铬锰氮不锈钢在5%H2SO4水砂介质中的腐蚀磨损研究

铬锰氮不锈钢在５％Ｈ２ＳＯ４水砂介质中腐蚀磨损试验，结果表明，新型铸造铬锰氮不锈钢较１Ｃｒ１８Ｎｉ９Ｔｉ（１８－８）和０Ｃｒ１８１２Ｍｏ２Ｔｉ（Ｍｏ２Ｔｉ）钢具有更佳的抗腐蚀磨损性能。本文对腐蚀磨损过程中腐蚀与磨损的交互作用作了深入探讨，从而提出了腐蚀磨损条件下材料流失的判据。

ZG06C13Ni4Mo马氏何不锈铸钢组织对性能的影响

ＺＧ０６Ｃｒ１３Ｎｉ４Ｍｏ马氏何不锈钢水轮机铸件的组织和性能试验分析的结果表明，若出现类似魏氏体组织的δ铁素体时，铸钢件的冲击韧性急剧下降。经正火处理可消除该铸件钢中的δ－铁素体相。     

易切削奥氏体不锈钢303F和316F的机加工性能

仪器仪表用３０３Ｆ，３１６Ｆ，Ｃａ－Ｓ易切削奥氏体不锈钢的切削，钻削加工性能分别优于０Ｃｒ１８Ｎｉ９和０Ｃｒ１８Ｎｉ１２Ｍｏ２不锈钢。

研究了０．１６Ｃ－１０Ｎｉ－１４Ｃｏ－１Ｃｒ－１Ｍｏ（１６ＮｉＣｏ）钢在５１０℃和０．２３℃－１２Ｎｉ－１４Ｃｏ－３Ｃｒ－１Ｍｏ（２３ＮｉＣｏ）钢在４８２℃回火的组织与性能。随回火时间的延长，强度、硬度的降低主要是由于Ｍ_２Ｃ的粗化及与基体共格性降低所致。Ｍ_２Ｃ的粗化速度２３ＮｉＣｏ钢要小于１６ＮｉＣｏ钢。     

超低碳Cr26－Ni28－Mo5－Cu3－Nb0．35铸造不锈钢的组织和耐蚀性能

用金相、透射电子显微镜、电子探针与扫描电镜分析研究得出，超低碳Ｃｒ２６－Ｎｉ２８－Ｍｏ５－Ｃｕ３－Ｎｂ０．３５不锈钢铸态组织中含有σ相，经８５０～１１２０℃热处理均可形成σ相，包括（Ｆｅ－Ｃｒ）σ相，（Ｆｅ－Ｍｏ）σ相和（Ｃｒ－Ｎｉ－Ｓｉ）σ相；８５０℃左右有Ｍ６Ｃ型碳化物和ＮｂＣ析出。该钢经１１５０℃２ｈ水冷固溶处理后，具有优良的耐腐蚀性能。

铈对ZG75CrMo钢中非金属夹杂物及钢性能的影响

探讨了铈对ＺＧ７５ＣｒＭｏ钢中夹杂物及钢性能的影响。研究表明，与ＺＧ７５ＣｒＭｏ钢相比，ＺＧ７５ＣｒＭｏ（Ｃｅ）钢中夹杂物的含量减少且性态改变，塑韧性、抗热疲劳性和抗高温氧化性均有明显提高。     

ZG06Cr13Ni4Mo钢化学成分与力学性能计算机多元回归分析

对ＺＧ０６Ｃｒ１３Ｎｉ４Ｍｏ钢力学性能的生产数据用计算机进行了多元回归，建立了显著性较高的回归模型，。用该模型可对ＺＧ０６Ｃｒ１３Ｎｉ４Ｍｏ钢铸件的力学性能进行预测，用于指导生产。
