教师队伍建设是教育信息化可持续发展的基本保障,信息技术应用能力是信息化社会教师必备的专业能力。自2000年以来,教师培训受到了从教育部到各级地方教育行政部门,从各级各类学校到广大一线教师的高度重视和普遍欢迎,全国各地也开展了许许多多形式多样的教师面对面培训和远程培训活动,取得了显著成绩,但也存在诸多问题。从全国范围内教师培训的现状看,真正能够让参与教师不断融入其中、触及教师专业省思和实践改进的教师教育活动并不多。许多培训活动过于注重理论学习,培训内容脱离实际,培训方式单一,缺乏有效的管理机制.培训观念落后等。近年来,越来越多的地区开始较大范围地采用教师远程培训。 相似文献

随着教育理念的不断变化,教师要以终身学习作为自己的人生规划,在岗位上要不断的学习新的教学方法,接受新的事物,特别是初高中教师面对的是一群朝气蓬勃的青少年,如果教师总是用固有的教学手段上课,学生会有一种厌倦情绪,就是教师常年累月的教学总是采用一种方法,总是延续用自己的教学思想,总是按照自己的教学风格上课,教师自己也会产生职业倦怠。网络的普及给学生提供了大量的学习机会,更让教师能够静下心来学习,以往教师要提高自己的学术水平,都是要走出学校,放下手头的教学工作参与培训,这种活动虽然能够给教师带来学习的机会,但是同时也会影响教师的正常工作,给学校的正常教学带来很多的不便。许多学校为了正常教学都不愿意教师参与这种短期培训,时代的发展需要教师教学方法的创新,更需要有新的教学理念冲击着教师的头脑,作为一名初高中教师要有追求课堂高效率的积极性,在工作岗位上坚持学习才是硬道理。信息技术支持下为教师带来更加方便的能力提升的机会,让教师能够获得更多的教学资源。 相似文献

分析研究发现,国内外相关专家学者有关教育技术能力的研究数量多、范围广,主要集中于教育技术能力现状调查、教师信息素养、教育技术能力培训等方面,研究方法多倾向于简单定量与定性分析,未从教育技术能力内部因素相关关系出发对教育技术能力开展研究。该研究着眼于教育技术能力内部因素的相关关系,选取十堰市的中小学在职一线教师作为研究对象。通过对问卷数据进行统计,应用SPSS软件建构因子分析模型,提取出了中小学教师教育技术能力的三个主要要素。研究结果为教育行政部门制定决策和促进教师教育技术能力发展提供了理论依据和实践指南。 相似文献

In this article, a survey on the factors influencing the use of computer mediated communication (CMC) by teachers in secondary schools in Brussels is described. The survey compared a group of CMC users with non-CMC users. It is demonstrated that language teaching was the best predictor for the use of CMC. The main reason for this is that education policy within the area under investigation has developed a specific CMC project that is primarily oriented towards a target group of language teachers. A second predictor of CMC use was the degree of technological innovativeness. This instrument is a measure of the willingness of the teacher to adopt technological innovation in his own teaching practice. A third predictor was perceived CMC attributes. This instrument indicates the degree to which users observe any congruence between the characteristics of CMC as a medium and their own teaching practice. 相似文献

Brazil is a developing country that has undergone important changes at the social, economic, scientific and educational levels. A main policy challenge at present is related to the unequal distribution of vital resources, including technology. In the educational context, many changes have been observed, such as a decrease in analphabetism and an increase in the number of physicians, lawyers, and scientists. In this paper we will describe the educational experience involving the use of information technology, especially computers, at Brazilian primary and secondary schools.We live in a technological era in which it is important to educate our children to be aware of the impact of technology on society and the environment in general, as well as how to personally deal with them. From home to workplace, digital technological tools have become a part of day-to-day life. Digital technology has become essential in everyday life, and demands have been placed on schools to educate students so as to make them “technologically literate”. Millions of Reals (R$) have been invested by the Brazilian government to equip schools with computers and communication tools, but low technological literacy remains a serious challenge. Abstract The WebQuest as an instructional tool has recently been widely adopted in K-16 education. However, its underlying principles and functionality are not well understood, which has resulted in an inconsistency in practice. This study identifies the underlying constructs of WebQuests as perceived by teachers and variables affecting their perceptions on WebQuests. A survey was conducted on teachers ( n = 226) recruited from one large research university in the USA and a professional listserv. The findings reveal three constructs perceived by teachers as critical to WebQuests: constructivist problem solving, social interaction and scaffolded learning. Results also show that variables like purpose of WebQuest use, years of teaching, years of WebQuest use and gender predict, at various degrees, teachers' perceptions on WebQuests. Discussions are made on how the constructs identified can be used to improve online teaching and learning. Suggestions for future study are included by examining the influences of social, psychological and affective factors on learners' learning in WebQuests. 相似文献

This study investigated the application of an online videocase discussion community into fostering preservice and inservice EFL (English as a foreign language) teachers’ professional development in Taiwan. This investigation further revealed the nature and development of discussion discourse and the participating teachers’ perceptions of this online learning experience. Also included were potential concerns or difficulties encountered by these community members. There were 21 preservice teachers, 7 secondary school teachers, and 4 university teachers involved in this study. Multiple data collection methods included teaching videos, online discussion messages, interviews, reflection journals, and an open-ended questionnaire. The findings showed that the preservice and inservice teachers appeared to respectively play different roles in discussing teaching videocases online. Yet, what they noticed in the teaching events shifted from diverse to similar focuses after engaging in online videocase discussion for almost one year. These teachers further perceived professional learning opportunities in this community, albeit several issues might hinder some of them from joining the discussion frequently. Pedagogical implications and research suggestions are offered for teacher educators and researchers to further codify and document teacher professional development in various online videocase discussion contexts. 相似文献
