本文分析了型煤在现有的工业锅炉上燃烧存在的问题,提出将煤的分级技术和型煤技术结合起来,使原煤变成由块粒煤和型煤构成的具有一定粒度分布的块粒型煤。在可模拟链条炉中燃烧过程的热态实验台上,研究了块粒型煤的燃烧速度。实验表明,随块粒型煤中型煤比例的增加,燃烧时间仍有延长,但当块粒型煤中块煤的比例达到一定的程度(块煤的比例达到2/3)时,其燃烧特性优于型煤,与宽筛分的块煤接近。  相似文献

在工业锅炉特别是链条炉上推广燃用型煤,是当今我国防治煤烟型大气污染和节约能源的重要措施。本文通过仿照链条炉内煤层的燃烧过程及特点,建立了实验研究炉内型煤燃烧过程的实验台,进行了型煤和散煤着火延迟时间及煤层中着火线向下扩展速度等有关试验。并强调了煤层中着火线向下扩展速度对型煤稳定着火的重要性。最后,根据实验研究结果和工业链条炉试烧的实践,提出了解决链条炉内型煤稳定着火的有关措施。  相似文献

阐述了生物质型煤燃烧热强度具体指标的定义及算法,即炉排有效面积热负荷(qR)和型煤层有效容积热负荷(qhv)。通过大量试验研究,得出模拟实际燃烧的燃烧热强度规律和2种典型生物型煤合理的qR、qhv的取值范围以及燃烧效率范围,为生物质型煤工业锅炉设计及燃烧运行提供了可信的依据。  相似文献

在0.15 MW循环流化床试验台上,进行了玉米秸秆和苹果树枝成型燃料燃烧特性以及排放特性的试验研究.试验结果表明,玉米秸秆成型燃料和苹果树枝成型燃料在循环流化床中能够稳定燃烧,燃烧效率达到96.8%;尾气中HCl的排放质量浓度较高,SO2的排放质量浓度随着生物质的硫含量增大而增大;使用选择性炉渣作为床料同时加入黏土作为添加剂的方法,能够有效抑制玉米秸秆成型燃料和苹果树枝成型燃料燃烧过程中床料的黏结,黏土对循环流化床的物料循环流化起到了稳定作用.  相似文献

The influence of lime and clay on the combustion efficiency of honeycomb briquettes was studied. The experimental results showed that the combustion efficiency of the briquettes varied with the types and content of inorganic additives. When the content of inorganic additives was lower than 14%, the combustion efficiency of the briquettes was higher (> 98.8%), and the influence of clay on the combustion efficiency of the briquettes was slightly less than that of lime. When the content of inorganic additives was more than 14%, the combustion efficiency of the briquettes with clay was reduced rapidly as the clay content grew and was much less than that with lime.  相似文献

We present results on upgrading of wood and briquettes by means of torrefaction. The torrefied products showed significantly less smoking during combustion and a relatively faster rate of combustion. The weight and energy yeilds of torrefied wood are 66.7–83.3 and 76.5–89.6%, respectively; the corresponding values for sawdust briquettes are 76.3–93.8 and 83.1–95.3%, respectively.  相似文献

生物质能是极具开发潜力的可再生能源。生物质直接燃烧技术的深入研究及锅炉技术的成熟和锅炉类型的多样化为更好开发生物质能源创造了条件。生物质成型燃料与原生物质及煤相比燃烧性质有较大差别,依据该燃料的特点采用双层炉排层燃锅炉。根据有限元分割成型原理布置测点,用热电偶温度计和红外测温仪测出各点温度,得出各个方向温度分布图,并对其进行分析比较,为水冷壁的合理布置、进风量选择及锅炉稳定燃烧、经济燃烧提供理论依据。  相似文献

根据玉米秸秆成型燃料特性,通过详细的热工计算及一定加工工艺研制出适合于玉米秸秆成型燃料燃烧的专用锅炉,这种锅炉采用双层炉排结构,具有消烟除尘作用。不但燃烧效率高,气体及固体不完全燃烧损失小,而且排烟中的烟尘质量浓度,氮氧化物及二氧化硫体积分数低,符合国家锅炉的污染物排放标准要求。  相似文献

为研究以炭化生物质和煤泥为原料制备的生物质型煤的燃烧特性,利用马弗炉对生物质型煤进行了燃烧试验研究。结果表明,通风方式和炭化生物质与煤泥的混合比例对生物质型煤燃烧性能的影响要比炉膛温度、燃烧时间和成型压力对其的影响显著。全开炉门时,生物质型煤的燃烧速率最快。仅添加少量的生物质时,生物质型煤的燃烧速率就有明显提高,表明生物质对型煤的燃烧有较好的促进作用。  相似文献

This study comprises of the computation of instantaneous fuel consumptions as a straight means for the interpretation of combustion-related characteristics of coal. The model relies on the determination of the extent of combustion by the calculated fuel combustion amounts at specific instants in order to examine the oxidation behavior and possible influences governed by any variable of interest. In this context, coal briquettes prepared by varying dimensions with and without a volume constraint were evaluated and instantaneous fuel consumptions corresponding to the determined instants were computed for comparison rather than introducing the model with a single experiment. Thus, the influences imposed by the enlargement of the briquette volume as well as by the variations in the compactness of briquettes on the effectiveness and efficiency of combustion reactions were dealt. The applicability of the model was checked by the trends revealed from the view of reaction kinetics in terms of activation energies. At the end of the study, the results deduced on the grounds of instantaneous fuel consumption values were seen to have been in full confirmation by those related to reaction kinetics, showing the applicability of the model in reflecting the particular cases during a combustion reaction.  相似文献

This paper describes an experience on producing 35 mm dia briquettes with a modified commercial briquetting machine and the results of studies on the combustion and gasification behavior of briquettes. Study reveals that at 12% (w.b.) moisture content of groundnut shell powder (1180–150 μm), good quality briquettes can be made, but it reduces the production rate and increases the power requirement. Combustion as well as gasification studies revealed that biomass briquettes of 35 mm diameter do not crumble or disintegrate during the conversion process, therefore these are suitable as feedstock for gasifiers.  相似文献

If briquettes are to be used efficiently and rationally as fuel, they must be characterized to determine such technological parameters as their reactivity, moisture content, density, ashes, volatile matter, and heat value, along with their major component elements. Traditionally, research has centered on small particles of coal that do not reflect the combustion behavior of briquettes as heterogeneous solids. The objective of this work is to compare experimental data on the reactivity of biomass briquettes and to analyze the results. From the reactivity and the rest of the data available, it will be possible to asses what kind of briquette is suitable for a particular application by matching its behavior to specific requirements, including pollutant emissions.  相似文献
