐研究能够实现对发明人的个性化推荐。  相似文献

In recent innovation trends, one notable feature is the merging and overlapping of technologies: in other words, technological convergence. A key technological convergence is the fusion of biotechnology (BT) and information technology (IT). Major IT advances have led to innovative devices that allow us to advance BT. However, the lack of data on IT‐BT convergence is a major impediment: relatively little research has analyzed the inter‐disciplinary relationship of different industries. We propose a systematic approach to analyzing the technological convergence of BT and IT. Patent analysis, including citation and co‐classification analyses, was adopted as a main method to measure the convergence intensity and coverage, and two portfolio matrices were developed to manage the technological convergence. The contribution of this paper is that it provides practical evidences for IT‐BT convergence, based on quantitative data and systematic processes. This has managerial implications for each sector of IT and BT.  相似文献

This work aims at proposing the use of the evolutionary computation methodology in order to jointly solve the multi‐user channel estimation (MuChE) and detection problems at its maximum‐likelihood, both related to the direct sequence code division multiple access (DS/CDMA). The effectiveness of the proposed heuristic approach is proven by comparing performance and complexity merit figures with that obtained by traditional methods found in literature. Simulation results considering genetic algorithm (GA) applied to multipath, DS/CDMA and MuChE and multi‐user detection (MuD) show that the proposed genetic algorithm multi‐user channel estimation (GAMuChE) yields a normalized mean square error estimation (nMSE) inferior to 11%, under slowly varying multipath fading channels, large range of Doppler frequencies and medium system load, it exhibits lower complexity when compared to both maximum likelihood multi‐user channel estimation (MLMuChE) and gradient descent method (GrdDsc). A near‐optimum multi‐user detector (MuD) based on the genetic algorithm (GAMuD), also proposed in this work, provides a significant reduction in the computational complexity when compared to the optimum multi‐user detector (OMuD). In addition, the complexity of the GAMuChE and GAMuD algorithms were (jointly) analyzed in terms of number of operations necessary to reach the convergence, and compared to other jointly MuChE and MuD strategies. The joint GAMuChE–GAMuD scheme can be regarded as a promising alternative for implementing third‐generation (3G) and fourth‐generation (4G) wireless systems in the near future. Micro‐grids in developing countries present a significant application opportunity for photovoltaics (PV) as an energy‐enabling technology. The authors project 10 GW for this application in the next decade. The growth of this sector will be enhanced by shared learning of the best practices. The authors are part of a team that successfully installed 1/3 MW in micro‐grids and presented the lessons learned and a useful methodology for determining key metrics. The PV is part of the rural electrification in India and is representative of current global PV micro‐grids. This project provides basic lighting and electricity for 57 villages in Visakhapatnam in India. The project was carried out with a goal of optimizing power against cost. Various metrics are presented: costs, time, operations and maintenance, and performance. Also discussed are implementation strategies for cost containment, stakeholder considerations, and post‐install support and user payment collection. Learning points are presented on project execution, engagement of local people, and challenges addressed. The aspect of demand capacity level (hours of availability) is examined in more detail, with modeling being performed to identify an optimal approach to increasing the level given the cost constraints. The combination of real data and modeling is a useful approach for PV and micro‐grid optimization. This case study quantitatively supports the value of the use of PV for rural electrification. Beyond this example in India, where the federal government is planning an increase to more than 2000 sites, there is a significant opportunity for PV in the global micro‐grid electrification context. It is becoming increasingly difficult to identify promising technologies due to the influx of new technologies and the high level of complexity involved in many of these technologies. Identifying promising information and communications technology (ICT)‐based converging technologies holds the key to finding new sources of economic growth and forward momentum. The goal of this study is to identify cutting‐edge ICT‐based converging technologies by examining the latest trends in the US patent market. Analyzing the US patent market, the most competitive of such markets in the world, can yield certain clues about which of the ICT‐based converging technologies may be the next revolutionary technologies. For a classification of these technologies, this study follows the International Patent Classification system. As for ICT, there are 58 related fields at the subclass level and 831 fields at the main‐group level. For emerging and converging technologies, there are 75 at the main‐group level. From these technologies, a final selection for cutting‐edge ICT‐based converging technologies is made using a composite index reflecting the converging coefficient, emerging coefficient, and technology impact index.  相似文献

文章分析了国内外WiMAX专利布局情况。在全球范围内,参与的企业众多,虽然避免了专利垄断,但也为WiMAX专利许可增加了复杂度。其中,以华为、三星为代表的中韩竞争尤为凸显,欧美通信企业与之相比申请量较少但专利布局更早。在WiMAX重点技术领域,企业实力也略有差异。目前,在国内申请的WiMAX专利较国外稍显滞后,虽然中国申请人主场优势明显,但韩企、美企与之存在相互制衡的可能性。  相似文献

Multiuser orthogonal frequency division multiplexing (OFDM) is a promising technology to achieve high uplink/downlink (DL) capacities in the next generation broadband wireless networks such as WiMAX (Worldwide Interoperability for Microwave Access). In this paper, we investigate the DL adaptive power allocation (APA) in multiuser OFDM system from the perspective of cross‐layer design. Specifically, we formulate APA as an optimization problem with the traffic profile of each user asit a priori knowledge. To solve the optimization problem, we develop a fairness‐constrained optimal prioritized effective throughput (PET) strategy and the corresponding iterative algorithms, aiming at balancing the prioritized effective throughput and the linear or logarithmic user satisfaction‐based fairness. Despite being a strong stimulus for the invention of new alternatives, morphology analysis (MA) suffers the limitations of being a nonquantitative, vague, and static methodology. As a consequence, the MA outcomes typically do not provide practical technology opportunities. This paper, therefore, proposes a new hybrid approach that enhances the performance of MA by combining it with conjoint analysis (CA) and citation analysis of patent information. First, keywords are extracted from patent documents using text mining, and the morphology of existing patents is identified by these keywords. Alternatives for new technology development from among the emerging technologies are presented by combining the valuable levels of each attribute in a morphology matrix predefined by domain experts. Then, configurations of new technology are suggested in order of priority using CA, and the technological feasibility of each new configuration is subsequently investigated. The technological competitiveness of a company can be analyzed by a newly suggested index, ldquotechnology share,rdquo which is analogous to the concept of market share in traditional CA. The proposed MA-CA hybrid process is illustrated with a case example of patent information from the thin film transistor-liquid crystal display (TFT-LCD) patent database.  相似文献

Future heterogeneous networks with dense cell deployment may cause high intercell interference. A number of interference coordination (IC) approaches have been proposed to reduce intercell interference. For dense small‐cell deployment with high intercell interference between cells, traditional forward link IC approaches intended to improve edge user throughput for best effort traffic (ie, file transfer protocol download), may not necessarily improve quality of service performance for delay‐sensitive traffic such as voice over long‐term evolution traffic. This study proposes a dynamic, centralized joint IC approach to improve forward link performance for delay‐sensitive traffic on densely deployed enterprise‐wide long‐term evolution femtocell networks. This approach uses a 2‐level scheme: central and femtocell. At the central level, the algorithm aims to maximize network utility (the utility‐based approach) and minimize network outage (the graphic‐based approach) by partitioning the network into clusters and conducting an exhaustive search for optimized resource allocation solutions among femtocells (femto access points) within each cluster. At the femtocell level, in contrast, the algorithm uses existing static approaches, such as conventional frequency reuse (ReUse3) or soft frequency reuse (SFR) to further improve user equipment quality of service performance. This combined approach uses utility‐ and graphic‐based SFR and ReUse3 (USFR/GSFR and UReUse3/GReUse3, respectively). The cell and edge user throughput of best effort traffic and the packet loss rate of voice over long‐term evolution traffic have been characterized and compared using both the proposed and traditional IC approaches.  相似文献
