CaO-Al2O3-SiO2系统微晶玻璃作为微晶玻璃中的一个新品种,具有非常鲜明的特点.本文讨论了在CaO-Al2O3-SiO2系统微晶玻璃中加入ZrO2,研究了ZrO2对CaO-Al2O3-SiO2系统微晶玻璃烧结的影响.随着ZrO2加入量的增加,玻璃颗粒的烧结收缩率下降,说明ZrO2的加入对玻璃颗粒的烧结收缩有一定的阻碍作用.ZrO2的加入对CaO-Al2O3-SiO2系统微晶玻璃中的主晶相(β-硅灰石晶体)的析出没有大的影响.  相似文献

CaO-Al2O3-SiO2系统微晶玻璃装饰板材是一种新型建筑装饰材料。本文利用冲蚀磨损实验研究了影响CaO-Al2O3-SiO2系统烧结法微晶玻璃装饰板材磨蚀行为。讨论了微晶玻璃组成、结构、磨粒粒径、冲蚀角、冲蚀时间对CaO-Al2O3-SiO2系统微晶玻璃的冲蚀性的影响。结果表明:随着微晶玻璃中晶相含量的增加,磨料对其表面的冲蚀磨损量明显下降。微晶玻璃的冲蚀量随冲蚀角的增大、冲蚀时间的增长、磨粒粒度的增大而增加。  相似文献

通过大量实验得到了CaO-Al2O3-SiO2系统玻璃颗粒的起始烧结温度(Ts),起始析晶温度(Tc)以及烧结收缩曲线,通过对他们的分析,讨论了组分、烧结温度、烧结时间对玻璃颗粒烧结的影响.确定了有利于烧结的较佳CaO,Al2O3,B2O3含量范围,从而为烧结法生产微晶玻璃提供了有利的理论依据.  相似文献

粉煤灰是大宗工业固体废弃物,也是宝贵的矿物资源.对利用粉煤灰制备微晶玻璃进行了综述,阐述了其制备原理、典型的制备方法以及研究进展.着重介绍了利用粉煤灰制备CaO-Al2O3-SiO2系和MgO-Al2O3-SiO2系微晶玻璃、泡沫微晶玻璃和微晶玻璃复合材料的研究进展及应用.利用粉煤灰合成微晶玻璃材料,不仅可以拓宽粉煤灰的综合利用途径,解决其环境污染问题;也可充分利用资源,制备性能优良的绿色建筑材料,具有十分重要的环境、经济和社会效益,但尚有技术瓶颈亟待突破.  相似文献

将某一固定组成的CaO-Al2O3-SiO2系玻璃烧结到一定温度后,采用不同的冷却工艺得到若干试样。通过X衍射分析、抗折强度和热膨胀系数的测定,研究了冷却温度制度对CaO-Al2O3-SiO2系微晶玻璃强度及热膨胀性能的影响。研究发现随着微晶玻璃的起始冷却温度逐渐升高,试样的抗折强度逐渐提高,热膨胀系数逐渐减小。  相似文献

In this study, the electrical resistivity of a glass-ceramic sealant is evaluated at 850 °C, for 2800 h under the applied voltage of 1.6 V. The glass-ceramic sealant is sandwiched between two Crofer22APU plates to produce Crofer22APU/Glass-ceramic/Crofer22APU samples. The Crofer22APU/glass-ceramic/Crofer22APU joints show electrical resistivity around 106-107 Ω cm, significantly high to ensure the insulation between two conductive interconnect plates. The detailed SEM-EDS post mortem analysis showed good thermo-mechanical compatibility of the glass-ceramic with the Crofer22APU substrates, thus excluding any detrimental interaction with the metallic interconnect under high applied voltage. XRD analysis of glass-ceramic confirmed the presence of crystalline phases with suitable CTEs, after electrical resistivity under harsh conditions.  相似文献

Glass-ceramics with high performance and high crystallinity was produced using rare earth blast furnace slag (REBFS) as the primary raw material, along with composite nucleating agents Fe2O3 and Cr2O3. The migration pattern, distribution characteristics, and solidification properties of heavy metals in glass-ceramics were investigated by the controlled heat treatment. The findings indicated that the heat treatment temperature has a significant effect on the distribution and color of heavy metals in glass-ceramic. In the crystallized glass-ceramic, spinel acts as the crystal core for heavy metal solidification, Cr, Cu, and Mn can exist stably in the spinel by the solid solution. The glass-ceramic was expected to be used as a decorative building material.  相似文献

Double-layer glass-ceramic/ceramic tiles made from bauxite tailings and red mud were prepared using a single firing powder processing route. The influence of the preparation method used for the green bodies on the microstructure and mechanical properties of the final products was investigated. The macroscopic appearance, microstructure, and mechanical properties indicated that the production of double-layer glass-ceramic/ceramic tiles may be an attractive method for recycling industrial waste into building materials.  相似文献

In computed radiography, scattering of the stimulation light by the storage phosphor crystals in the imaging plates negatively impacts spatial resolution. Storage phosphor plates with thinner phosphor layers have been developed to reduce scattering distance and increase spatial resolution, although at the expense of reduced x-ray absorption. The authors hypothesize that a transparent or translucent nanostructured film, containing a much higher percentage of storage phosphor crystals than achievable in bulk glass-ceramic materials made by conventional methods, may have acceptable photostimulated luminescence efficiency and imaging performance characteristics greater than commercial imaging plates. Films were produced via pulsed laser deposition by alternating target materials of the storage phosphor BaCl2:Eu2+ and either silica or silicon. X-ray diffraction and photoluminescence characterization were conducted to confirm the presence of BaCl2:Eu2+ crystallites. The films were able to store optical data and be read out to produce x-ray radiographs demonstrating 50-µm spatial resolution. The performance of the experimental storage phosphor plates was compared to commercially available imaging plates. The authors demonstrate for the first time the synthesis of a glass-ceramic imaging plate for computed radiography by pulsed laser deposition.  相似文献

通过差热分析、X射线衍射分析和扫描电镜观察等测试方法,研究了TiO2和ZrO2作复合晶核剂对玻璃陶瓷晶化行为的影响。研究表明:适量的TiO2和ZrO2复合晶核剂能使MAS系统玻璃陶瓷的形核和析晶的温度降低,并且能促进析晶,晶核剂含量的调整也会对玻璃陶瓷的结构和性能产生较大的影响。  相似文献

In this research, biodegradable blend of poly(ɛ-caprolactone) (PCL) and poly(lactic acid) (PLA) is proposed as a new material for the production of a printing plate for embossing process. Printing plates for embossing consist of raised printing elements and recessed nonimage elements. In production of printing plates, laser technology was used in order to form a relief printing plate. The embossing process is based on the principle of the pressure of the relief printing plate into the printing substrate, which causes the controlled deformation of the substrate and three-dimensional (3D) effect. Coir fibers (CFs) were added as a natural filler to PCL/PLA blends to improve and adjust the properties of produced blends. Scanning electron microscopy micrographs, dynamic mechanical analysis analysis, roughness, and hardness were measured on prepared materials, and 2D and 3D microscopy was conducted on laser engraved printing plates. Results have shown that the addition of CFs improved the mechanical properties of produced materials. DMA results indicate the semicrystalline structure of all prepared blends, and that the addition of CFs raises the elasticity of the composites. Laser engraving showed that it is possible to engrave the produced biodegradable materials and to use it as a material for production of printing plates.  相似文献
