CA砂浆用阴离子乳化沥青稳定性研究 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
以CA砂浆用阴离子乳化沥青贮存稳定性为依据,研究了乳化设备、乳化剂、助剂、沥青含量等对乳化沥青贮存稳定性的影响。结果表明:不同的乳化设备,乳化剂的用量,助剂的种类及用量,沥青的含量等均对乳液稳定性有着较大的影响;在乳化剂的用量为3.5%,缔合型增稠剂T的用量为0.4%,羧甲基纤维素钠的用量为0.06%,沥青含量为60%时,使用美国DALWORTH道维施型实验室改性沥青/乳化沥青组产设备生产的乳化沥青及其使用该乳化沥青制备的CA砂浆的性能均能满足铁道部《客运专线CRTSⅡ板式无砟轨道水泥乳化沥青砂浆暂行技术条件》的要求。 相似文献

首先通过脂肪酸与酸酐反应,得到多元羧酸中间体,再将其与改性多乙烯多胺经过一系列反应合成一种酰胺类沥青乳化剂,采用傅里叶红外光谱对乳化剂结构进行表征。实验室对比测试了自制乳化剂与进口乳化剂的表面活性及其所制乳化沥青的性能。结果表明:两种乳化剂制备乳化沥青的各项性能指标均可满足微表处施工技术要求,且自制乳化剂具有较高的固含量和较好的储存稳定性,乳化沥青8 min即可破乳,用于微表处养护可快速开放交通;自制乳化剂价格仅为进口乳化剂的76.4%左右,应用前景良好。 相似文献

本文介绍了利用丁苯橡胶乳液对胜利道路沥青进行改性。改性后的沥青经日本大有建设株式会社路用性能全面评定,证明符合日本橡胶沥青标准。经室内路用性能评定及试验年的观测,表明该沥青具有良好的高温稳定性、低温抗裂性及耐磨性能,产品质量达到国外90年代同类产品水平,可以满足我国的高速公路及特殊路面的使用要求。 相似文献

Air blowing is combined with high temperature-high shear mixing to produce a high cure asphalt rubber that differs in several important ways from conventional asphalt rubber material. It has excellent grade-span, good settling properties and low high-temperature 135°C (275°F) viscosity, important characteristics for easy use as a binder in dense-graded mixes. These properties are related to curing conditions, rubber mesh and asphalt composition. The grade span is very dependent on asphalt composition and the extent of air oxidation but relatively insensitive to other curing variables and to mesh size. Settling is dependent on the extent of oxidation, original mesh size and the degree of high shear mixing. 相似文献

橡胶胶粉的三维化学交联结构使其难以在沥青混合料中分散,限制了其在道路中的应用。采用预先高效解交联方法制备了速溶胶粉,并通过干法和湿法工艺制备了速溶胶粉改性沥青混合料。对比分析了速溶胶粉和原胶粉改性沥青混合料的体积指标、抗飞散能力和马歇尔稳定度等性能。通过观察胶浆的微观结构,比较了不同胶粉的分散情况。进一步探究了油石比对速溶胶粉改性沥青混合料性能的影响。结果表明,与原胶粉相比,速溶胶粉在沥青混合料中分散地更细(微米尺度)、更均匀,速溶胶粉改性沥青混合料更易压实、粘结性能更佳。采用速溶胶粉取代原胶粉可以降低胶粉改性沥青的加工温度,干法时结合焖料工艺也可进一步降低沥青用量,部分替代沥青。 相似文献

随着我国经济的发展,废旧轮胎产生量也急剧增大,如何处理好废旧橡胶,对于充分利用再生能源减少环境污染有着非常重要的意义。介绍了废旧橡胶粉改性沥青的优良技术性能,分析比较了橡胶粉的加工工艺及其化学性能,重点阐述了橡胶沥青混合料设计方法及标准。结果表明:废旧橡胶粉改性沥青具有良好的路用性能,在环境保护方面也具有重大意义,是一种值得推广的沥青路面材料。 相似文献

FCC油浆糠醛抽出油富含芳香组分,是良好的道路沥青调合分。用FCC油浆糠醛抽出油溶胀预处理胶粉制备改性沥青,考察了胶粉含量和胶油比双因素对改性沥青性能的影响,同时使用扫描电子显微镜和荧光显微镜对胶粉和改性沥青的微观形态进行分析。研究结果表明,使用FCC油浆糠醛抽出油溶胀预处理胶粉可制备出性能良好的改性沥青。尤其是随着胶粉含量的增加,沥青的软化点和低温延度明显得到了改善。当胶粉质量分数为25%,胶油比控制在4~7时改性沥青的基本性能和老化性能良好,热储存稳定性最佳。 相似文献

Abstract The use of waste tire rubbers as bitumen modifiers can contribute to alleviating pollution problems caused by discarding scrap tires. This article deals with the preparation and influencing factors of bitumens modified by crumb tire rubber. The performance of crumb tire rubber—modified bitumens (CTRMBs), such as penetration grade, softening point, and ductility, have been studied as a function of rubber selection, shearing temperature, shearing rotational speed, shearing time, rubber addition, and blended oil addition. From the experimental results obtained, optimal technology conditions were determined as: a shearing time of 40 min, a shearing temperature of 180°C, a shearing rotational speed of 7000 rpm, a rubber addition less than 25 wt%, and a blended oil addition less than 4 wt% during manufacturing operations. By using blended oil, the modified asphalt that measured up to standard of the crumb rubber—modified asphalt (FHWA-SA-92-002) was prepared, following the process flow diagram. 相似文献

Abstract The flame flame-retardant asphalt for a tunnel containing various kinds of flame retardants including decabromodiphenyl oxide (DBDPO), decabromodiphenyl ethane (DBDPE), Sb2O3, ZnBO3, Mg(OH)2, and Al(OH)3 under different additive concentrations was studied. To improve the properties of asphalt changed by adding the flame retardants, a smoking inhibitor and blender were used and the effect on the properties was investigated. Finally, the styrene butadiene rubber (SBR) modifier was added to the asphalt in order to increase the ductility. Asphalt with both good flame retardancy retardance and paving properties was prepared successfully to meet two demands as flame-retardant materials and road materials at the same time. 相似文献
