The morphology, mechanical properties of unsaturated polyester(UP) resin modified with TDI were studied via dynamic FT-1R spectra, SEM, DMA and mechanical property testing. Results show that companying with the cured cross-linking reaction of UP resin, TDI can firstly react with UP and produce polyurethane(PU), and then UP and PU form the cross-linking nets together. The impact fracture section morphology of modified UP resin manifested the typical sea- islands structure. Testing of mechanical properties showes that for introducing of PU, the TDI has an obvious effect on the toughness and strength of UP resin. When the ratio of TDI/UP (w/w) was 7.5%, the modified UP resin exhibited the best mechanical properties with flexural strength of 125 MPa, impact strength of 18 kJ·m^-2 and tensile strength of 72 MPa.  相似文献

不饱和聚酯树脂在碱性化合物的作用下可与水形成油包水型(W/O型)乳状液,交联后形成含水的不饱和聚酯树脂,本文研究了形成稳定的W/O型乳状液的条件,对影响乳状液稳定性的各因素包括树脂型号,乳化剂种类及浓度,含水量,制备条件及温度等进行了考察,获得了形成稳定的W/O型乳状的条件,探讨了乳状液的稳定机理。  相似文献

分别以苎麻原麻和碱处理的原麻(碱麻)为增强体,KH550为偶联剂,制备了苎麻增强不饱和聚酯复合材料.探讨了偶联剂用量和纤维含量对复合材料力学性能的影响,并用扫描电子显微镜对复合材料的断面进行了观察.实验结果表明,复合材料的力学性能得到了较大的提高.原彬不饱和聚酯复合材料的拉伸强度达132.6MPa,弯曲强度达364.6MPa;碱彬不饱和聚酯复合材料拉伸强度迭116.5MPa,弯曲强度达297.7MPa.  相似文献

为降低人造大理石制造成本,拓宽粉煤灰的应用领域,以粉煤灰、不饱和聚酯树脂为原料,采用常温浇注成型工艺制备人造大理石.研究表明,通过控制粉煤灰的添加量及粉煤灰的颗粒级配可以制备出压缩强度达90MPa以上、外观平整美观的人造大理石制品.  相似文献

HDI trimer was firstly used to improve the mechanical properties of hydroxyl- terminated unsaturated polyester (UP). Mechanical properties measurements performed on the cured materials demonstrate a distinct improvement in intensity and toughness in the presence of HDI trimer and shows the change trends of increase and then decrease. The morphological analysis of the fracture surfaces shows that the micro-phase separated structures appear in modified UPR systems and changed from dendritric, dimple and to cystiform structures with the increase of HDI trimer content. The synthesis of reaction flame retarding untarding unsaturted polyester resin and the flame retarding mechanism are imvestingated.By taking the synthesis flame retarding unsaturated polyester resin as a base material ,glass fibers as reinforced material ,unvder the condition of adding graphite of carbon black respectively ,the composites were manufactured.The flame retarding and antistaic properies are also studied .In the experiment,bromide-bearing flme retrading rsein deomposed under a high temperature,Compound HBr was set out and rearded or stopped the flame,High concentraino of HBr gas wall was fomed between gas and solid phrases ,which decreased flame,The results show that antisiatic property of carbon black is higher than hat of graphite.Adding a threshed value of 1% carbon black into composite ,the antisatic property is at its highest value.  相似文献

为了获得更加安全稳定的玻璃钢产品,以紫外线灯为光源,对不饱和聚酯基玻璃钢材料进行了不同时间的紫外线照射,并对照射前后试样进行了拉伸性能的测试以及表面形态和拉伸断裂面形态的SEM分析.试验结果表明,在小于80h的紫外线照射时间内,玻璃钢的拉伸强力轻微上升,并在50h处取得最大上升率为10.31%;随着照射时间延长,即当时间大于140h时,玻璃钢的拉伸强力迅速下降,在200h处降到最低点,下降率为23.81%.  相似文献

以双酚A型环氧树脂(E-51)为囊芯,脲醛树脂(urea-formaldehyde,UF)为囊壁,采用原位聚合法合成微胶囊,制备不同微胶囊含量的聚酯/微胶囊材料.通过电子拉力机测定材料的力学性能,扫描电子显微镜观察试件断面形貌.微胶囊对聚酯材料具有增韧和修复作用.自修复机理是微胶囊在裂纹前端应力作用下,囊壁出现破裂,囊芯环氧树脂流出并流入裂缝,将裂缝面黏合,达到自修复效果.自修复材料的设计及工程应用,对延长材料在受到冲击、加载和高温条件下的使用寿命和提高工程安全具有重要意义.  相似文献

采用不同改性蒙脱土与丙烯腈单体原位聚合制得纳米复合材料,通过红外、XRD表征蒙脱土插层前后结构的变化,并用热重、差热分析产物的稳定性.X射线粉末衍射结果显示,改性后蒙脱土层间距被不同程度扩大,尤其是PAN/Na-MMT的(001)衍射峰已完全弥散,说明蒙脱土被剥离.差热、热重分析结果显示聚丙烯腈/蒙脱土纳米复合材料的热稳定性比纯聚丙烯腈有较大提高.  相似文献

The montmorillonite, a form of layered silicate, was successfully intercalated into polylactide (PLA) matrix through solvent-casting technique. In addition, PLA/MMT nanocomposite films were produced, in which homogenous distribution of the silicate lamellae plays a key role in the mechanical properties of the films. A small amount(5wt%) of OMMT intercalated into the PLA matrix resulted in their flexibility enhancement, from 3.68%(pure PLA film) to 352.65%. The results of wide-angle X-ray diffraction (WAXD) patterns confirmed that the silicate interlayer distance increased from 3.044 nm (for OMMT) to 3.56nm (for 5wt%, maximum) with increasing OMMT contents, but decreased to 3.319 nm when OMMT content was over 8wt%. FT-IR also verified the molecular-level associations between PLA chains and OMMT lamellae by vibration variances of hydrogen bonding. DSC thermograms demonstrated that thermal stabilities of the nanocomposite films enhanced, due to the silicate lamellae dispersed into PLA matrix.  相似文献

Al-Mn-pillared montmoriUonite ( AMPM ) was prepared by using the artificial Na-montmoril-lonite from the Qingfengshan bentonite mine as starting materials mixed with Al-Mn pillaring solutions at different Al / Mn molar ratios ( R ). The basal spacing and specific surface area of the materials were increased significantly compared with untreated c/ays. When R=0.5, the d(001) value and specific surface area of pillared montmoril-lonite were 1.8987 nm and 146.01 m^2 g^-1, respectively. The thermal stability was determined using calcined tests,X-ray diffraction( XRD ) analysis, thermal gravimetry and differential thermal analysis( TG- DTA ). The formed at initial R = 0. 5 exhibited a high stability, the basal interlayer spacing was stabilized at 1. 7859 nm after calcined for 2 h at 300℃. The adsorption behavior of the materials wets studied by adsorption experi-ments. The results show the AMPM and calcined AI-Mn-pilloTed montmoriUonite (CAMPM) exhibit a strong ca-pacity of adsorbing the Zn ( Ⅱ ) in aqueous solution at pH 10.0.  相似文献

采用阳离子交换的方法对蒙脱土进行了有机化改性,并制备了环氧树脂/蒙脱土纳米复合材料.用FT-IR和XRD研究了环氧树脂/蒙脱土纳米复合材料的结构,并测试了纳米复合材料的性能.实验结果表明,改性使蒙脱土层间距变大,纳米复合材料的力学性能与纯环氧树脂相比提高了50%.  相似文献
